The DC link of Grid-Connected 3-Phase 3-Level T-type Photovoltaic PCS (PV-PCS) consists of two series connected capacitors for using their neutral voltage. The mismatch between two capacitor characteristics and transient states happened in load change cause the imbalance of neutral voltage. As a result, PV-PCS performance is degraded and the system becomes unstable. In this paper, a mathematical model for analyzing the imbalance of neutral voltage is derived and a compensation method using offset voltage is proposed, where offset voltage adjusts the applying time of P-type and N-type small vectors. The validity of the proposed methods is verified by simulation and experiment.

this paper suggest a new space vector PWM modulation method with short processing time which does not need idenfication of nearest three vectors(NTV) and duty calculation for each vector. The suggested PWM method makes mean value of phase voltage to be same as reference during every modulation period by use of a triangle in small hexagon on multi-level vector space. This paper described the suggested modulation method can be successfully applied to the space vector modulation use of multi-level inverter by computer simulations and experiments.

The rotor speed flux information are most important in the speed sensorless vector control Therefore in the paper using current and voltage model obtained correctly flux information in a induction motor. Voltage model realized low pass filter instead of integrator, current model realized used of current equation. And current and voltage model estimated flux composed of P1 controller. For compensation of estimated flux error flux compensation algorithm using exactly, rapidly flux obtained for compensation of estimated flux error.
인버터의 비선형 특성이 유도전동기의 자속 추정에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구

In this paper, the analysis on the effect of inverter output voltage distortion on the control of an induction motor is discussed. The inverter output voltage is distorted differently from the reference voltage owing to the inverter nonlinear characteristic. The inverter nonlinear characteristic results from the voltage drop, the inherent characteristic of the power semiconductor, and the dead time for preventing the short circuit of the inverter leg. This characteristic distorts the inverter output voltage and then, causes the motor flux estimation error. Although this characteristics do not significantly effect in the general-purpose induction motor control, but significantly effect on the low-speed operation of high performance motor control such as the sensorless vector control.

In this paper, the speed control system of Induction motor was proposed using vector control algorithm and space voltage vector PWM method to improve the dynamic performance of induction motor. The control system is composed of the PI controller for speed control and the current controller using space voltage vector PWM technique. The high-speed calculation and processing for vector control is carried out by TMS320C31 digital signal processor and IGBT module. The proposed scheme is verified through digital simulations and experiments for 3.7〔kw〕induction motor and shows good dynamic performance.

Since general acoustic hydrophones are omnidirectional, it is difficult to detect the direction of propagation of sound waves just by measuring the magnitude of the received sound pressure. These difficulties can be overcome using vector hydrophones. In this study we propose a new structure of a vector hydrophone that simultaneously finds the magnitude and direction of sound waves using two cymbal transducers with matching sensitivity. First, the performance of the initial model of the proposed cymbal vector hydrophone was analyzed. Then the effect of the structural variables on the performance of the vector hydrophone was analyzed. From this result the structure of the vector hydrophone with the maximum sensitivity was derived. Finally the validity of the design was verified by fabricating prototypes of the derived cymbal vector hydrophones and comparing their measured performance with the calculated values.

전동기의 에너지 밀도 측면에서 유도전동기 대비 효율적인 영구자석 동기전동기가 많이 사용되고 있는데, 효율적인 벡터 제어를 위해서 회전자 위치를 검출해야 한다. 회전자 위치 검출을 위한 위치 센서들은 정밀제어를 가능하게 한다는 장점이 존재하지만, 센서의 가격이 고가인 점과 부피로 인해 제품의 원가상승과 부피의 증가, 고장에 대한 대책이 필요하다는 단점이 존재한다. 위치 센서의 경제성 신뢰성 면에서의 단점으로 인해 이러한 센서를 이용하지 않고 전동기를 구동하는 센서리스 제어 방법이 적용되고 있다. 현재 센서리스 기법으로 널리 사용되는 기법인 모델기반 센서리스는 전동기의 파라미터 정보를 기반으로 회전자 위치를 추정하기 때문에, 회전자 위치 추정 성능이 전동기 파라미터의 정확성에 의존한다. 본 논문에서는 파라미터의 정보와 추가적인 전압 및 신호 주입 없이 기본 PWM파형에서의 전류 기울기를 측정하여 회전자의 돌극성으로부터 위치를 추정하여 센서리스 제어 성능을 평가한다.
