The purpose of this study was to suggest guideline for optimal work environment of physiological laboratory in hospital. Therefore this study was carried out to analyze the actual condition of laboratory system, major equipments and persons. The period of survey was from September to November 1997 and the objects were 123 laboratory. The major results of this study were as follows. 1. The optimal areas of general ECG room, exercise ECG room and echocardiology room were all 9-18㎡, that of Holter ECG room was 3-12㎡. The optimal areas of neurosystem laboratory were all 9-12㎡, those of respiratory system laboratory were all 9-18㎡. 2. The optimal number of persons laboratory of hospital 500 beds and less were 2∼3, those of 501∼700 beds were 3∼4.701∼1.000 beds were 4∼5 and over 1.001 beds were 7∼8 persons in circulatory system laboratory. The optimal number of persons laboratory of hospital 500 beds less than were 1∼2, those of 501∼700 beds were 3∼4, 701∼1.000 beds were 6∼7 and over 1.001 beds were over 8 persons in neurosystem laboratory. The optimal number of persons laboratory of hospital 500 beds and less 1. those 501∼1.000 beds were 1∼2 and over 1.001 beds were 2∼3 persons in repiratory system laboratory. 3. The optimal number of equipments of general ECG were 2∼3 in the 500∼1.000 beds hospital. there were 3∼4 units in the 1,001 beds. The optimal number of equipment EEG were both 1∼2 in the hospital 500 beds and less and 501∼700 beds. those were 4∼5 units in hospital over 701 beds. The optimal number of equipments of spirograph were both 1∼2 in the hospital 500 and less and 501∼1.000 beds. those were 2∼3 units in the over 1.001 beds. 4. In view of speciality and legal problem of physiofunctional test. we sugget that non-licensee were so quickly change place licensee in the interests of optimal work environment. 5. We suggest that to upgrade qualitative level of domestic equipment and to the more amplify utilization with respect to domestic equipment for the purpose of reducing loss of foreign money.

임상병리사국가시험 및 직무의 변천 비교를 중심으로 한 기초자료 제안: 한국, 일본, 대만을 중심으로

This study examined the transition process of clinical laboratory technologists’ national examination and job definition in Korea and compared the differences in the national examination between Korea and neighboring countries, such as Japan and Taiwan. In Korea, the number of questions made for it was 200 (1965), 200 (1977), 300 (1982), 250 (1992), 330 (2006), and 280 (2015). The practice of clinical physiology is important for real-time monitoring, given the characteristics of physiological testing. On the other hand, there are conflicts between other occupations in the working area. Clinical molecular biology needs to be established as a new major subject considering the diagnostic importance of molecular biological tests and the speed of science and technology development. Clinical laboratory operations provide policy and guidance recommendations to technologist staff. The proposed clinical laboratory technologists’ national examination comprises major subjects: clinical biochemistry, clinical hematology, clinical transfusionology, clinical immunology, clinical microbiology, clinical molecular biology, clinical histology, clinical cytology, clinical physiology, and clinical laboratory operations. In addition, this study proposes the job definition of clinical laboratory technologists, revising various chemical or physiological testing to biomedical or physiological testing required for medical practice.

To develop a method of accelerating the strength evaluation of hard tissue replacement materials (Ti-6Al- 4V alloy) with an electrochemical approach in the short term, corrosion tests were carried out on Ti-6Al- 4V alloy by means of applying a uniform current to a simulated physiological environment and the potential difference was scanned to check the variations in the resistance of the specimens. As a result, the corrosion behavior was monitored by scanning the potential difference and an empirical formula for controlling the corrosion behavior of the Ti-6Al-4V alloy in the simulated physiological environment was proposed.

라부아지에에서 베르나르로 이어진 프랑스 실험과학에서 실험실의 문화사적 의미 분석

본 연구는 라부아지에에서 베르나르로 이어지는 실험실의 의미 분석을 연구하는 것에서 시작되었다. 본연구의 목적은 과학기술과 문화의 상호작용을 살펴보고자 하는 것이다. 과학과 기술은 문화의 핵심 요소라할 수 있다. 생산력과 생활양식의 결정 요인으로서 과학기술과 더불어 과학과 기술의 개념과 방법은 문화의 여러 영역에 중요한 지적 자원으로 작용하였다. 19 세기 생물학은 개념과 방법에 따라 사회학과 인류학의 태동에 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 이와 더불어프랑스 문학 특히 자연주의 소설은 실험생리학으로부터 결정적인 동력을 얻었으며, 이 관계는 프랑스 문화수업의 주요 주제이다. 따라서 본 논문은 라부아지에에서 베르나르로 이어지는 프랑스 실험과학에서 실험실의 의미 분석을 시도했다. 연구 결과 및 내용은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 클로드베르나르는 19세기 실험과학으로서 생물학의 체계를완성하였고, 베르나르 이후 생물학은 물리학 및 화학과 같은 분과 학문이 되었다. 둘째, 베르나르의 업적은그의 실험실 구성 및 활용과 함께 이루어졌다. 실험과학은 개념과 방법, 도구로 구성되며, 실험실은 실험과학의 중심에 위치한다. 실험실은 실험 도구의 집합으로 볼 수 있으나, 또한 실험실은 실험 작업이 이루어지는 공간이면서 실험과학의 여러 특성으로 설명할 수있는 대상이기도 하다. 클로드 베르나르 실험생리학방법론은 자연주의 소설 창작기법에 구성과 활용에 큰영향을 끼친 것을 알 수 있다. 이러한 연구 결과를 바탕으로 실험실을 매개로 19세기 과학기술과 문화가 상호작용을 한다는 것을 볼 수 있고, 이는 프랑스 문화강의에 폭넓게 활용이 될 수 있으리라고 기대한다.
