교양체육의 LMS 품질, 사용만족도, 조직지원인식, 정서적 몰입, 구전의도 간의 관계

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationships among LMS quality, use satisfaction, perceived organizational support(POS), affective commitment, and intention of word-of-mouth(WOM) in a non-face-to-face class situation of physical education as liberal arts caused by COVID-19. For this purpose, an online survey was conducted from April to November 2021 at one university in this I region, and a total 258 questionnaires were collected using the convenient sampling method. For data analysis, this study utilized SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 18.0. The results of the study were as follows. First, among LMS quality, system quality did not affect use satisfaction, but information quality and service quality had a positive effect on use satisfaction. Second, it was revealed that use satisfaction had an effect on perceived organizational support. Third, use satisfaction did not significantly affect affective commitment. Fourth, perceived organizational support had a positive effect on affective commitment. Fifth, use satisfaction did not influence of word-of-mouth. Sixth, perceived organizational support did not have an effect on intention of word-of-mouth. Seventh, affective commitment influenced of word-of-mouth positively. 본 연구는 코로나19로 인한 교양체육의 비대면 수업 상황에서 LMS 품질, 사용만족도, 조직지원인식, 정서적 몰입 그리고 구전의도 간의 관계를 분석하여 대학운영에 대한 방향을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 I지역 소재 1개 대학에서 2021년 4월부터 11월까지 온라인 설문조사를 진행하였고, 편의표본추출법(convenient sampling method)을 사용하여 총 258부의 설문지를 수집하였다. 본 연구에서는 자료분석을 위해서 SPSS 18.0과 AMOS 18.0을 사용하였다. 자료분석을 통한 가설 검증결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, LMS 품질 중 시스템 품질은 사용만족도에 영향을 미치지 못했지만, 정보 품질과 서비스 품질은 사용만족도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 사용만족도는 조직지원인식에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사용만족도는 정서적 몰입에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 넷째, 조직지원인식은 정서적 몰입에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 사용만족도는 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 여섯째, 조직지원인식은 구전의도에 유의한 영향을 미치지 못했다. 일곱째, 정서적 몰입은 구전의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳤다.

대학 원격교육에서 학습관리시스템(LMS) 품질이 학습자 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 사용 매체별 차이를 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study was to analyze the relative impact of LMS quality recognized by learners in university distance education on learner satisfaction, and to analyze whether there were differences depending on the media used. To this end, a survey was conducted on 669 D university students, and multiple regression analysis was conducted. The results of the study that analyzed the data are as follows. First, it was found that there was a positive correlation among LMS system quality, information quality, service quality, and learner satisfaction. Second, the three factors explain 73.9% of learner satisfaction. Information quality, service quality, and system quality were found to have an effect in order. Third, Third, there was a difference in the effect on learner satisfaction by medium. Therefore, in order to increase learner satisfaction, LMS quality factors should be comprehensively improved.
