        스포츠 테이핑이 Fin수영 선수의 등속성 근 기능에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study were to evaluate the effect of sports taping on isokinetic muscular function of fin swimmers. The subjects for this study were 12 male fin swimmers were selected. The taping methods performed on ankle, lumbar, shoulder for improvement of isokinetic muscular function. Isokinetic muscular function of ankle, lumbar and shoulder were measured by Biodex System 3.000. Statistical techniques for data analysis were a descriptive statistics and t-test. The results of this study were as following;The first, right and left dorsi flexion of ankle at 30°/sec and 180°/sec were increased significantly after sports taping therapy of ankle . Also, right and left plantar flexion of ankle at 30°/sec and 180°/sec were increased significantly after sports taping therapy of ankle. The second, extension of lumbar at 60°/sec was increased significantly after sports taping therapy of lumbar. The third, right and left flexion of shoulder at 60°/sec and 180°/sec were increased significantly after sports taping therapy of shoulder. The results suggest that applying sports taping on ankle, lumbar and shoulder may improve isokinetic muscular function of fin swimmers. Also, sports taping method was effective for pain relief and prevention of ankle, lumbar and shoulder in the fin swimmers.

        테니스 발란스 트레이닝이 테니스선수의 하지 등속성 근기능과 발란스 기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to identify effects of a tennis balance and isokinetic muscular function. The subjects were six elite university tennis players. Six players in experimental group were given to utilize balance training with general tennis training for 10 weeks(4 days/week). All subjects were measured before and after the experiment. The significant level of hypothesis verification is set-up as p<.05. The results of this study were follows. 1) In the balance ability, overall value was significantly different in the statistics(p<.05). 2) In the Isokinetic muscular function of knee, flexion muscular function (Peak Torque, %BW Peak Torque) was significantly different in the statistics(p<.05). 3) In the Isokinetic muscular function of ankle, all of variables on ankle isokinetic function were significantly different in the statistics(p<.05). In summary, the findings in this study confirm that balance training can enhance balance ability and isokinetic muscular function in lower body.

        태권도 시범선수의 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 무산소성 파워와 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of plyometric training on the anaerobic power and isokinetic muscular function in Taekwondo demonstration players. Fourteen male Taekwondo demonstrators were randomly divided into plyometric training group (PTG, n=7) and control group (CG, n=7). Exercise program performed for 60 min(warm-up 10 min, main exercise 40 min, cool down 10 min), three times a weeks. The anaerobic power and isokinetic muscular function measurements were performed and pre (0 week), post (8 weeks). Result showed that plyometric training program was significantly increased in anaerobic power (peak power, fatigue index) in post- test than in pre-test. Knee isokinetic muscular function 600/sec, peak torque %Body Weight (extension, flexion) was also significant increased after 8 weeks of plyometric training program. Also, knee isokinetic muscular function 1800/sec total work % Body Weight (extension, flexion) was significant increased post-test than in pre-test. After 8 weeks plyometric training increased anaerobic power and isokinetic muscular function. Thus, suggest that plyometric training can have a positive effect on the performance of taekwondo demonstration players.

        슬관절 재활훈련이 아이스하키 선수들의 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of rehabilitation exercise program on isokinetic muscular functions for knee joint in ice-hockey players. The subjects(n=9) were divided into experimental group(involved side) and control group(uninvolved group) and they were participated in rehabilitation exercise program for 8weeks. We measured knee muscular function at pre-(0week), mid-(4week) and post-(8week) using isokinetic devices(Biodex). The results were as follows. 1) At knee extension test as 60°/sec, the peak torque(p<.05) and average power(p<.02) was interaction effects. 2) At knee flexion test as 180°/sec, peak torque(p<.008), average power(p<.0001), and at knee extension test as 180°/sec, average power(p<.0001) was interaction effects. Therefore, 8week - rehabilitation exercise program for ice hockey players will be effectively appeared to increasing of their knee muscular function.

        밸런스 및 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝이 여자 역도 선수의 경기력에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 역도선수들을 대상으로 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 밸런스 트레이닝이 선수들의 근력, 순발력, 등속성 근력에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 비교하는데 목적이 있다. 연구대상은 중학교 2∼3학년 여자 역도선수 12명이며 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 밸런스 트레이닝, 역도선수 운동프로그램을 실시한 집단(6명)과 역도선수 운동프로그램만을 실시한 집단(6명)으로 무선배정하여 12주간의 훈련을 통해 측정 및 분석하였다. 근력 및 순발력, 근파워에서는 실험집단이 통제집단에 비해 수직높이뛰기, Press에서 사전보다 사후에 유의미하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 등속성 근력에서의 Extension Right의 체중당 최대파워(Peak TQ/BW)는 실험집단이 사전보다 사후에 유의미하게 증가하였고, Flexion Right의 체중당 최대파워(Peak TQ/BW)는 통제집단에서 사전보다 사후에 결과가 유의미하게 증가하였다(p<.05). 플라이오메트릭 트레이닝과 밸런스 트레이닝은 운동범위의 확대를 통해 부상을 방지하고 더 나아가 운동능력을 향상시키는데 영향을 줄 수 있는 효율적 훈련이 되리라 사료된다. The central concern of this article is to examine how and to what extent plyometric training and balance training influence athletes’ muscular power, agility and isokinetic muscular function. After randomly dividing 12 females weight-lifting athletes in a middle school into two groups, i.e., an experimental group (Ex-G, n=6) and a control group (Con-G, n=6), we measured whether plyometric training and balance training as treatment conditions for the pre and post test control group design have substantially enhanced athletes’ performance when these treatment conditions are added to a weight-lifting training program for 12 weeks. Findings from our experiment reveal that the EX-G showed more improvement in the athletic performance than the Con-G. Specifically, both vertical jump and press of the experimental group as a measure of muscular power and agility, respectively, were more significantly improved in pre and post comparison than those of the control group. With regard to isokinetic muscular function, the experimental group’s peak TQ/BW in extension right significantly improved, whereas the peak TQ/BW of Con-G in flexion right is markedly improved in pre and post test comparison. Plyometric and balance training could function as preventive measures against unexpected injuries on the one hand and effective training methods for enhancing athletic performance on the other.

        8주간 고유수용성감각 운동프로그램이 태권도 품새 선수들의 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study was to examine how the proprioception exercise program affects the isokinetic muscular function of the Taekwondo poomsae players. The participants were 20 Taekwondo poomsae players. All subjects were college students located in Gyeonggi-do. The players were ramdomly assigned to either Taekwondo poomsae training group or Taekwondo poomsae training & proprioception exercise program group. For the study, it was checked the isokinetic muscular function before the study and after 8 weeks. Data were collected by using Two-way ANOVA and the statistically significant levels were set α=.05. The study showed that there were no significant difference in knee joints 60°/sec and 180°/sec of extensor strength for the isokinetic muscular function. But the significant differences were found in knee joints 60°/sec and 180°/sec of the flexor strength, ankle joints 30°/sec and 120°/sec of the plantarflexors strength and dorsiflexors. It was conclude that the proprioception exercise program has a positive effect on improving performance of Taekwondo poomsae players. Continuous developing a variety of exercise programs is needed considering characteristics of Taekwondo poomsae players.

        테니스 선수의 무산소성 운동능력과 균형 및 발목 등속성 근기능과의 상관분석

        The purpose of this study is to analysis the correlation of balance ability, anaerobic exercise ability and ankle isokinetic muscular function. The subjects were 12 tennis players. The tennis player group was measured balance test by Humac Norm Balance system. Also, they participated in Wingate anaerobic power test and 60°/sec isokinetic power test on ankle. The significant level of hypothesis verification was set-up as p<.05. The results of this study were as follows. 1) It showed that balance ability and anaerobic exercise ability do not have significant correlations 2) It showed that balance ability and ankle isokinetic muscular function have significant correlations(p<.05). 3) It showed that anaerobic exercise ability and ankle isokinetic muscular function have significant correlations(p<.05). Therefore, these results indicated that the correlation exists between balance ability and ankle isokinetic muscular function on tennis player. Also, Anaerobic exercise ability and %BW PT(Inversion) of ankle joint had negative correlation. It means that this result may be used for improving training development.

        12주간 Plyometric Training이 유소년 축구 교실 참가 아동의 운동신경 전도속도와 슬관절 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 wks plyometric training on motor nerve conduction velocity and isokinetic muscular functions in boys while attending community-based soccer club. Fourteen trained and physically active male boys were divided into control(n=7; age 11.34 ± 1.82 years) and experimental groups(n=7; age 11.23 ± 2.21 years). The plyometric training groups followed a twice-weekly, 12-week plyometric training program, while the control groups participated in their normal soccer lessons. Motor nerve conduction velocity was obtained from the posterior tibial nerve using Viking IV. Using an isokinetic dynamometer, and during isokinetic knee extension and flexion angular velocities of 60° was obtained. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were estimated; 2 × 2 repeated measured ANOVA mixed design was carried out. The results of the present study were as follows; First, The velocity of motor nerve conduction was significantly increased in plyometric training group after 12 wks whereas control group maintained at end point. Second, The isokinetic muscular functions was significantly increased in plyometric training group after 12 wks whereas control maintained or increased at end point. It would be concluded that 12 wks plyometric training elicited many positive changes in the male boys of elementary school age such as improvement of motor nerve conduction velocity and isokinetic muscular functions. and It was concluded that an plyometric training necessary for elementary school-age children to develop muscular function through Enhancement of motor nerve conduction velocity.

        유도선수의 저항운동 시 세트구성 방법의 차이가 염증지표, 등속성근력 및 폐기능에 미치는 영향

        본 연구는 저항운동 시 세트 적용 방법에 차이를 두어 염증지표와 폐 기능 및 등속성 근력의 변화를 분석하여 유도선수에게 적합한 체력 증가 방법을 알아보고자 하였다. 연구 대상자는 B 광역시 유도협회에 등록된 선수 31명으로 어센딩집단 8명, 디센딩집단 8명, 드롭집단 8명, 대조집단 7명으로 구분하였다. 저항운동프로그램은 12주간 주 3회 실시하였으며, 월요일은 하지, 수요일은 상지, 금요일은 복부/허리 운동을 실시하였다. 자료처리는 SPSS 23.0을 이용하여 반복측정에 의한 이원 변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 염증지표는 집단 간 차이는 없었지만 어센딩과 드롭집단에서 운동 후 유의한 감소를 보였다. 등속성 근력의 집단 간 차이는 무릎관절과 허리관절에서 어센딩집단이 디센딩집단과 드롭집단, 대조집단보다 높게 나타났다. FVC는 어센딩집단이 디센딩집단, 드롭집단, 대조집단보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. FEV1(%)은 어센딩세트집단이 대조집단보다 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 본 연구에서 적용된 세트 구성 방법의 차이는 등속성 근력과 폐 기능에 의미 있는 변화를 나타내었으며, 특이한 부분은 상지의 근력증가를 위해서는 디센딩세트, 하지나 몸통의 근력증가를 위해서는 어센딩세트가 효과적인 방법으로 적용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다. This study aimed to identify the appropriate methods for increasing Judo players' physical strength by analyzing the change of inflammatory markers, pulmonary function, and isokinetic muscular strength caused by differentiated set composition during resistance training. Thirty-one participants who are Judo players were divided into asending system group (ASG), dsending system group (DSG), drop system group (DSG) and control group (CG). Resistance training was conducted 3 times a week for 12 weeks; the lower limbs on Mondays, the upper limbs on Wednesdays, and abdomen/waist on Fridays. SPSS 23.0 was used for data processing and two-way ANOVA with repeated measure was conducted. The results of this study were as follows. (1) Inflammatory markers of ASG and DSG decreased after training. Isokinetic muscular strengths in knee joint and trunk joint of ASG were significantly higher than those of other three groups. FVC of ASG was significantly higher than those of other three groups. FEV1(%) of ASG was significantly higher than that of CG. The differentiated set composition adapted in this study showed meaningful change in muscular strength and pulmonary function. It is considered that the descending set training for upper limbs can be effective method, while the ascending set training for lower limbs may be effective method for strengthening muscles.

        12주간 Plyometric 운동이 여대생의 운동 및 감각신경 전도속도와 발목관절 등속성 근기능에 미치는 영향

        The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of 12 wks plyometric exercise on sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity and ankle isokinetic muscular functions in college women. Twenty-three untrained college women were divided into control(n=12; age 22.24 ± 1.34 years) and experimental groups(n=11; age 22.12 ± 1.13 years). The plyometric exercise groups followed a 1 hour per day, twice-weekly, 12-wks plyo-metric exercise program, while the control groups were allowed to live their normal life. Sensory and motor nerve conduction velocity was obtained from the Medial plantar nerve by using Medelec Synergy. Also, mo-tor nerve conduction velocity was obtained from the fibula nerve by using Cantate. Using an Biodex, during isokinetic ankle dorsi flexion and plantar flexion angular velocities of 30° and 120° were obtained. For data analysis, the mean and standard deviation were estimated; 2×2 repeated measured ANOVA mixed design was carried out. The results of the present study were as follows; First, The velocity of motor nerve conduction was significantly increased in plyometric exercise group after 12 wks whereas control group maintained at end point. Second, The isokinetic muscular functions was significantly increased in plyometric exercise group after 12 wks whereas control maintained at end point. Third, ratio of PF/DF was significantly decreased in plyo-metric exercise group after 12 wks whereas control maintained at end point. It would be concluded that 12 wks plyometric exercise elicited many positive changes in the college women such as improvement of motor nerve conduction velocity and isokinetic muscular functions. and It was concluded that an plyometric exercise necessary for college women develop muscular function through Enhancement of motor nerve conduction velocity.
