        五色의 照射가 SQUID 심자도와 EAV 전기지수에 미치는 영향

        The purpose of this study is to make a proof of whether Five-Color illuminating has influence on physiological signals and what is the relationship between Five-Color illuminating and The five elements by using 2-Channel DROS SQUID(Magnetocardiogram) and EAV(Electronic Index). Physical signals(magnetocardiogram and electronic index) were changed by Color illumination. Following is relation between Five-Color illumination and The five elements. Among 16 cases that were intended to increase index value of relevant phase by illuminating up color of relevant phase, there 15 cases that were accorded with the rule of promoting and counteracting relation of The five elements order(93.75%). And the reduction of five phase deviation was observed in 13(81.25%). Among 7 cases that were intended to decrease index value of relevant phase by lighting up color of relevant phase, there 6 cases that were accorded with the rule of promoting and counteracting relation of The five elements order(85.71%). And the reduction of five phase deviation was observed in 3(42.85%), Among 5 cases that were intended to decrease index value of relevant phase by lighting up color of counteracting phase, there 5 cases that were accorded with the rule of promoting and counteracting relation of The five elements order(100%). And the reduction of five phase deviation was observed in 3(60%). It could be assigned Five color to The five elements. And Color illumination increased electric index.         Illumination Control in Visible Light Communication Using Manchester Code with Sync-Mark Signal

        In this study, we employed Manchester code for illumination control and flicker prevention of the light-emitting diode (LED) used in a visible light communication (VLC) system. In the VLC transmitter, the duty factor of the Manchester code was utilized for illumination control; in the VLC receiver, the spike signal from an RC-high pass filter was utilized to recover the transmitted signal whilst suppressing the 120-Hz noise arising from adjacent lighting lamps. Instead of the clock being transmitted in a separate channel, a syncmark signal was transmitted in front of each data byte and used as the reference time for transforming the Manchester code to nonreturn- to-zero (NRZ) data in the receiver. In experiments, the LED illumination was controlled in the range of approximately 12-84% of the constant wave (CW) light via changing of the duty factor from 10% to 90%. This scheme is useful for constructing indoor wireless sensor networks using LED light that is flicker-free and presents capability for illumination control.

        웨이블릿 합성 영상 및 엔트로피 기반 판별함수를 이용한 철강 후판 검사의 최적 조명메커니즘

        Demand for both quality steel-plate products and the quality inspection of steel plates is increasing. In order to guarantee the quality of steel plates, consistent automatic inspection is required, but there is a lack of research on illumination mechanisms for automatic inspection. The steel plate has low contrast, non uniformity, and featureless. To configure an illumination mechanism to cope with this problem, a discrete wavelet transform is used to decompose the image into multiple resolution regions to improve the contrast of the image and highlight features. In order to select the optimum illumination mechanism, the discriminant measure applying the entropy function is applied to the numerical analysis of the regions. The experimental results show that the BI&CIW illumination mechanism exhibits the highest discrimination, so BI&CIW is selected as the optimum illumination mechanism.

        소규모 사무실에 적용된 조광제어 시스템의 최적제어를 위한 주광변화 분석

        The influence of outdoor sky conditions on photosensor signals were examined to determine an appropriate index that is effectively used for optimum illuminance fluctuation when a daylight dimming system is used for a small office. Field measurements were conducted under various sky conditions. Results indicate that the outdoor global and vertical illuminance fluctuated within narrow ranges under clear and overcast sky conditions. The fluctuation of sky ratio under partly-cloudy sky caused wide ranges of illumnance fluctuation. A partially-shielded photosensor at backwall produced 56% of light output from fixtures controlled by a photosensor at ceiling. This implies that the photosensor at backwall does not always guarantee target illuminance due to the less output. The fluctuation of light output from fixtures were insignificant under clear and overcast sky. The fluctuation range of photosensor illuminance under partly-cloudy sky caused wide fluctuation ranges of light output. Regression result implies that the outdoor vertical illuminance was recommended for an effective index that is used for control of light output.

        A marine signal lantern using a high power LED light source module was designed and was analyzed its light distribution characteristics. Its initial lens shape was configured according to paraxial optics and improved its collimator performance through optimization. C-8 type tungsten filament light bulbs can be replaced by marine signal lantern utilizing a high power LED light source module. Which has 775cd brightness and satisfies Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries marine lantern specification of FWHM divergence angle ± 2.3°.

      • A Tracking Method of Robust Lip Movement Images in the Speech Activity Detection Phase

        This paper presents a method tracking robust lip movement images through the combined speech and image processor system that functions in a range of illumination environments under external dynamic acoustic noise. Standard images of lip movements were collected on-line and their features were extracted for the adaptation in the various illumination environments. At the same time, an on-line template image was captured and used for template matching. As a result of linking the speech and image processing system, the successful combination rate was maintained at approximately 99.3% in diverse illumination environments.

        비영어권 외국인 내원객의 조명신호와 안내서를 이용한 검사방법 개선효과 : 흉부방사선 검사자를 대상으로

        본 연구는 비영어권의 내원객 수가 나날이 증가하고 있고 그에 따른 방사선 검사 시 언어의 소통 및 의사전달에 한계가 있었다. 이에 검사를 위해 제작한 안내서를 배부 후 설명 전후에 따른 개선 효과를 알아보았다. 검사 부위 인지 여부는 점수 척도가 통계적 유의성이 없었고 검사의 불편 정도, 호흡 지침 이해 정도, 검사 설명 만족도는 제작한 안내서 설명 전후에 따라 점수 척도가 향상되었으며 통계적 유의성이 있었다. 비영어권 외국인 내원객의 경우 영어나 한국어로 했을 때 보다 자국의 문자로 설명하는 것에 만족하였고, 그 방법 또한 검사실 내 조명 신호를 이용하여 외국인 내원객에게 호흡을 조절해야 하는 시기를 알려줌으로써 효과적인 검사를 시행할 수 있었다. 향후 다양한 언어 통역 프로그램과 다양한 검사 부위에 따른 안내서 제작과 도구 개발, 방사선사 및 의료진의 외국어 능력 향상 등 여러 관점에서 의사소통 수단이 구현 될 때 비로소 의료서비스 및 영상 의학적 검사의 질이 개선 될 수 있을 것이다. 앞으로 다른 영상의학 검사실에서도 영어나 한국어를 이해하지 못하는 비영어권 외국인을 검사할 때 사용할 수 있는 매뉴얼을 마련하는데 기초 자료로 활용 될 수 있을 것으로 사료 된다. In this study, the number of non-English speaking visitors is increasing day by day, and accordingly, there was a limitation in language communication and communication during radiographic examination. To this end, after distributing the handbook produced for inspection, the improvement effect of before and after explanation was examined. The score scale was not statistically significant as to whether it was the test site or not, and the degree of discomfort of the test, the degree of understanding of the breathing guidelines, and the satisfaction of the test description were improved and the score scale was improved before and after the description of the guide. Non-English-speaking foreign visitors were more satisfied with explanations in their own text than in English or Korean, and the method was also able to conduct effective inspections by informing the foreign guests when to control their breathing by using the lighting signals in the laboratory. In the future, the quality of medical services and imaging medical examinations can be improved only when communication methods are implemented from various perspectives, such as developing various language interpretation programs, developing guides for various test sites, and developing tools and improving foreign language skills of radiologists and medical staff. There will be. In the future, it may be used as a basic resource to prepare a manual that can be used to examine non-English speaking foreigners who do not understand English or Korean in other radiology labs.

        Optical Performance of the Double Gate Reverse T-Shaped Channel TFET in Near Visible Light Photodetector

        The optical performance of the band-to-band tunneling field-effect transistor by optimizing the wavelength of light illuminated on the device’s photoresistive area and the source material of the proposed Double Gate Reverse T-shaped Channel Tunnel field-effect transistor is investigated in this work. The device analysis was simulated using the TCAD-Sentaurus tool. The optical behavior of the TFET-based sensor was explored by plotting the optical generation rate, energy band diagram, band-to-band tunneling rate, and electron density contour for diff erent wavelengths using both Si–Ge and Ge sources. The device incorporates both a side gate and a bottom gate, where the intensity flux occurs on the side gate. Additionally, the spectral sensitivity (Sn) graph was generated by examining the relationship between wavelength ( ) and gate voltage (V gs) for the photosensors under investigation and the value of (Sn) with Si-Ge source is calculated to be 76.87. The results indicate that the Si-Ge source photosensor exhibits higher (Sn) compared to the Ge source TFET photosensor and it is calculated to be 78.93 for the Si-Ge source. This enhanced Sn can be attributed to the increased tunneling rate of optically generated carriers along the channel in the Si-Ge source photosensor. To further elaborate on the device performance, various parameter graphs were analyzed. Signal noise ratio and its value measured to be 140 dB, responsitivity (R) is calculated to be 1.010 for the Si-Ge source region, and quantum efficiency ( ) is calculated to be 4.19E-05.

        몬테카를로 전산해석을 이용한 콘크리트 코어시료의 직경과 밀도에 따른 보정인자 계산

        Concrete is one of the most widely used materials as the shielding structures of a nuclear facilities. It is also the most generated radioactive waste in quantity while dismantling facilities. Since the concrete captures neutrons and generates various radionuclides, radiation measurement and analysis of the sample was fulfilled prior to dismantle facilities. An HPGe detector is used in general for the radiation measurement, and effective correction factors such as geometrical correction factor, self-absorption correction, and absolute detector efficiency have to be applied to the measured data to decide exact radioactivity of the sample. Correction factors are obtained by measuring data using a standard source with the same geometry and chemical states as the sample under the same measurement conditions. However, it is very difficult to prepare standard concrete sources because concrete is limited in pretreatment due to various constituent materials and high density. In addition, the concrete sample obtained by core drill is a volumetric source, which requires geometric correction for sample diameter and self absorption correction for sample density. Therefore in recent years, many researchers are working on the calculation of effective correction factors using Monte carlo simulation instead of measuring them using a standard source. In this study we calculated, using Geant4, one of the Monte carlo codes, the correction factors for the various diameter and density of the concrete core sample at the gamma ray energy emitted from the nuclides 152Eu and 60Co, which are the most generated in radioactive concrete. 콘크리트는 원자력 시설의 차폐용 구조물로 광범위하게 사용되고 있는 재료이다. 하지만, 시설의 해체 시 양적으로 가장 많이 발생하는 방사성 폐기물이기도하다. 콘크리트는 중성자를 포획하여 다양한 방사성 핵종을 생성하기 때문에 해체 전에 시료를 채취하여 방사능 측정 및 평가를 수행해야 한다. 측정은 주로 HPGe 검출기를 이용하는데 시료의 정확한 방사능 판정을 위해는 기하학적 보정인자, 자가흡수 보정인자, 계측기의 절대효율 등 효과적인 보정인자를 측정치에 반영해야 한다. 보정인자는 기하학적 및 화학적 상태가 실제 시료와 동일한 표준시료를 이용해서 동일한 측정조건 하에서 획득한다. 하지만, 콘크리트는 다양한 구성물질과 높은 밀도로 전처리가 제한적이므로 콘크리트 표준시료를 제작하는 것은 매우 어렵다. 또한 코어드릴(core drill)을 사용하여 채취되는 콘크리트 시료는 체적선원이므로 직경에 대한 기하학적 보정과 밀도에 대한 자가흡수에 대한 보정이 필수적이다. 따라서, 최근에는 많은 연구자들이 표준선원을 제작 후 측정하는 대신 몬테카를로 전산모사(Monte Carlo simulation)을 이용하여 효과적인 보정인자들을 계산하는 연구를 수행하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 Monte Carlo code 중 하나인 Geant4를 이용하여 방사화 콘크리트에서 가장 많이 생성되는 핵종인 152Eu, 60Co에서 방출되는 감마선 에너지에 대한 콘크리트 코어시료의 직경과 밀도에 따른 보정인자를 산출하였다.
