Energy consumption in buildings is currently a real problem. That is why both assessment of energy performance and effective energy management including renewable energy system are essential. Thus, this paper focuses on a case study to analyze the energy performance and cooling & heating energy saving of a large scale shopping store in Daejeon city. The reference building is simulated by using TRNSYS dynamic simulation tool to examine its annual energy consumption. For annual energy analysis of building, one year energy consumption is surveyed in the field. The related study is carried out in large scale shopping store to investigate the energy consumption and energy use trend of heating, cooling, hot water, lighting, ventilation, equipments and other. The evaluation of energy performance of the geothermal heat pump system installed in a large scale shopping store is also analyzed by TRNSYS tool. From simulation results, it evaluated that the geothermal heat pump system is effective energy savings method in large scale shopping store.

Building energy consumption generally depends on living patterns of residents and outdoor air temperature changes. Although outdoor air temperature changes effect on building energy consumption, there is no calibration method for the comparison before and after Green Remodeling or BEMS installation etc., Big data of building energy consumption are collected and managed by 『National Integrated Management System of Building Energy』 in Korea, and they are utilized for the development of a calibration method for individual buildings as shown as the calibration method for small-area building stocks in the previous research. This study aims to develope a calibration method using big data of building energy consumption of individual buildings and outdoor air temperature changes, and to propose application of appropriate calibration methods for individual buildings or small-area building stocks according to the calibration purpose and conditions.

Apartment Housing has been increasing steadily, particularly our current super high-rise apartment houses that represent the culture has become a trend in Korea. These super high-rise apartment houses’ curtain wall system increases heating and cooling loads, it is expected to vary by each unit’s thermal properties. In this study, measured indoor environment and energy simulation results were compared to actual energy consumption. As a result, the various factors that affect heating and cooling loads, such as direction, plan type and glazing area, influence each unit’s load characteristic. In particular, according to the electricity costs savings behavior, the occupant’s thermal discomfort is expected to be large in summer. Therefore, to reduce heating and cooling load for each unit requires a reasonable plan.

Energy consumption of building is very hot topic recently. It becomes more and more important to look for efficient ways of energy consumptoion. It is selected a community center to low energy design. The project uses eQuest, a simulation software tool, for evaluating building energy. First it is evaluated the design to comply with the code, Second the usual design as ALT-1. They are compared the monthly load components and studied what's components affected. Accordingly, the performance of insulation and window system is improvement and photovolatic power generation systems are installed. That is the low energy design as ALT-2. Heating energy consumption is reduced 57%, Cooling energy consumption is reudced 24% through the case study as ALT-2.

This study examined the effect of green roof and respects the supply promotion of green roof from researched. The simulation make green roof in virtue building in followed in change roof area in seven city (Seoul, Incheon, Daejeon, Daegu, Gwangju Ulsan, Busan). The city total green roof examines an application effect in house space and commercial space. In seven city each city building coverage decides the application roof area in house space and commercial space. Applied a simulation program Energy plus v2.2 from resultant contents cooling load in heating load and energy consumption analyzes the effect of the green roof which follows. Method of research applied a simulation program at roof area(330㎡, 990㎡, 1650㎡, 3300㎡) four kind of case gives. Also, the ho use space and commercial space in city sets at applied simulation program in the one building. This study get the data of cooling load, heating load and energy change in two conditions, One is the data without green roof and another is the date with green roo f. As a result of the simulation, roof area affects the cooling load, heating load and energy consumption. cooling load, heating load and energy consumption is decreasing in the condition of broad green roof.

If you do not have well-established plans for natural light, it is likely to inhibit efficiency and be offensive to the people. For people, the natural light is needed to ensure proper illumination secure and energy saving through the use of solar energy. It is awning that allows to effectively control the solar radiation. In this study, we intends to evaluate the effect on energy consumption by the application of shading device. For these purpose we supposed the models which are composed of the several rooms that have enough size of windows. Then we analyzed the energy consumption according to 2 criteria using ECO-2 program. First, Ratio of awning installation. Second, awning length and installation rate. The results of this study are follows. : 1) A building that get high point using certificate regulation of environment friendly building is not related to eco-friendly building. 2) As the length of shade is longer, the amount of cooling energy consumption is lower.

This study aimed to analyze the Thermal Insulation Performance of the PCM Cool Roof System, which is being developed for mitigating the Urban Heat Island Effect. We compared the performance of common insulation material versus that of PCM, both applied on a standard roof model. We found that PCM had less cooling energy consumption compared to common insulation, whereas common insulation had less heating energy consumption. The annual total energy consumption was found to be lower when using PCM. Therefore, we conclude that the PCM Cool Roof System has insulating capacity comparable to that of common insulation.

대형 판매시설의 최적 에너지 절약을 위한 설비 운영시스템 개선 방안에 관한 연구

Reduction of energy in buildings by efficient management of energy is consistent with long/short-term national policies and the following economic effects are expected. In this study, I suggested the energy management system and its assessment method which are objective indicators of cost of building maintenance. Related with "Building Energy Efficiency Rating System", I did a basic research on energy-saving measure is applicable to the office building while its remodeling and operating. I also gave a building energy-saving measure to upgrade the building energy efficiency rating. And a certain size and same utilization of three places in an office building were selected to search the equipment system,automatic control and usage of energy by site survey for the purpose of estimating the building energy efficiency rating. In addition, I found out the problem of the operation and design stage of the office building and gave a measure of upgrading the building energy efficiency rating according to the amount of energy savings with building envelop replacement and operation of equipment system.
