        공간구문론을 이용한 일본 소규모 단독주택의 공간특징 분석 - 국내 아파트 평면과의 비교를 중심으로 -

        To analyze the space features of small-sized detached houses, this study has compared the floor plan types of detached houses and apartments. Currently small-sized detached houses are popular in Korea. The comparative analysis was focused on common residential patterns and the apartment plan. The results of space syntax were summarized as follows: four types of apartments and twelve types of small-sized detached houses were deduced by the relative spatial depth analysis. Among the sixty-seven house samples, only two of them showed the same pattern as those of apartments, which showed that each room of detached houses had distinct difference with those of apartments. According to the integration and control analysis, each space of apartments showed difference within narrow range, while the space of detached housed showed difference within wide range. In addition, the detached houses showed distinct relations between the center of space and the surroundings, and there are distinct differences between the easier layouts for access rooms and difficult ones. Moreover, the living rooms of detached houses somewhat exist under the low integration condition, and they cannot be standardized in the center of house, which are different with those of apartments. The master bedrooms of detached houses exit at the surrounding space same as those of apartments. Nevertheless the toilet is in the master bedroom which made its control lower than those of apartments. 본 연구는 소규모 단독주택의 공간특징을 분석하기 위하여 소규모 단독주택의 사례를 아파트의 평면유형과 비교분석하였다. 소규모 단독주택의 사례는 한국에 비하여 보편화되어있고 다양한 공간계획을 볼 수 있는 일본의 사례로 선정하였고, 이를 한국의 보편적인 주거유형인 아파트 평면과 비교분석하였다. 단층으로 구성된 아파트평면과 2층 이상으로 구성된 단독주택 공간을 단순한 도면형태로의 비교는 어려울 수 있으나 공간구문론을 이용한 공간관계적 측면에서의 분석은 가능하다. 본 연구는 공간구문론을 통하여 소규모 단독주택 공간을 아파트 평면과 비교함으로, 그 차이점과 특징을 분석하였다. 또한 거주자의 요구조건을 반영하여 계획된 단독주택의 공간관계를 분석함으로써 현대인의 라이프스타일을 반영한 공간을 계획할 때 기초자료를 제공하고자 한다. 공간구문론을 이용한 분석결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 상대적 공간심도 분석을 통하여 아파트 유형 4가지와 소규모 단독주택 유형 12가지를 도출하였는데, 단독주택 전체 67개 사례 중 2개 사례만 아파트와 같은 유형으로 나타나 단독주택의 각 실의 관계가 아파트와 확연히 다른 것으로 분석되었다. 통합도와 통제도 분석에서, 아파트는 각 공간이 적은 범위에서 차이를 보인 반면 단독주택은 모든 공간이 큰 범위에서 차이를 보여 단독주택에서 각 공간이 중심과 주변관계가 명확하고, 드나들기 쉬운 공간과 어려운 공간이 명확한 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 거실공간은 아파트와 달리 통합도가 낮은 공간이 다소 존재하여 거실이 획일적으로 공간의 중심이 되어야 하는 것은 아닌 것으로 분석되었다. 주침실은 아파트와 마찬가지로 전체 공간의 주변에 존재하나 주침실 내부에 화장실 등 공간이 있어 통제도가 높은 아파트와 달리 통제도 역시 낮은 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 분석결과로 나타난 소규모 단독주택의 다양성은 미래 주거양식 다양화의 가능성을 보여준다.

        일본 도심 소규모 단독주택 내 공적공간(LDK)의 평면과 입체의 조합유형

        Recently, new detached houses on a small plot in low-rise residential urban area have attracted more public interests than ever before. This study aims to categorize basic types of interior plans in small urban detached houses by analyzing the layouts of the public space(LDK) within them which are popular in Japan. The results of this study may be summarized as follows. Unit floor plans were basically classified as 16 types according to the layout of LDK. Among these, the LDK type in a straight line shows the most at 28.9%. Again, these plans were sub-classified into 38 types by plan composition. The new ‘LDKL’ (a new term the authors propose to be used) type was observed in cases where K was directly connected to L. This type appears at 9 out of 38 types. In the connection of LDK, the LDK type shows the most at 60.8%; secondly the L-DK type at 29.9%; thereafter the LD-K type at 6.2%; and lastly L-D-K type, the least frequently at 1.0%. The cases of inter-level connection between LDK and the surrounding space were observed in various cases such as the open workplace of the upstairs hallway visually connected with LDK through the void space and as the attic space of the pitched roof visually linked to it.

        소규모건축물 대응을 위한 녹색건축 인증제도 개선 방향 제안 - 단독주택 인증제도 분석을 중심으로 -

        The present study proposes improvement directions for responding to small buildings when revising the G-SEED (Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) in the future through the analysis of the system and current status of certification standards for small housing. G-SEED, the small housing standard, was introduced in 2012. However, the certification standards for small buildings are not separately operated. As such, standards for small housing are regulated in terms of certification days, review personnel, reviews, fees, and items. To analyze the difficulties encountered with small housing standards, the present study compared the scores of certified small and general buildings. As a result of comparing certification items, 9 items out of 20 items for small housing are the same, 8 items are easy, 1 item is difficult, and 2 items are evaluated only in small housing. For comparison of certification acquisition scores, buildings certified as general housing were converted into small housing standard scores and compared. The present study noted that in terms of certification acquisition scores, the average score for small housing was 60.78 points, which was approximately 4.6 points higher than that for general housing. However, buildings that scored high in general housing were downgraded. Next, directions for the regulation of small buildings in the G-SEED were reviewed. It is to operate certification items without classification of use by integrating the existing use classification system. At this time, the certification items can be diversified and differentiated within the items. Furthermore, adjustments to the level of difficulty of certification items for small building use are essential. To reflect small buildings in the G-SEED, the most important adjustments to system operation include introducing guidelines for the use and characteristics of small buildings, clarifying the certification audit documents, and simplifying the process of certification
