녹색건축인증(G-SEED) 혁신적인 설계 현황 분석 및 평가방법 개선 방향 제안

G-SEED (Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) evaluates a certification system that evaluates the environmental friendliness of buildings. An innovative design to evaluate excellent parts that cannot be evaluated by existing certification items was introduced in G-SEED 2016 version. This study examines the current certification status of G-SEED ID (Innovative Design) and proposes directions for improvement. In addition, the innovation evaluation method and certification items in LEED and BREEAM were reviewed. The purpose of this study is to analyze and compare different certification systems and propose the scope of improvement for future G-SEED revisions. The innovative design gives additional points to each country and evaluates items superior to the existing performance; however, evaluation methods differ by country. The innovative design improvement plans presented in this study are 1) criteria movement of items with high acquisition rate, 2) improve evaluation methods for innovative plan and design and expansion of target buildings, 3) review items with exemplary performance, and 4) identify a system that can propose and approve certification items and introduce pilot certification items.
학교시설의 녹색건축인증제 개선을 위한 문헌분석에 관한 연구

Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design(G-SEED) has been implemented for the realization of sustainable development and resource-saving and eco-friendly buildings from 2002. Studies about the green buildings are made actively and is being developed through constant revision. However, study results of green building have not been fully reflected in the standard. Therefore, this study analyzes the previous studies about G-SEED for school facilities and check the degree of to reflect the problems and improvements suggested in previous studies. This study will be a reference of future revision Substantial problems and requirements are not reflected in revision standard. Proposed improvement requirements are classed as to improve the items(establish specific standards, supplementation), strengthen standards(designate the prerequisite items), propose a new evaluation method, add new items. delete exist items and adjust the score. Therefore, future revision of G-SEED for school facilities should reflect the results of previous studies.
정서적 미술작품에 대한 선호가 성격 유형에 의해 달라지는가?

This study was performed to investigate whether aesthetic preference is related to the personality of an individual or not. Even though prior studies have reported that aesthetic preference for a certain style of art is associated with a personality factor, it is more important to focus on impressions and feelings about paintings than the style of art. The present study tried to examine how positive, negative, and neutral feelings about paintings are related to a personality factor, and that familiarity has an effect on aesthetic preference. After participants answered a Big-Five personality questionnaire, they then rated the preference for and familiarity about paintings which implied emotions. The results showed that individuals with higher scores of neuroticism preferred negative paintings. A preference for negative paintings is hard to explain, but this could be explained by results of this study. A hypothesis that familiar paintings would be more preferred is supported by the data. Aesthetic preference has both objectivity and the subjectivity. This study explained subjectivity through individual differences, and investigate art from a psychological point of view rather than conservative methods that sort paintings into art history.

본 연구에서는 대상, 공간 및 언어 인지양식(Object-Spatial Imagery and Verbal Questionnaire: OSIVQ)과 성격 5요인(Big Five)의 상관관 계를 분석하였다. 참가자는 인지양식 질문지와 성격요인 질문지를 작성 하였고 질문지의 제시순서는 역균형화 하였다. 언어양식 선호는 외향성 (r=.494, p<.01)과 개방성(r=.453, p<.01) 요인과 정적 상관이 있었다. 대 상양식 선호는 성실성(r=.365, p<.01)과 친화성(r=252, p<.05) 요인과 정 적 상관이 나타났다. 공간양식 선호는 어떤 요인과도 상관이 나타나지 않았다. OSIVQ 내 요인들의 관계를 살펴보면, 공간양식 선호와 대상양 식 선호 간 유의한 부적 상관(r=-.513, p<.01)이 관찰되었다. 본 연구는 인지양식에서의 개인차와 성격 요인과의 관계를 검토하여 성격과 인지 의 개인차에서 보이는 상호 영향성을 검토해보았다는 의미가 있다.

The present study proposes improvement directions for responding to small buildings when revising the G-SEED (Green Standard for Energy and Environmental Design) in the future through the analysis of the system and current status of certification standards for small housing. G-SEED, the small housing standard, was introduced in 2012. However, the certification standards for small buildings are not separately operated. As such, standards for small housing are regulated in terms of certification days, review personnel, reviews, fees, and items. To analyze the difficulties encountered with small housing standards, the present study compared the scores of certified small and general buildings. As a result of comparing certification items, 9 items out of 20 items for small housing are the same, 8 items are easy, 1 item is difficult, and 2 items are evaluated only in small housing. For comparison of certification acquisition scores, buildings certified as general housing were converted into small housing standard scores and compared. The present study noted that in terms of certification acquisition scores, the average score for small housing was 60.78 points, which was approximately 4.6 points higher than that for general housing. However, buildings that scored high in general housing were downgraded. Next, directions for the regulation of small buildings in the G-SEED were reviewed. It is to operate certification items without classification of use by integrating the existing use classification system. At this time, the certification items can be diversified and differentiated within the items. Furthermore, adjustments to the level of difficulty of certification items for small building use are essential. To reflect small buildings in the G-SEED, the most important adjustments to system operation include introducing guidelines for the use and characteristics of small buildings, clarifying the certification audit documents, and simplifying the process of certification
녹색건축 인증제도 업무용 건축물 개정 전·후 인증결과 비교분석

G-SEED has been introduced with the aim of reducing energy use and resources since 2002, as the system of certificating environmental friendliness of buildings to create comfortable environment. This study analyzed the changes of certification standard of G-SEED since the revision in 2016, comparing certification results of office buildings by grade, category and certification items between G-SEED 2013-2 version and revised version of 2016. Also, this study analyzed the average points and their standard deviation of certification items including both deleted items and newly added items and extracted items needed to be reviewed in the future revision. In the revision, G-SEED has been extended its certification system to involve existing buildings and Innovative Design categories newly introduced with revising the certification items and difficulties. In revised version of G-SEED, the certification grade appeared to change its acquisition ratio decreasing Green2 and increasing Green4, during Green1 and Green3 were similar in proportion. The average scores by categories appeared decrease in Energy and Environmental Pollution category and Materials and Resources category, on the other hand, Maintenance category appeared the highest increase in the average score. Otherwise, Land Use and Transportation, Water Circulation, Ecology, Indoor Environment categories appeared similar average scores both version of G-SEED. In addition, the Innovative Design which was newly introduced category, seems to expect gradual gaining high scores according to technology development in future, although its possession has shown lower scores in revised version.
