인터넷과 같은 정보통신 기술의 급속한 발전은 정보화를 더욱 진전시키고 있으며, 이러한 정보화의 진전은 우리들에게 보다 새롭고 편리한 서비스를 제공해줄 뿐만 아니라, 한 나라의 경제나 사회의 발전에 기여하는 바가 크다. 그러나 해킹이나 바이러스 유포와 같은 사이버 범죄는 정보화 사회가 잉태한 가장 대표적인 역기능 중의 하나로서, 개인정보유출 및 침해문제가 개인생활은 물론이고 국가의 경제까지도 위협하고 있는 심히 우려되는 현상이라고 하겠다. 본 논문에서는 우리 나라의 정보화 역기능에 대한 발생요인들로서 우리 나라 공공기관이나 기업들의 빈약한 정보보호 투자, 정보보호 및 정보통신 윤리에 대한 낮은 인식, 국내의 취약한 정보보호 기술 경쟁력을 중심으로 지적한 다음, 그러한 정보화 역기능의 문 제점들을 개선하기 위한 대안이나 수단으로서 어떠한 점들이 있는가를 고찰함으로서 정보시스템의 안정성과 정보의 신뢰성을 확보하는 것이 얼마나 중요한 것인지를 제시하는데 그 목적을 두고 있다.

본 연구에서는 개인정보에 대한 국내외 동향과 대책을 분석하므로 개인 점보보호에 대한 사회적 인식을 확산시키고, 전자상거래에 대한 막연한 불안을 해소함으로서 차세대 무선 인터넷 산업을 활성화시키는 계기가 되고자 한다. 아울러 이동단말기의 개인 정보보호를 위한 방법을 제안하였다. 제안된 알고리듬은 개인용 이동 단말기인 AMPS, IS95, PDA, IMT-2000, GSM, 노트북 등의 모든 개인 휴대단말 보안에 관한 것으로서 상세하게는 사용자가 보안 설정을 통한 개인 휴대단말에 저장되어 있는 사용자 정보를 원격으로 개인 정보백업, 정보 다운로드, 정보 잠금, 정보 삭제 등을 자동으로 제어하는 개인휴대단말 보안방법에 관한 연구로 이동단말기의 개인정보를 보호하는 효과를 얻을 수 있다.

This article discusses that it has a understanding of EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) and CALS(Commerce At Light Speed) forming new stage in the computer network and it is analyzed that a textile industry and grocery industry develope the strategic alliances. EDI and CALS forming new computer network fields add the standardization to the network and utilize the business cooperation and the external resources based on technology. It rapidly copes with the marketing changes and this cooperation timely comes to the marketing trend by data interchange between firms. The computer network after a half of 1980 magnifies the fixation and expansion of a customer and develops the business strategies. In this framework, the fixation and the expansion of a customer advanced the share competition recognizes the efficient strategies to increase the switching cost and the building entry barrier. CRS(Computer Reservation System) is the one of famous examples included the construction of the economy in American airline industry. However, those framework is changing and there is a shift in technical generations. This to say that the market is based on individual interface without the period of standard interface, but this individual interface is weakened by establishment of standard interface. Also, the shift in generations of technology comes out the expansion of network and new formation of the connection. This is the cooperation activity between firms coped with the efficient demand trend to decline the stocks and to reduce the lead-time.

A STUDY ON HYBRID PARALLEL QUERY OPTIMIZATION

Query optimization is a hard combinatorial optimization problem. We present a hybrid parallel algorithm which is based on iterative improvement and genetic algorithm. This algorithm exploits the shape of state space of the query optimization problem.

밸런스 테이핑 처치가 장시간 운동시 심박수 및 혈중 젖산농도 변화에 미치는 영향

This study was peerformed the effects of balance taping on the changes of heart rate and blood lactate concentration during longterm submaximal exercise. The results were as follow:Heart rate and blood lactate concentration of taping group at 40 mins and 50 mins during exercise showed a significant(P < 0.05) lower values than control group. At the immedately and recovery 15 min after exercise, heart and blood lactate concentration of taping group showed a significant(P < 0.05) lower values as compared to control group. In the recovery rate of heart rate and blood lactate concentration, taping group showed a significant(P < 0.05) higher values as compared to control group. In this results, the taping was suggested the effective method for acute recovery of exercise-induced fatigue.

특허의 사업화 촉진으로 기술개발과 개발성과의 사업화, 기술개발을 위한 재투자로 이어 지는 R&D활동의 선순환 구조를 확립하는 것은 매우 중요한 일이다. 따라서 본 조사연구는 현 시점에서 우리나라의 특허, 실용신안에 관한 사업화 및 기술이전에 대한 실태를 파악 하기 위해 수행된 조사연구이다. 본 조사연구는 제공받은 모집단 자료로부터 특허와 실용신안의 보유 기술을 추출단위로 추출한 후 추출된 기술을 보유한 등록 보유자의 명부를 재작성하여 표본틀로 사용하였다. 표본설계에서는 비비례 할당추출법으로 표본을 추출하였으며, 우편조사로 자료를 수집하였다. 우편조사의 표본자료 구조와 모집단 구조와 크게 상이하였기 때문에 자료분석을 위해서는 사후추정방법을 응용하여 보유기술 분야별로 가중간을 부여한 후 모수를 추정하였다.

There are several generalizations of Cuntz-Krieger algebras, among them the graph C^* -algebras are interesting in the sense that they can be studied by tools from graph theory and dynamical systems. In this note we review some properties of graph C^*-algebras including their ideal structure, real rank and the topological entropy of the canonical endomorphism.

웹 정보의 교환과 공유를 위해 XML 문서의 사용이 증가함에 따라 XML 문서에 대한 효율적인 저장 및 관리 기술의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 이를 위해 관계형 데이터 베이스가 하부 저장구조로 많이 사용되고 있으나 계층적인 특성을 갖는 XML 문서와 데이터 모델간의 불일치로 인해 XML 문서에 적합한 특별한 저장방식이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 XML 문서를 관계형 데이터베이스안에 효율적으로 저장하고 검색할 수 있는 XML 리파지토리 시스템의 저장구조를 제안하였다. 제안한 저장구조는 BTD 의존적 스키마 생성을 통하여 XML 문서를 효율적으로 분할하여 저장하고, 저장된 XML 문서에 대한 자유로운 검색 기능을 제공하며 검색 결과 역시 XML의 형태로 얻을 수 있다.
