The purpose of this study was to examine the educational prototype of persuasive message organization. In the interests of developing educational contents of the principles of speech organization, which is the appropriate and effective organization type in the educational prospective and how each aspects of prototype is associated with each dimension of persuasive message instruction were the focus of the study. Thirteen types of persuasive message organization were analyzed in the criterion of persuasiveness, educational appropriateness, and the organizational property. The result revealed monroe's 'Motivated Sequence' was the most effective pattern of the persuasive message organization instruction. Along with these findings, the four dimensions of motivated sequence were discussed.

In this study, I tried to introduce an Korean education materials named<蒙學必讀>, which have been not noticed up to recently. This textbook is not only we don't know the issuing date, but also had not been given attentions to the researcher, but in many aspects, it is remarkably worth being analyzed and cannot be overlooked for it historical importance. This textbook is assumed to be used as an primary Korean study for internal learners, and also has religious background to Cheondoism, the native religion of Korea which was founded in korean modernization period(late of 19th century to early 20th century). with a bibliographical analysis, I discovered that it is fairly valuable to keep an eyes on, since it's unique and peculiar aspects as a early Korean materials. It has a medium characteristics between traditional Korean primary textbook going and modern Korean primary book. The point of view about Korean alphabetic system, it is composite featuer, In this study i also set up a new suggestion for its issuing date.
외국의 국어지식 교육 쇄신 동향 : 언어 인식'을 중심으로 focusting on Language Awareness in U.K

The purpose of this study is to investigate a renovation movement of Grammar teaching in foreign country. Especially, I pay attention to 'Language Awareness' which is developed in the United Kingdom. This is not introduced in Korean Language Education, but This has broad of support in the West. Besides, This accord with the orientation of 'Knowledge about Language' Teaching in Korea. I examine th meaning, background, contents and issues of 'Language Awareness'. this means "Explicit knowledge about language, and conscious perception and sensitivity in language learning, language teaching and language use(ALA, 1996)". 'Language Awareness' is a paradigm, approach, movement and the behavior attribute of language learner. The background of 'Language Awareness' is Three. First, educational background : the reinforcement of 'knowledge about language' in English teaching in the U.K. Second, academic background : the reinforcement of 'knowledge about language' in English teaching in the U.K.. Second, academic background : the emergence of a new linguistics - social linguistics. Third, social-cultural background : the formation of multi-cultural language environment. The issues in 'Language Awareness' is 1) the relation of 'Language Awareness' and communicative competence, 2) the relation of 'Language Awareness' and traditional grammar teaching, 3) the unrealistic view about language and language teaching of 'Language Awareness'.

A dream about a dragon and an offspring of a concubine corresponds to the condition for existence of the Honggildong. This condition for existence plays an important role in the life of the Honggildong. The Honggildong, therefore, has the character shape of an unfortunate, complaining man because this two conditions for existence conflict with each other in it's special quality. Because that impact putted pressure with the condition for existence of an offspring of a concubine was very intensive, the Honggildong could not acquire the significance of existence of his life without settlement of this problem. So was the full course of his struggle tightly linked with settlement of this problem. And through his struggle with the ruler of the nation, the Honggildong' image as an active person, as the master of his destiny was highlighted. The Honggildong could realize the condition for existence of a dream about a dragon and overcome the condition for existence of an offspring of a concubine through his acquirement of the minister of byungjo(병조). But the minister of byungjo was no more than a virtual image. That the Honggildong exploited overland Yuldoguk(율도국) was the result of recognition on this problem and writhe for freedom from diverse pressures of Joseon(조선) dynasty. The honggildong could be free from diverse pressures - for example brotherly love, filial piety, loyalty etc. - of Joseon dynasty though exploitation of overland Yuldoguk. So could he rise to a king of the Yuldoguk at last, and realize the condition for existence of a dream about a dragon and overcome the condition for existence of an offspring of a concubine completely. In this point of view, we can say that the <Honggildongjeon(홍길동전)>emphasizes the necessity of the society which is treated the man of special ability respectfully, the necessity of the nation which is ruled by a man of special ability.

The goal of this study is to show that how prosody works in poetry writing in Korean. Given the fact that rhyme and rhythm are not just the tools of an analysis of poetry but the active factors which lead to a construction of a poem, I analyzed how the rhyme and rhythm operate in creating poetry. Rhyme works at the level of word selection. Rhythm works at the level of positioning words. Rhyme is to urge readers to have an emotional effect from the usage of a specific sound or the reiteration of the same sound. Poets select words very carefully while writing poems to take advantage of this specific sound effect. The sound effect very often contributes to maximize the evocation of a specific emotion. Rhythm is to make readers read a poem differently from the way they normally would read something else. Poets actualize the rhythm by utilizing traditional bas foot such as four meter or three meter, using enjambment, repeating the same syntax structure from the lines above, adjusting postposition and the ending of a word, and putting pause with such as comma or punctation marks etc. All mentioned above are the means of expressing and delivering specific meaning and emotion effectively in a poem.
