        일본문학의 탄생

마리아 헤수스 데 프라다 비센테(Miria Jesus de Prada Vicente),허지애(번역자) 부산대학교 인문학연구소 2007 코기토 Vol.- No.61

What is called Japanese literature is actually the literature created by the constructors of the nation called Yamato around the 7th and 8th centuries. 111e constructors of Yamato were the immigrants who had come down to Japanese Archipelago from Korean Peninsula, most of them coming from Paekche defeated by Silla. The establishment of Yamato meant then its separation and independence from Korea. The founders of Yamato decided to create the myth of divine nation disconnected from any historical background. They tried co absorb Chinese civilization not only to make a strong and independent country, but also to put an end to its connection with Korea. This historical fact explains the very nature of Japanese culture. From the beginning, it has been swinging between myth and history. On one hand, it has had a strong tendency to sustain the myth of Japan as a divine nation, and on the other, it has not been able to resist the powerful Chinese historicity. If the Koreans and the Japanese have suffered from the similar bipolarization of Chinese civilization and the vernacular culture, the former have systematically selected one of the two, rejecting the other; the latter have made no selection, just letting their culture swing between the two poles. Japanese literature that at its first stage, erased the memory of its historical connection with Korea, has necessarily been in search of lost time. Like a motherless child, it has been singing for its lost mother, its lost origin. One of the first examples of this nostalgic journey can be found in the 5th song of Man-ya-shu compiled in me 5th century. There have been many other songs later of the same kind. The poems of Sai-gyo and the poetic diary of journey composed by Basho are good examples of them.

Push-out bond strength of a self-adhesive resin cement used as endodontic sealer

Eduardo Diogo Gurgel-Filho,Felipe Coelho Lima,Vicente de Paula Aragão Saboia,Tauby de Souza Coutinho-Filho,Aline de Almeida Neves,Emmanuel João Nogueira Leal da Silva 대한치과보존학회 2014 Restorative Dentistry & Endodontics Vol.39 No.4

Objectives: The aim of the present study was to investigate the bond strength of RelyX Unicem (3M) to root canal dentin when used as an endodontic sealer. Materials and Methods: Samples of 24 single-rooted teeth were prepared with Gates Glidden drills and K3 files. After that, the roots were randomly assigned to three experimental groups (n = 8) according to the filling material, (1) AH Plus (Dentsply De Trey GmbH)/ Gutta-Percha cone; (2) Epiphany SE (Pentron)/Resilon cone; (3) RelyX Unicem/Gutta- Percha cone. All roots were filled using a single cone technique associated to vertical condensation. After the filling procedures, each tooth was prepared for a push-out bond strenght test by cutting 1 mm-thick root slices. Loading was performed on a universal testing machine at a speed of 0.5 mm/min. One-way analysis of variance and Tukey test for multiple comparisons were used to compare the results among the experimental groups. Results: Epiphany SE/Resilon showed significantly lower pushout bond strength than both AH Plus/Gutta-Percha and RelyX Unicem/Gutta-Percha (p < 0.05). There was no significant difference in bond strength between AH Plus/Gutta- Percha and RelyX Unicem/Gutta-Percha (p > 0.05). Conclusions: Under the present in vitro conditions, bond strength to root dentin promoted by RelyX Unicem was similar to AH Plus. Epiphany SE/Resilon resulted in lower bond strength values when compared to both materials.

KJP : Review Article; Role of Catheter`s Position for Final Results in Intrathecal Drug Delivery. Analysis Based on CSF Dynamics and Specific Drugs Profiles

( De Andres Jose ),( Perotti Luciano ),( Villanueva Vicente ),( Asensio Samper Juan Marcos ),( Fabregat Cid Gustavo ) 대한통증학회 2013 The Korean Journal of Pain Vol.26 No.4

Intrathecal drug delivery is an effective and safe option for the treatment of chronic pathology refractory to conventional pain therapies. Typical intrathecal administered drugs are opioids, baclofen, local anesthetics and adjuvant medications. Although knowledge about mechanisms of action of intrathecal drugs are every day more clear many doubt remain respect the correct location of intrathecal catheter in order to achieve the best therapeutic result. We analyze the factors that can affect drug distribution within the cerebrospinal fluid. Three categories of variables were identified: drug features, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) dynamics and patients features. First category includes physicochemical properties and pharmacological features of intrathecal administered drugs with special attention to drug lipophilicity. In the second category, the variables in CSF flow, are considered that can modify the drug distribution within the CSF with special attention to the new theories of liquoral circulation. Last category try to explain inter-individual difference in baclofen response with difference that are specific for each patients such as the anatomical area to treat, patient posture or reaction to inflammatory stimulus. We conclude that a comprehensive evaluation of the patients, including imaging techniques to study the anatomy and physiology of intrathecal environment and CSF dynamics, could become essential in the future to the purpose of optimize the clinical outcome of intrathecal therapy. Accuracy of the 2008 Simplified Criteria for the Diagnosis of Autoimmune Hepatitis in Children

        José Vicente Arcos-Machancoses,Cristina Molera Busoms,Ecaterina Julio Tatis,María Victoria Bovo,Jesús Quintero Bernabeu,Javier Juampérez Goñi,Vanessa Crujeiras Martínez,Javier Martin de Carpi 대한소아소화기영양학회 2018 Pediatric gastroenterology, hepatology & nutrition Vol.21 No.2

Purpose: Classical criteria for diagnosis of autoimmune hepatitis (AIH) are intended as research tool and are difficult to apply at patient’s bedside. We aimed to study the accuracy of simplified criteria and the concordance with the expert diagnosis based on the original criteria. Methods: A cohort of children under study for liver disorder was selected through consecutive sampling to obtain the prevalence of AIH within the group of differential diagnoses. AIH was defined, based on classical criteria, through committee review of medical reports. Validity indicators of the simplified criteria were obtained in an intention to diag-nose approach. Optimal cut-off and the area under the receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve were calculated. Results: Out of 212 cases reviewed, 47.2% were AIH. For the optimal cut-off (6 points), the simplified criteria showed a sensitivity of 72.0% and a specificity of 96.4%, with a 94.7% positive and a 79.4% negative predictive value. The area under the ROC curve was 94.3%. There was a good agreement in the pre-treatment concordance between the classical and the simplified criteria (kappa index, 0.775). Conclusion: Simplified criteria provide a moderate sensitivity for the diagnosis of AIH, but may help in indicating treatment in cases under suspicion with 6 or more points.

An In Vitro and In Vivo Study of the α-Amylase Activity of Phaseolamin

Neire Moura de Gouveia,Fernanda Vieira Alves,Fabiana Barcelos Furtado,Danielli Luana Scherer,Antonio Vicente Mundim,Foued Salmen Espindola 한국식품영양과학회 2014 Journal of medicinal food Vol.17 No.8

We evaluated the polypeptide profiles, inhibition of human salivary a-amylase activity, and hemagglutination properties of a commercial phaseolamin sample. We also performed an in vivo assay to investigate the effects of a commercial phaseolamin treatment (100, 500, or 1500 mg/kg) over 20 days on the glycemia, body weight, and serum biochemical parameters (total cholesterol, triglycerides, alanine aminotransferase, and aspartate aminotransferase) of nondiabetic and streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. The in vitro evaluation showed defined protein profiles, low hemagglutination activity, and high a-amylase inhibition. None of the experimental groups treated with phaseolamin or acarbose showed decreases in body weight. Our data demonstrate that phaseolamin inhibits amylase activity in vitro, reduces blood glucose levels, decreases or attenuates some of the renal and hepatic effects of diabetes in streptozotocin-induced rats, and could therefore have therapeutic potential in the treatment or prevention of the complications of diabetes.

Statistical Study and Prediction of Variability of Erythemal Ultraviolet Irradiance Solar Values in Valencia, Spain

Gonzalo Gurrea,Vicente Blanca-Giménez,Vicente Pérez,María-Antonia Serrano,Juan-Carlos Moreno,Solar Radiation Group of the Universitat Politècnica de València 한국기상학회 2018 Asia-Pacific Journal of Atmospheric Sciences Vol.54 No.4

The goal of this study was to statistically analyse the variability of global irradiance and ultraviolet erythemal (UVER) irradiance and their interrelationships with global and UVER irradiance, global clearness indices and ozone. A prediction of short-term UVER solar irradiance values was also obtained. Extreme values of UVER irradiance were included in the data set, as well as a time series of ultraviolet irradiance variability (UIV). The study period was from 2005 to 2014 and approximately 250,000 readings were taken at 5-min intervals. The effect of the clearness indices on global irradiance variability (GIV) and UIV was also recorded and bi-dimensional distributions were used to gather information on the two measured variables. With regard to daily GIVand UIV, it is also shown that for global clearness index (kt) values lower than 0.6 both global and UVER irradiance had greater variability and that UIVon cloud-free days (kt higher than 0.65) exceeds GIV. To study the dependence between UIVand GIV the χ2 statistical method was used. It can be concluded that there is a 95% probability of a clear dependency between the variabilities.A connection between high kt (corresponding to cloudless days) and low variabilities was found in the analysis of bidimensional distributions. Extreme values of UVER irradiance were also analyzed and it was possible to calculate the probable future values of UVER irradiance by extrapolating the values of the adjustment curve obtained from the Gumbel distribution.

THERMODYNAMIC ANALYSIS OF SINGLE- AND DOUBLE-EFFECT ABSORPTION REFRIGERATION SYSTEMS FOR COOLING ETHANOL FERMENTATION PROCESS

HUGO VALENÇA DE ARAÚJO,JOSÉ VICENTE HALLAK D'ANGELO 대한설비공학회 2014 International Journal Of Air-Conditioning and Refr Vol.22 No.4

Alcoholic fermentation is one of the most important stages in industrial ethanol productionprocess, involving a biochemical and exothermic reaction. Sometimes cooling towers are notcapable of supplying a cold utility with a temperature low enough to maintain the fermentativemedium temperature in a desirable range. Absorption Refrigeration Systems (ARS) appears to bea good alternative to obtain the necessary refrigeration for the fermentation process. The aim ofthe present paper was to carry out a thermodynamic analysis of ARS, evaluating their performancethrough the First and Second Laws of Thermodynamics. ARS with different con¯gurationswere studied (single-effect and double-effect with series, parallel and reverse parallel flows), all ofthem operating with water/lithium bromide mixture as working pair, under different operatingconditions in order to satisfy the cooling load required by an industrial alcoholic fermentationprocess. Another objective of this paper was to investigate the risk of LiBr crystallization, whichcan result in scaling formation, with the aid of the solid–liquid phase equilibrium curve of H2O/LiBr mixture. Among the double-effect con¯gurations studied, it was observed that series flow presents the more signi¯cant crystallization risk, which represents a limit to improve its First andSecond Law performances. It was veri¯ed that the Second Law performance for the single-anddouble-effect ARS analyzed are similar, but their First Law performance are considerably different. This is due to the amount and quality of the heat consumed in the first effect generators ofthese systems. For a base case studied, First Law performance measured by coefficient of performance(COP) of double-effect ARS is 72% greater than the one for single-effect, while forSecond Law performance, measured by exergetic efficiency, an increase of 5% was observed.
