Radar-absorbing Performances of Camouflage Fabrics with 3D Warp-knitted Structures

In this paper, 3D warp-knitted camouflage fabrics were fabricated with two kinds of bottom structure. Polyesterand coating treated PE flat wire were used as raw materials. The samples were manufactured by the RD6N warp-knittingmachine. The properties of camouflage fabrics were tested and analyzed. Results show that the lowest reflection loss of 2 cmheight of 3D warp-knitted camouflage fabrics with mesh was -38.49 dB at 15.45 GHz. And the 3D warp-knitted camouflagefabric has excellent absorption performance, tensile breaking strength and flame retardant property. The findings havetheoretical and practical significance for the applications of 3D warp-knitted camouflage fabrics.

디지털 미디어의 시대가 도래함에 따라 애니메이션은 광범위한 관객층과 유연한 예술적 표현 형태를 갖춘 전달 매체로 자리매김했다. 그러나 중국에서의 애니메이션은 산업의 성장과 함께, 일본, 유럽, 미국의 애니메이션에 영향을 받아 예술적 표현 형식과 내용에서 동질화 현상이 나타났다. 동질화 현상은 중국 애니메이션의 창의성 부족으로 인해 관객에게 새로운 내용을 제공하지 못했기 때문에 발생한다. 한편, 중국전통 문화는 한 민족의 역사와 문화 사상을 담고 있으며 중요한 연구 가치가 있다. 이러한 문화는 한 민족만의 독특한 특성을 지니고 있어 애니메이션의 창의성을 강화할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 애니메이션의 구성 요소인 스토리, 캐릭터, 배경 및 음악 구성을 통해 중국 전통 문화가 애니메이션에서 다양하게 표현되는 방법을 살펴보았는데, 특히 민간 신앙과 민속 문화에 중점을 두었다. 분석결과, 중국 전통 문화 중 민간 신앙은 애니메이션에서 주요한 정신적 사상으로 전달되었고, 이러한 사상은 대체로 단순하며 사용되는 애니메이션 구성 요소가 적고, 스토리 구성 요소를 통해 표현하며, 전달하고자 하는 정신적 사상을 스토리 줄거리에 통합하였다. 또한, 중국 전통 문화 중 민속 문화 부분은 사람들의 일상 생활과 밀접하게 연결되어 있으며 다양한 내용을 포함하므로 애니메이션의 모든 구성 요소, 즉 스토리, 캐릭터, 음악, 배경을 통해 함께 표현되었다. 표현 방식에 있어서는 민속 문화의 종류나 전달하고자 하는 정보와 각 구성 요소의 유형에 따라 해당되는 방식으로 적절한 요소에 통합되었다. 특히 신화 전설이 민간 신앙과 민속 문화에 나타날 때는 스토리 구성 요소를 통해 전달되며, 신화 전설을 개작하는 방식을 사용하였다. 이와 같이 중국 전통문화는 독특한 예술적 매력을 가지고 있으며, 애니메이션 창작을 위한 많은 소재를 제공한다. 본 연구는 중국 전통 문화가 중국 애니메이션에서 어떻게 표현되는지 분석함으로써, 애니메이션 작가들에게 창작 아이디어를 제공하고, 이를 통해 중국 애니메이션의 창의성을 향상시키고자 한다. With the advent of the digital media era, animation has established itself as a medium with a wide audience and flexible artistic expression. However, in China, as the industry grew, animation became influenced by Japanese, European, and American animations, leading to a homogenization in artistic expression and content. This homogenization, due to a lack of creativity in Chinese animation, failed to offer new content to audiences. On the other hand, Chinese traditional culture, encompassing the history and cultural thoughts of a nation, holds significant research value. This culture, with its unique characteristics, can enhance the creativity of animation. This study examined how Chinese traditional culture, particularly focusing on folk beliefs and folk culture, is diversely expressed in animation through its components: story, characters, background, and music composition. The analysis revealed that folk beliefs in Chinese traditional culture are conveyed as major spiritual ideas in animation, generally simple, using fewer components, and primarily expressed through the story, integrating the intended spiritual ideas into the storyline. Moreover, the folk culture aspect, closely connected to daily life and encompassing diverse contents, was expressed through all animation components - story, characters, music, and background. The expression method varied depending on the type of folk culture, the intended information, and the component type. Particularly, when myths and legends appeared in folk beliefs and culture, they were conveyed through story elements, often using adaptations of these myths and legends. Thus, Chinese traditional culture, with its unique artistic charm, provides a wealth of material for animation creation. The research aims to analyze the representation of Chinese traditional culture in Chinese animation, providing creative ideas for animators, thereby enhancing the innovativeness of Chinese animation.

On elastic and plastic length scales in strain gradient plasticity

The Fleck-Hutchinson theory on strain gradient plasticity (SGP), proposed in Adv. Appl Mech 33 (1997) 295, has recently been reformulated by adopting the strategy of decomposing the second order strain presented by Lam et al. in J Mech Pays Solids 51 (2003) 1477. The newly built SGP satisfies the non negativity of plastic dissipation, which is still an outstanding issue in other SGP theories. Furthermore, it explicitly shows how elastic strain gradients and corresponding elastic characteristic length scales come into play in general elastic-plastic loading histories. In this study, the relation between elastic length scales and plastic length scales is investigated by taking wire torsion as an example. It is concluded that the size effects arising when two sets of length scales are of the same order are essentially elastic instead of plastic.
