As we all know. when our new China founded in 1949, the Chinese Community posted her own foreign policy---"one lead side", which was mostly pointed to Soviet. The reasons why we took this policy were as follows: national interests, ideology, geopolitics, outer factor and personal factor. From these reasons, we can see the development course of this policy, and we also can draw a lesson from it to do something for now.
Effects of Nano-Silica Particle Size on Fresh State Properties of Cement Paste
Hailong Sun,Xiuzhi Zhang,Peng Zhao,Di Liu 대한토목학회 2021 KSCE JOURNAL OF CIVIL ENGINEERING Vol.25 No.7
The rheometer was used to test the rheology of cement paste with and without nano-silica, and the fluidity and free water content were tested, the isothermal calorimetry of cement and C3S was tested and hydration products were monitored using Raman spectroscopy. A modified Bingham model was used to describe the rheological properties of the paste, and the effects of nano-silica with different particle sizes on rheological parameters including yield stress, plastic viscosity and thixotropy were derived. The results show that the fresh state properties of the cement paste vary with the particle size of nano-silica at the same dosage. The decrease in the particle size of nano-silica reduces the fluidity and free water content, but increases the yield stress and plastic viscosity. The flocculation and surface water absorption of nano-silica reduce the free water content at 5 minutes, which results in a decrease in flow diameter and an increase in yield stress. During the time evolution, the heat of hydration and Raman spectroscopy show that nano-silica with smaller particle size has higher nucleation and pozzolanic effect, that is, with the same dosage, nano-silica with small particle size provides more nucleation sites to form calcium silicate hydrate (C-S-H) seeds and to promote the hydration of C3S and the formation of C-S-H.

The working conditions of rolling bearings during the running change in real time. Aiming at the problem of fault diagnosis of rolling bearing under complex working conditions, a new fault diagnosis (VHDBN) method based on variation mode decomposition (VMD), Hilbert transform (HT) and deep belief network (DBN) is proposed in this paper. Firstly, the proposed fault diagnosis method performs the VMD decomposition for the time domain signal in order to obtain a series of intrinsic mode functions (IMFs), and Hilbert envelope spectrum is obtained by Hilbert transform. The Hilbert envelope spectrum is used to construct the feature matrix, which is used as an input of the DBN network in order to obtain a fault diagnosis model. In order to test and verify the effectiveness of the proposed fault diagnosis method, the experimental data of rolling bearings under variable load is used in here. The experimental results show that the VMD-Hilbert envelope spectrum can better reflect the fault characteristics than the time domain spectrum, and the proposed fault diagnosis method under variable load has higher recognition accuracy than other comparison methods.
Distributed Reset Control for Leader-following Consensus of Nonlinear Multi-agent Systems
Guanglei Zhao,Hailong Cui,Zhijie Li 제어·로봇·시스템학회 2022 International Journal of Control, Automation, and Vol.20 No.3
This paper studies the leader-following consensus problem of nonlinear multi-agent systems with directed graph. A distributed reset control protocol that has jumping changes is proposed for the purpose of improving transient consensus performance. First, the case with continuous communication between neighboring agents is considered, and the obtained results are extended to the case with asynchronous sampling, which is more practical under network environment. Then, a hybrid model consisting of both flow dynamics and jump dynamics is constructed for the closed-loop system to deal with different jump dynamics in an unified framework. Based on this model, sufficient conditions are derived for consensus analysis. Finally, numerical examples are presented to testify the effectiveness of theoretical results.

Administrative factors permeate the Chinese financial market. This study provides an insight into the emerging government-dominated IPO market. Using up-to-date data from 520 listed firms and 140 rejected IPO applicants in the Chinese stock market over 2006 to 2012, this study, based on prior analytical framework (Bhattacharya et al., 2010; Hearn, 2013), includes some IPO-related administrative factors into its multivariate regression model. It aims to examine, to some degree, these determinants affect the Chinese IPO examination mechanism. It suggests that the IPO probability is determined by selected administrative factors that are ultimately decided by the authorities, once the IPO applicants satisfy the minimum financial requirements. Those applicants with strong government background are more likely to pass the IPO examination.
