      • Fault Diagnosis Model Based on Multi-level Information Fusion for CNC Machine Tools

        The difficulty of CNC machine tools fault diagnosis is bigger than other general equipments because of the complex structure and the coupling among subsystems. The fault diagnosis model based on multi-level information fusion and hybrid intelligence is studied to improve reliability of fault diagnosis. Information from built-in sensors is used to monitor the status of CNC machine tools. The diagnosis principles of internal parameters-motor current, torque, temperature and following error are analyzed. Internal information and external sensors are two main sources which provide data to diagnosis. In order to detect effective fault signal, features of time domain, frequency domain and time-frequency domain are extracted. All these features constitute the feature set. The features are selected by the method of Kernel Principal Component Analysis (KCPA). Then the sensitive feature set is obtained. The method of multiple classifier fusion based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is researched. The determination method of weight based on information entropy is proposed. This diagnosis model has been tested feed system mechanical fault diagnosis of CNC machine tools and the results show which is effective and versatile.

        Effects of Nickel Additive on Micro-Arc Oxidation Coating of AZ63B Magnesium Alloy

        Based on environmentally friendly and green manufacturing of magnesium alloys, micro-arc oxidation coatings were prepared in optimized metasilicate solutions on AZ63B magnesium alloys surfaces. Effect of nickel additive on working voltage, surface morphology, thickness, hardness, composition and corrosion resistance of micro-arc oxidation coating of magnesium alloys was studied. The surface morphology, composition, microstructure and corrosion resistance of conversion coatings were investigated by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersion spectrometry (EDS), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and electrochemical tests respectively. The results show that brown coating was prepared in electrolyte with the addition of nickel acetate, which can accelerate growth of micro-arc oxide film layer and make the smaller hole on the surface. The micro-arc oxide coating mainly consists of Mg2SiO4, MgSiO3, MgAl2O4, Ni2SiO4. Potentiodynamic measurements and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) testify that the corrosion resistant of micro-arc oxidation film adding nickel acetate electrolyte increases significantly.

        Muscle-derived Stem Cells Differentiate into Functional Smooth Muscle Cells for Ureter Tissue Engineering: An Experimental Study

        We assessed the ability of muscle-derived stem cells (MDSC) to differentiate into smooth muscle cells (SMC) and their potential to promote the regeneration of smooth muscle with a vessel extracellular matrix (VECM)for tissue engineering of the ureter. MDSC were isolated,proliferated, and identified by flow cytometry. SMC phenotype differentiation was induced with a smooth muscle induction medium. Gene expression was evaluated by real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR)and Western blot studies. The VECM was obtained by a decellularization process, and cytotoxic effects were evaluated by exposing the induced cells to a VECM extract. The induced cells were seeded onto VECM in vitro for 1 week, and then the compound grafts were used for ureter reconstitution in vivo. The grafts were obtained for histological studies at 2, 4, 8, and 16 weeks post-operation. Intravenous urography was used to evaluate renal function and ureteral patency. Flow cytometry demonstrated that the MDSC expressed Sca-1 and desmin, but did not express CD45. After induction, SMC phenotype gene expression was confirmed in the induced cells by real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot studies. VECM exhibited a nontoxic effect on the induced cells in vitro. At 16 weeks postoperation,a histological evaluation showed that multilayered urothelium and organized muscle fiber bundles had formed in the grafts. Intravenous urography demonstrated no evidence of ureteral stricture or hydroureteronephrosis. These results demonstrate that MDSC can be induced into SMC and that this was useful for promoting regeneration of smooth muscles for ureter tissue engineering.         Film-Forming Mechanism and Properties of Ti/Zr/Mo Colored Conversion Coating Prepared on Aluminum Alloy

        A multi-metal Ti/Zr/Mo combined inorganic salt coating was prepared on 6063 aluminum alloy using chemical conversion technology. 3D super depth digital microscope clearly showed the coating have a color appearance after the TiZrMoC (Ti/Zr/Mo chemical conversion) process. The comparison tests of adhesion force with polyester coating and electrochemical properties demonstrated this TiZrMoC process have good potential as a kind of alternatives for traditional Cr6+toxic process. In order to discuss the film-formation mechanism of the coating, The scanning electron microscopy (SEM/EDS) and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) technologies were used to analysis the surface characteristic of different treating time samples. The XPS and EDS results showed that Al, Ti, Mo, Mg, O, F are the main component elements of the Ti/Zr/Mo coating. The whole conversion process can be divided into two stages generally: Firstly F- eroded the aluminum matrix and bonded with the alloy element Mg formed MgF2. At the same time Al2O3 phase also came into being as the ground layer, subsequently a mass of TiO2, Mo2O5, and bits of MoO3 were formed at the micro-cathode area as the top-layer.

      • White Sport Syndrome Virus Disease of Shirmp and Diagnostic Methods

        Since 1993, the White Spot Syndrome Virus (WSSV) disease occurred in China among cultured shrimps resulting in mass mortality. Epizootiological surveys undertaken during the outbreak period of 1993-1994 indicated that all stages of Penaeus chinensis, P. japonicus and P. monodon were infected. Consequent to the transport of contaminated shrimp seedlings and seawater, the disease spread all over the farms of China. The disease was more rapidly transmitted at temperatures above $25^{\circ}C$. Challenge experiments showed the causative agent was highly virulent. White spots appeared on the carapace of both span-taneous and experimentally infected shrimps. Moribund shrimps contained turbid hemolymph, hypertrophied Iymphoid organ and a necrotic mid-gut gland. Electron microscopy showed the presence of viral particles in the gills, stomach, lymphoid organ, and epidermal tissue of the infected shrimp. The visions were slightly ovoid with an envelope and averaged 350 $\times$ 150 nm; nucleocapsids measured 375 $\times$ 157 nm. With discontinuous sucrose gradient of 35, 50 and 60% (w/v), the virus was separated from hemolymph of the infected shrimp. The estimated molecular weight of genomic DNA was 237 Kb with EcoR I, 247 Kb with Hind III and 241kb with Pst I. A total of 9 hybridoma colones secreting monoclonal antibodies (MAbs) were produced from mouse myeloma and spleen cells immunized with WSSV. The immunofluorescence assay of gill tissue showed that the MAbs reacted with diseased but not with healthy shrimp. The MAbs belonged to IgGl, IgG2b subclass and IgM class, all with kappa light Immune-electron-microscopy with colloidal gold marker showed the presence of 5 MAbs epitopes on the envelope and one on the capsid of the virus. Baculoviral mid-gut gland necrosis showed the specificity of the MAbs produced. For diagnosis 5 different methods were selected. Using Kimura primers for PCR, or MAbs for immunoblot, ELISA or FAT method, in situ hybridization was carried out to show the gene. All these methods detected WSSV in the organ samples of the diseased shrimp but not in healthy one.

      • Quantitative Presentation of the Systematic Relationships Between S. sudanense and S. bicolor

        Fifty-four biological characters were used for quantitative classification of sorghum and sudangrass and their relationship. Discriminant analysis of all 240 individuals of 48 accessions suggested that 100% of originally grouped cases were correctly classified. Analysis of variance results showed that the differences among 48 accessions in characters were significant at the 0.01 level. Cluster analysis showed that the 48 accessions were obviously divided into two clusters by a Euclidean distance of 17.46 as the classification standards, i.e. the genus maize and genus sorghum. The 48 accessions were divided into four clusters by a Euclidean distance of 9.86, i.e. Sorghum-Sudangrass, Sorghum related species (S. propinquum and S. halepense), Zea mexicana and Z. mays. All accessions were divided into five clusters by a Euclidean distance of 8.91, namely group Ⅰ (Sudangrass-Chinese sorghum), group Ⅱ (Non-Chinese sorghum), group Ⅲ (Sorghum related species), group Ⅳ (Zea mexicana), and group Ⅴ (Z mays).

        智能化時代背景下中韓企業視覺識別系統設計的發展展望

        企業視覺識別系統設計是企業將品牌文化、 産品、理念向消費者進行宣傳的重要手段,它反映了一個企業的經營思想和産品理念。伴隨著時代的不斷發展,企業視覺識別系統設計的展現形式也在不斷地在改變,当手機、PC等成為平面設計的主流展現載体,設計也必將伴隨著科學技術的智能化脚步不斷前行。中韓作為一衣帶水的友鄰,同為一個經濟帶的兩个重要組成部分,對智能化時代背景下企業視覺識別系統的硏究具有重要代表意義。本文分為四個部分,一是對智能化在中韓企業視覺識別系統設計中的影響進行硏究分析,二是對企業視覺識別系統和智能化的相關理論進行論述,三是以實例對中韓兩國代表的企業視覺識別系統設計在智能化時代背景中的實例進行分析,四是對企業視覺識別系統的發展進行展望,最終得到硏究結論。 The design of corporate visual identification system is an important means for companies to promote brand culture, products, and ideas to consumers. It reflects an enterprise's business ideas and product ideas. With the continuous development of the times, the display form of corporate visual identification system design is also constantly changing. When mobile phones, PCs, etc. become the mainstream display carriers of graphic design, design will also continue to move forward with the advancement of science and technology. China and South Korea, as close neighbors, are two important components of the same economic belt. They have important representative significance for the research of corporate visual identification systems under the background of the intelligent era. This article is divided into four parts. One is to research and analyze the impact of intelligence in the design of visual recognition systems in Chinese and Korean enterprises. The second is to discuss theories about enterprise visual recognition systems and intelligence. The third is to analyze China and South Korea with examples. The representatives of the two countries analyzed the examples of the design of corporate visual recognition system in the context of the intelligent era. Fourth, the development of corporate visual recognition system was prospected, and the research conclusion was finally obtained.

        Positive solutions of a reaction-diffusion system with Dirichlet boundary condition

        In this article, we study a reaction-diffusion system with homogeneous Dirichlet boundary conditions, which describing a three-species food chain model. Under some conditions, the predator-prey subsystem ($u_{1}\equiv0 $) has a unique positive solution $\left( \overline{u_{2}},\overline{u_{3}} \right).$ By using the birth rate of the prey $r_{1}$ as a bifurcation parameter, a connected set of positive solutions of our system bifurcating from semi-trivial solution set $\left( r_{1},\left( 0,\overline{ u_{2}},\overline{u_{3}}\right) \right) $ is obtained. Results are obtained by the use of degree theory in cones and sub and super solution techniques.
