      • Research on Safety Monitoring and Warning System Based on Information Fusion for Coking Production

        Coking production process is very complex, and full of risk factors, toxic and harmful substance, it’s a typical high risk industry. In view of the prominent safety hazards and strong interference to safety monitoring in coking production, put forward a kind of safety monitoring and warning system based on information fusion for coking production. To achieve the target that safety condition was monitored accurately and hazardous situation warned reliably, safety information of the monitoring and warning areas was collected by sensor network which include combustible gas sensor, dust sensor, temperature sensor, pressure sensor, flowmeter and IP camera ,and the information fusion model of safety monitoring and warning was established, and then, through the BP neural network and the D-S evidence theory algorithm, various safety information was fused. Actual tests show that it has achieved the goal that monitoring accurately and warning reliably. It is of great significance to ensure the security of coking production.

      • 중국 청도지역 해양문화기호 적용의 여행 기념품 디자인적용 방안

        중국 경제 발전과 함께 사람들의 삶의 요구가 계속해서 증가함에 따라 관광 산업도 번창하고 있으며, 관광 기념품은 관광 산업에서의 역할이 점차 부각되고 있다. 본 연구는 청도 해양 문화가 관광 기념품 디자인에서 실제로 어떻게 활용되고 있는지와 관광 기념품 디자인에서 어떻게 효과로 이어지는지에 대하여 분석하는 것을 목표로 한다. 본 연구는 설문조사를 통하여현재 청도 해양 관련 기념품에 대한 사용자의 만족도와 기대를 조사했다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 사용자들은 대부분의 제품이 창의성이 부족하며 품질과 가격이 부조화되어 있다고 판단하였으며, 청도 지역 해양 요소의 발굴이 부족하다고 느끼고 있다.이러한 문제점을 기반으로 깊이 있는 논의를 진행하고, 개선을 위한 네 가지 제안을 제시하였다. 이 연구는 청도의 관광 기념품 디자인에 새로운 아이디어와 방법을 제공함으로써 관광 산업의 발전과 도시 이미지와 명성 향상에 도움을 줄 것으로 기대된다. With the development of the Chinese economy, people's demands for life continue to increase, and the tourism industry is flourishing accordingly. Souvenirs play an increasingly prominent role in the tourism industry. This study aims to analyze how Qingdao's marine culture is actually utilized in tourist souvenir design and how it translates into effectiveness in tourist souvenir design. This study investigated the satisfaction and expectations of users regarding current Qingdao marine-related souvenirs through a survey. According to the research results, users generally perceive that most products lack creativity and suffer from a mismatch between quality and price. They also feel that there is insufficient exploration of marine elements in the Qingdao area.Based on these issues, in-depth discussions were conducted, and four suggestions for improvement were proposed. This study is expected to contribute to the development of tourism industry and the enhancement of urban image and reputation by providing new ideas and methods for souvenir design in Qingdao.

        중국 시골 벽화 디자인 연구

        본 연구는 중국 농촌 벽화 디자인에 대한 사용자 수요를 탐구하고, 농촌의 아름다움을 증진하기 위한 제안을 제시하는 것을 목표로 하다. 연구는 질적인 반구 조화된 인터뷰와 양적인 계층적 분석 프로세스(AHP)를 결합한 방법론을 채택하여 보다 객관적인 조사를 수행한다. 우선, 인터뷰를 통해 농촌 벽화 개선을 위한 사용자의 제안과 요구사항을 조사하고, 주요 요구사항을 요약하였다. 그 다음, AHP를 활용하여 추출된 주요 요구사항에 가중치를 할당하고 순위를 매겼다. 연구 결과, 농촌 벽화 개선을 위한 사용자의 요구는 주로 주제와 내용, 디자인과 창의성, 공간과 환경 세가지 주요 범주에 집중되어 있음을 나타낸다. 더불어 AHP 방법을 추가 적용하여 지역 특성, 자연 환경, 생활 장면, 주제 창의성, 문화유산, 공예 기법 등의 개념적 요구사항이 높은 순위를 차지하였다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 본 연구는 벽화의 다양한 주제 창의성, 문화 관광 개발, 지역사회 참여 및 공동 건설 등을 포함한 관련 개선 제안과 디자인 아이디어를 제시한다. 이 연구는 디자이너들이 농촌 문화와 인문 지형 등을 탐구하고 계승하는 것을 강조하여 디자이너의 디자인 사고를 확장시키고, 농촌 벽화 예술의 발전을 촉진하며, 농촌 부흥을 위한 문화적 지원과 동력을 제공하다. 이러한 결과는 농촌 벽화 디자인 실천에 구체적인 지침을 제공하고 학계와 실무자들에게 유용한 참고 자료와 영감을 제공할 것으로 기대된다. This study aims to explore the demands of users for the design of rural wall murals in China from the perspective of rural revitalization, and to propose suggestions for rural beautification. The research adopts a combined approach of qualitative semi-structured interviews and quantitative Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) to achieve a more objective investigation. Firstly, user suggestions and demands for improving rural wall murals were investigated through interviews, and key requirements were summarized. Secondly, AHP was applied to assign weights and rank the extracted key requirements. The research results indicate that users' demands for improving rural wall murals are mainly concentrated in three major categories: theme and content, design and creativity, and space and environment. Furthermore, by further applying the AHP method, the concepts of regional characteristics, natural environment, living scenes, theme creativity, cultural heritage, and craftsmanship are ranked higher in demand. Based on the above findings, this study also proposes relevant improvement suggestions and design ideas, including diversified thematic creativity of murals, cultural tourism development, community participation and co-construction. The study emphasizes the exploration and inheritance of rural culture and human landscapes by designers, broadening the design thinking of designers, and promoting the development of rural mural art, providing cultural support and driving force for rural revitalization. These findings are expected to provide substantive guidance for the practice of rural mural design, and valuable references and inspirations for academia and practitioners.

      • HEALER: homomorphic computation of ExAct Logistic rEgRession for secure rare disease variants analysis in GWAS

        <P>Motivation: Genome-wide association studies (GWAS) have been widely used in discovering the association between genotypes and phenotypes. Human genome data contain valuable but highly sensitive information. Unprotected disclosure of such information might put individual's privacy at risk. It is important to protect human genome data. Exact logistic regression is a bias-reduction method based on a penalized likelihood to discover rare variants that are associated with disease susceptibility. We propose the HEALER framework to facilitate secure rare variants analysis with a small sample size. Results: We target at the algorithm design aiming at reducing the computational and storage costs to learn a homomorphic exact logistic regression model (i.e. evaluate P-values of coefficients), where the circuit depth is proportional to the logarithmic scale of data size. We evaluate the algorithm performance using rare Kawasaki Disease datasets.</P>

        Protein from Hylocereus polyrhizus protects MRC-5 cells against hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-induced damage

        The cytoprotective and potential molecular mechanisms of Hylocereus polyrhizus protein (RFPP) were investigated on the hydrogen peroxide (H2O2)-triggered damage in normal human embryonic lung (MRC-5) cells. An MTT assay was conducted to assess the MRC-5 cell viability after exposure to H2O2 or RFPP. Cell cycle distribution and apoptosis were explored via flow cytometry. The contents of related proteins were assessed via western blot. MRC-5 cells exhibited markedly decreased cellular viability after treatment with H2O2; however, treatment with RFPP suppressed this decrease. Additionally, RFPP interference dampened H2O2-triggered intracellular apoptosis levels and increased H2O2-triggered intracellular S phase. In these processes, the contents of phosphorylated (p)-AKT along with p-mTOR proteins were downregulated in 120 µM H2O2-treated cells compared with vehicle-treated cells. Nevertheless, in MRC-5 cells inoculated with RFPP, the levels expression of these proteins were reversed. To conclude, RFPP protected MRC-5 cells from H2O2-triggered damage via activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR cascade.
