<P>In this letter, simple binary Ovonic threshold switching (OTS) material with outstanding selector device performance has been demonstrated. Even with its simple material composition and easy fabrication process, the selector device with the binary OTS material showed excellent selector performance such as high-OFF resistance (> 1 G Ω at 0.1 V), low-ON resistance (<; 1 k Ω at 2.0 V), extremely sharp switching slope (<; 1 mV/dec), fast operating speed (t<SUB>transition</SUB> <; 2 ns, t<SUB>delay</SUB> <; 7 ns), high endurance (> 10<SUP>8</SUP> cycles of 150 ns pulse), high electrical stability (> 1 ks at 1.2 V), and high thermal stability (> 400 °C / 30 min). Furthermore, conduction mechanism of the OTS has been explained by Poole-Frenkel-based analytical modeling.</P>

<P>Retention of the low resistance state (LRS) in resistive random access memory (ReRAM) significantly decreases at increasing electrical stress due to barrier lowering of ion migration and Joule heating. The LRS failure rate under externally applied bias could be modeled by adopting an Arrhenius equation for ion migration. Accelerated retention failure under voltage stress is explained by the combination of two effects: 1) lowering of the ion migration barrier by external electric field and 2) thermal energy enhancement through local Joule heating. Based on this model, an improved methodology for ReRAM data retention test is proposed, allowing to reduce the testing temperature and the experimental time by several orders of magnitude by applying a relatively low voltage.</P>
부동산보유가구의 가계부채 위험 변화 분석 -2012년과 2022년을 비교하여-

최근 들어 투자 목적의 부동산 구매가 늘어가고 있다. 또한, 부채상승의 폭이 자산 증가 폭에 비해 더 빠르게 증가하고 있다. 따라서, ‘영끌’족의 가계부채 위험이 커져감에 따라 부채상환 위험 역시 올라가고 있다. 이에 따라, 본 연구는 부채 보유가구 중 부동산 보유가구에 중점을 두었다. 2012년과 2022년 가계금융복지소사 자료를 이용하여 가구 특성별 및 다양한 요인을 분석하여 부채 위험을 평가하였다. 연구 결과는 가계 부채를 악화시킬 수 있는 여러 지표가 과거에 비해 악화되었음을 보여준다. 이러한 추세가 계속된다면, 가계 부채에 관련 위험이 주택시장에 미칠 영향이 상당할 것으로 사료된다. 또한, 차가 타1주택 소유자와 같은 특정 부동산 보유유형 및 2030 세대에서 다른 유형보다 더 크게 위험에 노출된 것으로 나타났다.
Effects of RESET Current Overshoot and Resistance State on Reliability of RRAM

<P>Current overshoot has severe effects on the reliability of resistive random access memory (RRAM). It is well known that the current overshoot during the SET process is caused by parasitic capacitance. In this letter, we observed a different type of current overshoot during the RESET process. The RESET current overshoot was confirmed to have severe effects on the endurance of RRAM. We also demonstrated the relation between the current overshoot and the intrinsic capacitive elements of each state of RRAM. Finally, an optimized pulse shape was proposed to minimize the current overshoot and was experimentally verified to significantly improve the variability and endurance in a typical RRAM device with a W/Zr/HfO<SUB>2</SUB>/TiN structure.</P>

Given that Information Technology(IT) is fundamental to a firm’s survival and growth, firms face the critical challenge of integrating, building, and reconfiguring IT resources so as to obtain competitive advantage and superior performance. Many of IT research have separately focused on the effects of internal and external IT governance. However, few studies investigated the alignment between internal and external IT governance and its effect on firm performance. To address this research gap, this study identifies internal and external IT governance types based on prior literature, proposes three optimal alignments between both types of IT governance, and hypothesizes their effects on firm performance. The proposed hypotheses are then empirically tested using 142 Korean firms that have implemented IT outsourcing. Results show that a centralized-based alignment(i.e., centralized and independent), a decentralized-based alignment(i.e., decentralized and arm"s-length), and a hybrid- based alignment(i.e., hybrid and embedded) lead to the highest firm performance. This study offers requisite guidance to practitioners in choosing outsourcing alignments by conducting a holistic analysis of the effects of various alignments on firm performance.
