New Cephem계 항생제 Meicelin^(�)(Cefminox Sodium)주의 임상적 유용성 평가

It was reported that Meicelin� is a cephamycin antibiotic possessing broad spectrum anti-bacterial activity from gram positive and gram negative to anaerobic bacteria. So, we tried to evaluate the clinical efficacy of Meicelin� in diverse typed surgical in fections. The results were follows. 1. The evaluated infections objects were small bowel perforation 5 cases, cholangitis 5 cases, acute suppurative cholecystitis 4 cases, peptic ulcer perforation 3 cases, liver abscess 2 cases, perforative appendicitis 2 cases, wound infection 2 cases, and strangulated ileus 1 case. 2. Overall effective rate in objected cases following administration of Meicelin� was 88%. 3. The cultured organisms in cases showing effective clinical responses were revealed E. coli, bacteroides, enterococcus, proteus mirabilis, klebsiella oxytoca, and aeromonas hydrophilia. 4. The cultured organisms in cases showing unsatiffactory responses were streptococcus viridans and pseudomonas aeruginosa. 5. No significant side-effects were noted following administration of Meicelin�., In conclusion, Meicelin� can be effectively used in various surgical infections without significant adverse reactions.

<P>Ionic polymer composite membranes based on sulfonated poly(arylene ether sulfone) (SPAES) and copper(II) phthalocyanine tetrasulfonic acid (CuPCSA) are assembled into bending ionic polymer actuators. CuPCSA is an organic filler with very high sulfonation degree (IEC = 4.5 mmol H+/g) that can be homogeneously dispersed on the molecular scale into the SPAES membrane, probably due to its good dispersibility in SPAES-containing solutions. SPAES/CuPCSA actuators exhibit larger ion conductivity (102 mS cm(-1)), tensile modulus (208 MPa), strength (101 MPa), and strain (1.21%), exceptionally faster response to electrical stimuli, and larger mechanical power density (3028 W m(-3)) than ever reported for ion-conducting polymer actuators. This outstanding actuation performance of SPAES/CuPCSA composite membrane actuators makes them attractive for next-generation transducers with high power density, which are currently developed, e.g., for underwater propulsion and endoscopic surgery.</P>

Acute puerperal uterine inversion is a rare postpartum obstetric complication; however, without rapid diagnosis and appropriate management, it is life-threatening. Substantial bleeding hinders the verification of a partially inverted uterus, possibly delaying the treatment. Herein, we present the report of a 32-year-old female presenting with massive postpartum bleeding managed by uterine artery embolization. The peculiar course of the uterine artery bowing inferiorly along the inverted fundus during embolization could uncover the uterine inversion, which was not diagnosed by physical examination and CT. In conclusion, uterine artery embolization is not only an effective therapeutic strategy for postpartum hemorrhage but also a valuable tool for diagnosing uterine inversion.
역량 중심 교육과정에 대한 연구 동향 분석 : 「학습자중심교과교육연구」, 「교육과정연구」를 중심으로

목적 이 연구의 목적은 최근 교육계에서 활발한 논의의 대상이 된 역량 중심 교육과정에 대한 전반적인 동향을 분석하여 역량 중심 교육과정 연구의 방향성을 제안하는 것이다. 이 연구는 기존 연구와 다르게 역량 중심 교육과정의 전반적인 연구 동향을 체계적으로 분석한다는 차별점을 가지며, 최종적으로 학습자중심교육에 대한 연구자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다. 또한, 교육의 사회적 책임 수행을 위한 기초자료의 역할도 기대할 수 있다. 방법 분석대상 논문은 총 84편으로, 1차~3차 검증 절차를 통해 선정되었다. 결과 도출을 위해 김선은(2019)과 하혁, 박대원(2020)의 연구방법론을 참고한 연구동향 분석 연구방법이 사용되었다. 기술통계에 사용된 연구도구는 Excel 이다. 분석준거는 양적 변화 동향, 주요 연구영역 및 연구주제 동향, 연구방법 동향, 연구대상 동향이다. 결과 도출된 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 역량 중심 교육과정 관련 연구물은 꾸준히 증가하는 추세에 있으며, 중기~후기 구간에 발행된 논문이 과반 수 이상을 차지했다. 둘째, 주요 연구영역 및 연구주제 중 가장 높은 비율을 차지하는 항목은 교육과정 분석이었다. 셋째, 질적 연구방법이 사용된 연구물이 많은 수량을 차지하고 있었다. 넷째, 주요 연구대상은 교육과정이나 교과서, 연구논문의 항목을 중심으로 하는 문서였다. 결론 도출된 연구결과를 토대로 역량 중심 교육과정에 관한 연구들은 심층적이고 다방면에 걸쳐 시행되어야 함을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, 연구의 제한점 극복을 위해서 연구자료를 더욱 충분하게 확보할 필요가 있을 것이다. Objectives The purposes of this study to suggest the direction of competency-based curriculum by analyze research trend of competency-based curriculum. It aims to contribute to the fulfillment of learner-centered education by systematically analyze competency based curriculum research trend. Methods This study, 84 papers were selected. Fourth, trend of research subject. Results This study results. First, competency-based curriculum research is steadily increase, and more than half of theses are publishehd in the mid-late period. Second, the major research area and topics was curriculum analyze. Third, among the research methods, 69 papers used qualitative research method. Fourth, the main research subject of the research were documents centerd on curriculum, textbooks, and research papers. Conclusions In the future, research on competency-based curriculum need to be conducted in a more in-depth and multi-faceted manner.
