급속열처리가 다결정 CaTe 박막의 물성에 미치는 효과에 관한 연구

CdS/ITO/glass 기판위에 다결정 CdTe 박막을 진공증착법으로 제조한 후 급속열처리하여 열처리 온도와 가스분위기가 CdTe의 박막의 물성과 전지특성에 미치는 효과를 연구하였다. 450℃에서 550℃까지 공기 중 급속열처리한 경우 박막은 EDX 조성분석결과 화학양론비를 유지하였고 표면성분비는 Cd-rich 상태였으나 전처리후 저저항 contact 제조에 유리한 Te-rich 상태로 변화되었다. TEM과 micro-EDX 결과 급속열처리 전후 모두 CdTe는 주상정구조가 관찰되었고 열처리동안 CdTe내로 확산된 S의 양이 로열처리와 비교하여 매우 적음을 알 수 있었다. 급속열처리 온도와 가스분위기 조건 중 공기 중에서 550℃ 열처리하였을 때 가장 우수한 태양전지효율을 나타내었다. Rapid thermal annealing (RTA) was applied to polycrystalline CdTe thin films evaporated on CdS/ITO/glass substrate and the effects of the annealing temperatures and the atmosphere on physical properties of polycrystalline CdTe thin films and CdTe/CdS solar cell characteristics were studied. Results obtained by EDX showed that the bulk composition of CdTe remained stoichiometric after annealing at 550℃ in the air but the surface composition became Cd-rich. Cross-sectional TEM and micro-EDX showed that columnar grains and micro-twins remained even after RTA, however, and the sulfur content in the annealed CdTe (added by sulfur diffusion from CdS during the annealing) was much smaller than that by furnace annealing. Among the investigated RTA temperatures and gas environments, the cell made with CdTe annealed at 550℃ in air showed the best solar energy conversion efficiency.

At present. the designer. using the analysis software for plastic injection molding process have a difficulty to interface geometry model data of another CAD software. In this work. we have been concerned with developing the flow analysis system for plastic injection molding on the AutoCAD. We have concentrated on building a viable environment, including a resin databese, a menu-driven user interface and molding machine data file, And FEM/FDM/FVM was used in the flow analysis considering the effects of heat transfer between molten polymer, mold wall, and frictional heating by shear flow. This provides distribution of pressure, temperature, shear stress and shear stress. So. the system, which is called CAMA/Fill, is applied to predict weld line, air trap. gate position and runner balance. And using the analysis results, the molding factors can be estimated quality and productivity of parts at the stage of mold design. <br/>

This present paper deals with the characteristric of wire vibration of wire EDM by laser beam measurement. In order to mesure frequency of the wire vibration, we developed laser beam measurement using Si-photo diode. There are also presented the results of the experimental researches. The frequency of the wire vibration is varied with feed rate, wire speed, voltage and offtime. Among these parameters, wire speed is very much influenced the frequency. It is possible that the optimum condition is predicted by the developed laser beam measurement.
