为探讨大学生手机成瘾、自我控制与学习倦怠的关系及作用机制,本文采用大学生手机成瘾倾向量表、大学生学习倦怠量表、自我控制量表,对1077 名在校大学生进行实测并使用潜变量结构方程模型进行数据分析,结果发现:(1)手机成瘾与学习倦怠及其分维度均显著正相关,二者与自我控制及其分维度均显著负相关(P <0.001);(2)自我控制在手机成瘾与学习倦怠之间起到的调节作用显著(β =0.11,P <0.001);(3)在自我控制较高时,手机成瘾对学习倦怠的影响不显著(β =0.06,P >0.05);在自我控制较低时,手机成瘾对学习倦怠的影响显著(β =-0.16,P <0.001),随着手机成瘾程度的增强,学习倦怠在一定程度上有所降低,但自我控制较低的情况下始终具有较强的学习倦怠。大学生手机成瘾对学习倦怠具有正向影响,自我控制能调节手机成瘾与学习倦怠的关系。 To explore the relationship and mechanism of mobile phone addiction, self-control and learning burnout among college students, 1077 college students were measured by College Students’ Mobile Phone Addiction Tendency Scale, College Students’ Learning Burnout Scale and Self-Control Scale, and the data were analyzed by latent variable structural equation model in this paper. It finds that (1) Mobile phone addiction was positively correlated with learning burnout and its sub-dimensions, and negatively correlated with self-control and its sub-dimensions (P < 0.001). (2) Self-control played a significant moderating role between mobile phone addiction and learning burnout (β = 0.11, P < 0.001); (3) When self-control was high, mobile phone addiction had no significant effect on learning burnout (β = 0.06, P > 0.05). When self-control was low, mobile phone addiction had a significant effect on learning burnout (β = -0.16, P < 0.001). With the increase of mobile phone addiction, learning burnout decreased to a certain extent, but there was always strong learning burnout in the case of low self-control. College students’ mobile phone addiction has a positive impact on learning burnout, and self-control can regulate the relationship between mobile phone addiction and learning burnout.
Bone Morphogenetic Protein 9 Overexpression Reduces Osteosarcoma Cell Migration and Invasion

Transforming growth factor- (TGF-) is known to pro-mote tumor migration and invasion. Bone morphogenetic proteins (BMPs) are members of the TGF- family expressed in a variety of human carcinoma cell lines. The role of bone morphogenetic protein 9 (BMP9), the most powerful osteogenic factor, in osteosarcoma (OS) progression has not been fully clarified. The expression of BMP9 and its receptors in OS cell lines was analyzed by RT-PCR. We found that BMP9 and its receptors were expressed in OS cell lines. We further investigated the influence of BMP9 on the biological behaviors of OS cells. BMP9 overexpression in the OS cell lines 143B and MG63 inhibited in vitro cell migration and invasion. We further investigated the ex-pression of a panel of cancer-related genes and found that BMP9 overexpression increased the phosphorylation of Smad1/5/8 proteins, increased the expression of ID1, and reduced the expression and activity of matrix metalloproteinase 9 (MMP9) in OS cells. BMP9 silencing induced the opposite effects. We also found that BMP9 may not affect the chemokine (C-X-C motif) ligand 12 (CXCL12)/C-X-C chemokine receptor type 4 (CXCR4) axis to regulate the invasiveness and metastatic capacity of OS cells. Interestingly, CXCR4 was expressed in both 143B and MG63 cells, while CXCL12 was only detected in MG63 cells. Taken together, we hypothesize that BMP9 inhibits the migration and invasiveness of OS cells through a Smad-dependent pathway by downregulating the expression and activity of MMP9.

The present study developed an oral hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) gene therapy strategy for gastric ulcers treatment. An attenuated Salmonella typhimurium that stably expressed high HGF (named as TPH) was constructed, and the antiulcerogenic effect of TPH was evaluated in a rat model of gastric ulcers that created by acetic acid subserosal injection. From day 5 after injection, TPH (1 × 109 cfu), vehicle (TP, 1 × 109 cfu), or sodium bicarbonate (model control) was administered orally every alternate day for three times. Then ulcer size was measured at day 21 after ulcer induction. The ulcer area in TPH-treated group was 10.56 ± 3.30 mm2, which was smaller when compared with those in the TP-treated and model control groups (43.47 ± 4.18 and 56.25 ± 6.38 mm2, respectively). A higher level of reepithelialization was found in TPH-treated group and the crawling length of gastric epithelial cells was significantly longer than in the other two groups (P < 0.05). The microvessel density in the ulcer granulation tissues of the TPH-treated rats was 39.9 vessels/mm2, which was greater than in the TP-treated and model control rats, with a significant statistical difference. Maximal inequalities for some dependent sequences and their applications

In this paper, we obtain the maximal inequalities for linear process, ϕ-mixing sequence and linearly negative quadrant dependent (LNQD) sequence when the rth moments of random variables are finite for r > 2. Applying these maximal inequalities above, we get the Hájek–Rényi-type inequality, strong law of large numbers, strong growth rate and integrability of supremum for these three sequences.
