Research on SOC Test Bus Allocation Algorithm under the Constraint of Temperature

The main concern is over rising temperature during the testing of complex system-on-chip (SOC), this paper studies SOC wrapper and test access mechanism (TAM), and proposes an improved algorithm of TAM assignment under the constraints of temperature. The algorithm uses temperature superposition method and adds compression process. This algorithm can find the test structure that uses shorter test time.
Impact of aspect ratio and surface heating on pollutant transport in street canyons

This paper investigated the impacts of surface heating on pollutant transport and Air Exchange Rate (AER) in street canyons of different aspect ratios (building height H to street width W ) using computational fluid dynamic (CFD) technique. Street canyons of H/W varied from 0.1 to 2 were employed in the study. These street-canyon aspect ratios covered a range of basic flow regimes including skimming flow (H/W =1 and 2), wake interference flow (H/W = 0.5), and isolated roughness flow (H/W = 0.1). Different facade/surface heating imposed different influence on the flow field and pollutant transport in street canyons of different H/W. The AER induced by vertical velocity fluctuation AERw" and mean vertical velocity AERw. AER of street canyon with different H/W and different surface heating exhibited their unique characteristics.
Striking Dispersion of Recrystallized Poly(ethylene glycol)-Poly(lactic acid) Solvent-Casting Blend

The solvent casted poly(ethylene glycol) (PEG) and poly(lactic acid) (PLA) blend was recrystallized by the thermal treatment of a heating and cooling cycle. The high PEG content blend (30 wt%) showed a striking dispersion behavior, that the materials rapidly dispersed and dissolved in the aqueous environment in a few hours. This phenomenon has not been reported by others, and was not observed in low PEG content samples of 5%, 10%, and 20%, or quenched(amorphous) samples. We hypothesized the mechanism that the chain rearrangement during the thermal treatment leads to the phase separation. And with the phase separation in the recrystallized samples, the PEG potions rapidly dissolved in the aqueous environment, left out the small PLA spherulites being separated and dispersed in the solution. The same underlying reason can also be inferred from the degradation behaviors of other samples. Characterizations of DSC, XRD, and SEM have been done to validate our hypothesis.

In the current research, the thermal buckling characteristics of the bi-directional functionally graded nano-scale tapered beam on the basis of a couple of nonlocal Eringen and classical beam theories are scrutinized. The nonlocal governing equation and associated nonlocal boundary conditions are constructed using the conservation energy principle, and the resulting equations are solved using the generalized differential quadrature method (GDQM). The mechanical characteristics of the produced material are altered along both the beam length and thickness direction, indicating that it is a two-dimensional functionally graded material (2D-FGM). It is thought that the nanostructures are defective because to the presence of porosity voids. Finally, the obtained results are used to design small-scale sensors and make an excellent panorama of developing the production of nanostructures.
A Technique for Reducing Power Consumption in IC by Test Vector Ordering

This paper considers the issue of high power dissipation in test mode, and puts forward a novel technique based on the reordering of test vectors. This approach considers both the circuit structure and test set. The proposed approach uses a weight to quantify the relationship between the switching of each input and the internal switching activity, then reorder test set based on these weights. Results of experiments show reductions of the switching activity ranging from 17.06% to 69.22% during external test application.
Identification of DNA methylation and genetic alteration simultaneously from a single blood biopsy

Background High-throughput sequencing of blood cell-free DNA (cfDNA) techniques offer an opportunity to characterize and monitor cancer rapidly in a non-invasive and real-time manner. Nonetheless, there lacks a tool within therapeutic arsenal to identify multi-omics alterations simultaneously from a single biopsy. In current times, bisulfite-based sequencing detects 5mC and 5hmC at single-base resolution is the golden standard of DNA methylation, while the degradation of DNA and biased sequencing data are the problems of this method. Objective To identify the consistency analysis of methylation and genetic variation with single library, we presented a platform detecting multi-omics data simultaneously from a single blood biopsy using bisulfite-free method of genomic methylation sequencing (GM-seq) mediated by TET enzyme. Methods We detected methylomic and genetic changes simultaneously from a single blood biopsy in NA12878 and randomly chose ten blood biopsies from colorectal cancer or lung cancer patients to validate the ability of GM-seq. Results Similar cytosine methylation level between whole genome bisulfite sequencing (WGBS) and GM-seq were identified in NA12878. Moreover, longer insert size, CpGs coverage and GC distribution were outperformed than WGBS. In addition, the comparison of the single nucleotide polymorphism (SNP), insertion-deletion (Indel) and copy number variation (CNV) in NA12878 or ctDNA from liver cancer between GM-seq and whole genome sequencing (WGS) show a good consistency, indicating that this method is feasible for detecting genetic variation in blood. Conclusion In conclusion, our work demonstrated a method for identification of the methylated modification and genetic variations simultaneously from a single blood biopsy.
Formation of Rod-like via Mechanical Activation Followed by Thermal Processing

A QM-ISP-4 Planetary Mill was employed to activate mechanically the mixtures of anatase and corundum at room temperature for different times. The milled powder mixtures were then sintered at for 1 h. The XRD results showed that the milled powder mixtures were completely transformed into after sintering, except the mixtures milled for 5 and 10 hours. The SEM observations showed the typical morphology of rod-like vary in the range: widths from 0.6 to , and lengths from 3.0 to . The rod-like formation was attributed to the positive effects caused by the mechanical activation.
