군집 별 표준곡선 매개변수를 이용한 치밀오일 생산성 예측 순환신경망 모델

치밀오일 미래 생산성 예측은 잔류오일 회수량 및 저류층 거동 분석을 위해 중요한 작업이다. 일반적으로 석유공학적 관점에서 감퇴곡선법을 이용하여 생산성 예측이 이루어지는데, 최근에는 데이터기반의 머신러닝 기법을 이용한 연구도 수행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 딥러닝 기반 순환신경망과 LSTM, GRU 알고리즘을 이용하여 미래 생산량 예측을 위한 효과적인 모델을 제안하고자 한다. 입력변수로는 치밀오일 생산 시 산출되는 오일, 가스, 물과 이와 더불어 다양한 군집분석을 통해 산출된 표준곡선이 주요 매개변수이고, 출력변수는 월별 오일 생산량이다. 기존의 경험적 모델인 감퇴곡선법과 순환신경망 모델들을 비교하였으며, 모델의 예측성능을 향상시키기 위해 하이퍼파라미터 튜닝을 통해 최적 모델을 도출하였다. Predicting future productivity of tight oil is an important task for analyzing residual oil recovery and reservoir behavior. In general, productivity prediction is made using the decline curve analysis(DCA). In this study, we intend to propose an effective model for predicting future production using deep learning-based recurrent neural networks(RNN). LSTM, and GRU algorithms. As input variables, the main parameters are oil, gas, water, which are calculated during the production of tight oil, and the type curve calculated through various cluster analyzes. the output variable is the monthly oil production. Existing empirical models, the DCA and RNN models, were compared, and an optimal model was derived through hyperparameter tuning to improve the predictive performance of the model.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of Aromatic Essential Oil and Hong-Hwa Oil Massage on recovery from muscle fatigue. The subjects were twenty four male college students and treated Aromatic Essential Oil massage therapy, Nomral massage therapy, Hong-hwa oil Massage therapy and Non-treated group. After 15, 30 minutes, to observe changes related to physical changes during exercises from muscle fatique of recovery period, it was measured by Electromyogram during thirty minutes of recover period. Two-way repeated ANOVA was performed at the significance level of 0.05 to analyze the data. The results were as following; 1. Considering the changes of reaction time in knee joint extension after exercise, Periods of all groups showed decrease nearly the same. So each period didn't show significant decrease in comparing with other all gorups. 2. Considering the changes of EMG reaction time in knee joint extension after exercise, Each periods and all groups didn't show significant decrease. But Aromatic Essential Oil therapy group showed remarkably decrease in comparing with other group. 3. Considering the changes of peak amplitude during initial phase 100 msec in knee joint extension before and after exercise, Each periods of all groups didn't show significant decrease. Aromatic Essential Oil therapy and Hong-hwa oil massage group had show remarkably decrease in comparing with other group but it is not significant. 4. Considering the changes of mean amplitude during total phase in knee joint extension before and after exercise, Each periods of all groups showed significance decrease. And Aromatic Essential Oil massage group showed remarkably significant decrease in comparing with other groups. According to the above results, it tis considered that Aromatic Essential Oil massage can be a way to help to recover from muscle fatique.

Interleukin-21 (IL-21)+CD4+ T cells are involved in the immune response against hepatitis B virus (HBV) by secreting IL-21. However, the role of IL-21+CD4+ T cells in the immune response against chronic hepatitis C (CHC) virus infection is poorly understood. This study aimed to investigate the role of IL-21+CD4+ T cells in CHC patients and the potential mechanisms. The study subjects in-cluded nineteen CHC patients who were grouped by viral load (low, < 106 RNA copies/ml, n = 8; high, > 106 RNA copies/ml, n = 11). The peripheral frequency of HCV-specific IL-21+CD4+ T cells was higher in the low viral load group and was negatively correlated with the serum HCV RNA viral load in all CHC patients. Meanwhile, IL-21+ cells accumulated in the liver in the low viral load group. In vitro, IL-21 treatment increased the expression of proliferation markers and cytolytic molecules on HCV-specific CD8+ T cells. In summary, these findings suggest that HCV-specific IL-21+CD4+ T cells might contribute to HCV control by rescuing HCV-specific CD8+ T cells in CHC patients.
전하평형형 적분방식을 이용한 CMOS 8-bit A/D 변환기 설계

This paper describes the design of 12-bit CMOS charge balancing A/D converter which has inherently high accuracy, linearity and noise immunity. System was simulated with logic simulator (KLOG) and circuits were simulated by circuit simulator (SPICE). The result of logic and circuit simulation has turned out that the A/D converter designed by 5㎛ design rule operated normally.

The control part of CMOS single chip micro-computer has been designed and simulated with GLOG. The circuits have been implemented using SPICE simulator. Results of logic simulation and circuit simulation were in good agreements with expected circuit characteristics.

Phosphatidylinositol-specific phospholipase C (PI-PLC) catalyzes the hydrolysis of phosphatidylinositol-4,5-bisphosphate into diacylglycerol and inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate. It can play an essential role in plant stress response and signaling. However, the functions of PLCs remain unclear in wooden plants. This study carried out the bioinformatics analysis of the PLC gene family in poplar. The expression pattern analysis suggested the transient up-regulation of PsnPLC in salt stress conditions. The transgenic tobacco plants overexpressing PsnPLC were generated by the Agrobacterium-mediated leaf disc method. The transgenic lines showed a significant increase in plant height, SOD and POD activity, and proline content under salt stress. By contrast, transgenic lines showed a decreased malondialdehyde content under salt stress. Comparative transcriptome analysis indicated that the overexpression of PsnPLC mainly affects membrane-associated GO terms and signaling pathways, and the differential expression of salt-responsive genes may contribute to the enhanced salt tolerance. Overall, the results indicated that PsnPLC plays an essential role in modulating salt tolerance in transgenic tobacco.
Knock-down of RPL21 Involved in p53-dependent Cell-Cycle Regulation in Pig Fibroblast

Ribosomal protein L21 (RPL21) plays an important role in ribosome assembly. It is considered to be a major cause for the occurrence of the hypotrichosis simplex (HTS), a type of sustained hair loss from early childhood to adulthood. In this study, the full-length sequence of pig RPL21 gene (GenBank accession number: KU891824) was cloned and identified for the first time. We found it contains a 483-bp open reading frame (ORF) encoding 160 amino acids. It is located in the plus strand of chromosome 11, which spans 2,167 bp from 4,199,792 to 4,201,958. We found RPL21 expression level is closely related to cell proliferation and cell cycle arrest. In the knockdown group, the cell proliferation activity was significantly decreased (P<0.01) and an obvious accumulation of cells at the G2/M phase with a simultaneous up-regulation of p53 and p21 was observed. This likely due to knockdown of RPL21 triggered ribosomal stress, which affected the normal ribosome assembly and caused defective ribosome biogenesis. The unassembled RPs were released consequently from the nucleolus to the nucleoplasm where they can activate p53-dependent cell-cycle responsive factors and led to a G2/M arrest. We expect these results may provide valid information for further study on the pig RPL21 gene and the cause of hypo trichosis simplex.
