        거시경제 변수를 활용한 주택담보대출 연체율에 미치는 결정요인에 관한 연구

        In the second quarter of 2017, the size of the household debts has been reaching 1,388 trillion won. And, because the size of the housing mortgage loans has been closing in upon 560 trillion won, around 40.3% has been crowded in the housing demand funds. Regarding this, there is no choice but for the influence on the entire economy to be high according to the increase of the delinquency rate in case the economy worsens or the recession continues. This study intends to suggest the implications regarding the housing mortgage loans in the long-term viewpoint through the influence evaluations of the macroeconomic variables related to such housing mortgage loan delinquencies. The macroeconomic variables that were used were the housing mortgage loan delinquency rate (TOD), the price index of the average buying and selling of the real apartment transactions (APT_PRICE), the new housing mortgage loan interest rate (HINTEREST), the index of the industrial products (IIP), the amount of money in circulation (M2), the monetary amount of the housing mortgage loans (HML), the amount of the apartment transactions (TRADE), and these were unfolded in the viewpoint of the relationship with the real estate market and the currency policy. As a result of the unit root test, it appeared that, regarding the amount of the apartment transactions, the time series raw data had been maintaining the stability. And it was able to find out that the data of the remaining variables, including the housing mortgage loan delinquency rate (TOD), had been getting stabilized through the primary difference. Because, as a result of a co-integration test, at least 6 variables possess the linear, the selection of the model used the VEC model, and, regarding the optimal differential, the 1st model was selected based on the SC (Schwarz Criterion) value. As a result of taking a look at the granger causality relationship, it appeared that the variables that had the influences on the housing mortgage loan delinquency rate were the price index of the average buying and selling of the real apartment transactions (APT_PRICE), the new housing mortgage loan interest rate (HINTEREST), the index of the industrial products (IIP), the amount of money in circulation (M2), and the amount of the apartment transactions (TRADE). As a result of analyzing the VECM (Vector error correction Model) short-run equilibrium relationship, it appeared that the housing mortgage loan delinquency rate were influenced by the index of the average price of the buying and selling of the real transactions of the apartments and by the index of industrial products. As a result of a reaction to a shock, the positive (+) correlation appeared between the housing mortgage loan delinquency rate and the amount of the transactions of the apartments (TRADE) and, also, the interest rate of the new housing mortgage loan (HINTEREST). Eventually, regarding the housing mortgage loan delinquency rate, if the interest rate goes up, right away, an increase of the delinquency rate takes place. And, it appeared that, if the monetary amount of the housing mortgage loan becomes big, the delinquency rate decreases. This is because the delinquency rate has the influences on the incomes and others of the like, it can be under the control of the interest rate policies. The meaning of this research is that it investigated about the relationship with the housing mortgage loan delinquency rates by considering the indices in the real estate market and the currency policies at the same time. And, it is that, in the condition in which the scale of the housing mortgage loan having become big at present, raising the interest rate can aggravate the confusion more in the market. As a result, with regard to the proceeding with the real estate policies, the prudent and macroscopic approach is needed. And the researches on the relationships of the indices will be needed more in the macroscopic viewpoint.

        과학기술정보콘텐츠 통합관리시스템 구축을 위한 데이터 마이그레이션 모델 수립 및 적용 사례

        국내 데이터베이스 구축 시장은 작년 기준으로 3조 6,633억원 규모로 추정된다. 데이터베이스 산업의 지속적인 성장과 맞물려, 데이터 마이그레이션의 중요성도 날로 높아지고 있다. 고객 위치를 찾아주는 g-CRM이나 고객에게 상품을 추천하는 맞춤 설계 기능 등은 모두 고객 데이터베이스, 상품 데이터베이스, 지리정보 데이터베이스 등이 결합되어야 구현 가능한 서비스들이다. 스마트 비즈니스의 핵심 인프라도 통합되고 완전하며 신뢰할 수 있는 데이터베이스라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 데이터베이스의 중요성에도 불구하고, 데이터 마이그레이션 및 통합 과정의 효율적인 수행 방안이나 데이터 검증 방법에 대하여는 구체적인 연구가 부족한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 다양한 타입으로 존재하는 과학기술분야 콘텐츠들을 대상으로 데이터 마이그레이션을 위한 모델을 설계하였고, 모델을 기반으로 실제 데이터 마이그레이션 작업을 수행한 결과를 제시하였다. 아울러 데이터 마이그레이션 결과에 대한 검증을 위해 데이터베이스의 완전성, 데이터값의 일관성, 관계의 일관성을 검증하였고, ANSI/ASQ Z1.4-2003에서 제시된 샘플링 검사 기법도 적용하였다. 결과적으로 모델 수립에 의한 체계적인 데이터 마이그레이션 수행은 데이터베이스 정합성 및 데이터값의 정확성에 영향을 미치고, 고품질의 데이터베이스를 유지하기 위한 필수 요소라 할 수 있다. The domestic market of database in Korea is estimated to be over 3.663 trillion won. The data migration is getting to be more important along with the continuous growth of the database industry. g-CRM and private recommending function are examples of the service that can be given through coupling among customer database, product database, geographic information database, and others. The core infrastructure is also the database which is integrated, perfect, and reliable. There are not enough researches on efficient way of data migration and integrating process and investigation of migrated data though trends of database in IT environment as above. In connection with this issue, we have made a model for data migration on scientific and technological contents and suggest the result of data migration process adapting that model. In addition, we verified migration's exhaustiveness, migration's consistency, and migration's coherence for investigation of migrated data and database. From the result, we conclude data migration based on proper model has a significant influence on the database consistency and the data values correctness and is essential to maintain high qualified database.

        Microglial $P2X_7$ receptor expression is accompanied by neuronal damage in the cerebral cortex of the $APP_{swe}$/PS1dE9 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease

        The possibility that $P2X_7$ receptor ($P2X_7R$) expression in microglia would mediate neuronal damage $via$ reactive oxygen species (ROS) production was examined in the $APP_{swe}$/PS1dE9 mouse model of Alzheimer's disease (AD). $P2X_7R$ was predominantly expressed in CD11b-immunopositive microglia from 3 months of age before A${\beta}$ plaque formation. In addition, $gp91^{phox}$, a catalytic subunit of NADPH oxidase, and ethidium fluorescence were detected in $P2X_7R$-positive microglial cells of animals at 6 months of age, indicating that $P2X_7$R-positive microglia could produce ROS. Postsynaptic density 95-positive dendrites showed significant damage in regions positive for $P2X_7R$ in the cerebral cortex of 6 month-old mice. Taken together, up-regulation of $P2X_7R$ activation and ROS production in microglia are parallel with A${\beta}$ increase and correlate with synaptotoxicity in AD.

        Expression of oncostatin M in chronic obstructive sialadenitis of the submandibular gland.

        <P>OBJECTIVES: We investigated the expression of oncostatin M messenger RNA (mRNA) and protein in normal submandibular glands and those with chronic obstructive sialadenitis and localized the expression of oncostatin M protein. METHODS: Submandibular glands from 10 patients with chronic obstructive sialadenitis as a study group and 10 normal submandibular glands as a control group were examined. Oncostatin M mRNA extracted from submandibular gland was used for reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction and analyzed semiquantitatively. The difference in expression level of oncostatin M protein between the 2 groups was analyzed through Western blot analysis, and oncostatin M protein was localized immunohistochemically. RESULTS: The expression levels of oncostatin M mRNA and protein were significantly increased in the study group. The protein was predominantly localized in ductal epithelia and infiltrating inflammatory cells and was more strongly expressed in the study group also. CONCLUSIONS: Oncostatin M is expressed in both chronic obstructive sialadenitis and normal submandibular gland, and is up-regulated in chronic obstructive sialadenitis. These results suggest that oncostatin M is involved in the pathologic process of chronic obstructive sialadenitis. However, the physiologic role in normal glands, as well as a possible role in the development of chronic obstructive sialadenitis, remains to be elucidated.</P>

        Impact of extramedullary plasmacytomas on outcomes according to treatment approach in newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma.

        <P>The prognostic impact of extramedullary plasmacytomas (EMPs) on newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma (MM) was evaluated in the context of treatment approach including autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) and chemotherapy alone. A total of 275 consecutive patients with newly diagnosed MM were included, and 54 patients (19.6 %) had EMPs at diagnosis. Patients with initial EMPs were more likely to have myeloma bone disease but favorable laboratory parameters in hemoglobin and β2-microglobulin. Patients were treated with different schemas based on transplant eligibility (154 in ASCT-eligible vs. 121 in ASCT-ineligible). After a median follow-up of 24.6 months (range, 0.2-56.3 months) in survivors, patients with initial EMPs had significantly worse progression-free survival (PFS) (P?=?0.035) and overall survival (OS) (P?=?0.006) compared to those without initial EMPs. In the multivariate analyses, the presence of initial EMPs was an independent prognostic factor for PFS (relative risk (RR) of 2.24, P?=?0.024) and OS (RR of 2.47, P?=?0.027) in the transplant-ineligible patients, whereas it did not significantly influence PFS (P?=?0.341) or OS (P?=?0.499) in the transplant-eligible patients. However, the adverse impact of EMPs observed in transplant-ineligible patients was attenuated among the patients treated with bortezomib. These data suggest that ASCT can overcome the negative impact of EMPs and highlight the potential efficacy of bortezomib on EMPs in the non-transplant setting.</P>

        Stress Inducible Overexpression of Arabidopsis Nucleotide Diphosphate Kinase 2 Gene Confers Enhanced Tolerance to Salt Stress in Tall Fescue Plants

        Arabidopsis nucleoside diphosphate kinase 2 (AtNDPK2) is an upstream signaling molecule that has been shown to induce stress tolerance in plants. In this study, the AtNDPK2 gene, under the control of a stress-inducible SWPA2 promoter, was introduced into the genome of tall fescue (Festuca arundinacea Schreb.) plants. The induction of the transgene expression mediated by methyl viologen (MV) and NaCl treatments were confirmed by RT-PCR and northern blot analysis, respectively. Under salt stress treatment, the transgenic tall fescue plants (SN) exhibited lower level of $H_2O_2$ and lipid peroxidation accumulations than the non-transgenic (NT) plants. The transgenic tall fescue plants also showed higher level of NDPK enzyme activity compared to NT plants. The SN plants were survived at 300 mM NaCl treatment, whereas the NT plants were severely affected. These results indicate that stress-inducible overexpression of AtNDPK2 might efficiently confer the salt stress tolerance in tall fescue plants.

      • In Situ Hybridization Studies for Cytomegalovirus(CMV) and Epstein-Barr Virus(EBV) in Reactive Histiocytic Hyperplasia with Hemophagocytosis(HHH)

        We studied 14 adult patients presenting with fever and cytopenia of the peripheral blood and histiocytic hyperplasia with hemophagocytosis(HHH) in the bone marrow about association of CMV and EBV by using in situ hybridization(ISH) and also evaluated the clinical and laboratory findings according to the encountered organisms. ISH using CMV RNA probe demonstrated infected cells in 6 out of 14 cases(43%), and ISH using EBV EBER RNA probe demonstrated infected nuclei in 5 out of the same 14 cases(36%) of HHH. No cases showed positive reaction with both probes. Three cases showed negative reaction with both probes. The mean age of all patients was 29 years and that of CMV positive patients was 27 years and that of EBV positive patients was 36 years. Organomegaly was found in 3 out of 6 CMV positive patients(l hepatomegaly, 1 splenomegaly, 1 hepatosplenomegaly), and 4 out of 5 EBV positive patients(lymphadenopathy in all 4 cases, hepatosplenomegaly in 2 cases). One of the CMV positive cases had acute myeloblastic leukemia, and two EBV positive cases had underlying malignancy(l Hodgkin's disease, 1 noHodgkin's lymphoma). Seven out of 14 HHH cases(50%) died within several months after diagnosis. Nucleic acid hybridization methods can be used for the routine examination of the association of CMV or EBV.

      • Cilostazol reduces atherosclerosis by inhibition of superoxide and tumor necrosis factor-alpha formation in low-density lipoprotein receptor-null mice fed high cholesterol.

        <P>This study shows that 6-[4-(1-cyclohexyl-1H-tetrazol-5-yl) butoxy]-3,4-dihydro-2(1H)-quinolinone (cilostazol) suppresses the atherosclerotic lesion formation in the low-density lipoprotein receptor (Ldlr)-null mice. Ldlr-null mice fed a high cholesterol diet showed multiple plaque lesions in the proximal ascending aorta including aortic sinus, accompanied by increased macrophage accumulation with increased expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule-1 (VCAM-1) and monocyte chemoattractant protein-1 (MCP-1). Supplementation of cilostazol (0.2% w/w) in diet significantly decreased the plaque lesions with reduced macrophage accumulation and suppression of VCAM-1 and MCP-1 in situ. Increased superoxide and tumor necrosis factor-alpha (TNF-alpha) production were significantly lowered by cilostazol in situ as well as in cultured human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs). TNF-alpha-induced increased inhibitory kappaBalpha degradation in the cytoplasm and nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-kappaB) p65 activation in the nuclei of HUVECs were reversed by cilostazol (1 approximately 100 microM) as well as by (E)-3[(4-t-butylphenyl)sulfonyl]-2-propenenitrile (BAY 11-7085) (10 microM), suggesting that cilostazol strongly inhibits NF-kappaB activation and p65 translocation into the nuclei. Furthermore, in gel shift and DNA-binding assay, cilostazol inhibited NF-kappaB/DNA complex and nuclear DNA-binding activity of the NF-kappaB in the nuclear extracts of the RAW 264.7 cells. Taken together, it is suggested that the anti-atherogenic effect of cilostazol in cholesterol-fed Ldlr-null mice is ascribed to its property to suppress superoxide and TNF-alpha formation, and thereby reducing NF-kappaB activation/transcription, VCAM-1/MCP-1 expressions, and monocyte recruitments.</P>
