현대와 전통의 교착(交錯)과 융합 : 漫說: 조선족 작곡가 權吉浩의 음악창작

가오, 웨이 지 漢陽大學校 音樂硏究所 1993 音樂論壇 Vol.7 No.-

Dynamic simulation and control of a triple column process for dimethyl carbonate- methanol separation

        Hong-Mei Wei,Qiang Gao,Wei-zhou Jiao,Wei Wei 한국화학공학회 2022 Korean Journal of Chemical Engineering Vol.39 No.12

Separation of dimethyl carbonate/methanol azeotropic mixture by using pressure-swing distillation processhas been a hot-point in the study of the synthesis process of dimethyl carbonate by urea methanolysis method. Thisstudy updates the work of the writers (Ind.Eng.Chem.Res,2013,52,11463-11478), which explores the dynamic controlstructure of the three-column separation dimethyl carbonate (DMC)/methanol (MeOH) process from an actual pilotplant. At first, the conventional DMC/MeOH separation process in the pilot test of the DMC synthesis process throughalcoholysis of urea was described in detail. Then an optimized control structure for the entire DMC/MeOH separationunit was obtained by implementing a general heuristic design procedure. An economic analysis was performed to evaluatethe optimized process. Finally, three dynamic control schemes were proposed and evaluated with several large disturbances,an improved control scheme CS3, using the multiplier blocks “QR1/F1” and “RR1” in T1, “QR1/F1” and “R/F”in both T2 and T3, outperformed CS1 and CS2 by maintaining the product specification in each column.

OrMKK3 Influences Morphology and Grain Size in Rice

        Ying Hua Pan,Li Jun Gao,Yun Tao Liang,Yan Zhao,Hai Fu Liang,Wei Wei Chen,Xing Hai Yang,Dong Jin Qing,Ju Gao,Hao Wu,Juan Huang,Wei Yong Zhou,Cheng Cui Huang,Gao Xing Dai,Guo Fu Deng 한국식물학회 2023 Journal of Plant Biology Vol.66 No.3

Although morphology and grain size are important to rice growth and yield, the identity of abundant natural allelic variations that determine agronomically important differences in crops is unknown. Here, we characterized the function of mitogen-activated protein kinase 3 from Oryza officinalis Wall. ex Watt encoded by OrMKK3. Different alternative splicing variants occurred in OrMKK3. Green fluorescent protein (GFP)–OrMKK3 fusion proteins localized to the cell membrane and nuclei of rice protoplasts. Overexpression of OrMKK3 influenced the expression levels of the grain size-related genes SMG1, GW8, GL3, GW2, and DEP3. Phylogenetic analysis showed that OrMKK3 is well conserved in plants while showing large amounts of variation between indica, japonica, and wild rice. In addition, OrMKK3 slightly influenced brassinosteroid (BR) responses and the expression levels of BR-related genes. Our findings thus identify a new gene, OrMKK3, influencing morphology and grain size and that represents a possible link between mitogen-activated protein kinase and BR response pathways in grain growth.

      • BCC-DPSO Algorithm for Task Scheduling on NOC

Wei Gao,Yubai Li,Song Chai,Jian Wang 보안공학연구지원센터 2014 International Journal of Grid and Distributed Comp Vol.7 No.5

In this paper, a BCC-DPSO scheduling algorithm is proposed to solve multi-objective optimization problem for task scheduling on Network-on-Chip (NoC). In our proposal, the relative advantage of the solution is evaluated by calculating its efficiency using BCC model in Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA), and the referred-time method is introduced to rank the BCC-efficient solution. Moreover, a sub-swarm strategy is adopted to reduce the high computational requirement introduced by the DEA. There are four sub-swarms, each of which optimizes one of four observed metrics, namely makespan, energy, link load and workload balance. Meanwhile, the speed vector updating formulation is modified to comply with the sub-swarm strategy. By conducting comparative simulations, the results show that our proposal produces more efficient schedule solution than other multi-objective Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO).

        Wei, Guangfei,Yang, Feng,Wei, Fugang,Zhang, Lianjuan,Gao, Ying,Qian, Jun,Chen, Zhongjian,Jia, Zhengwei,Wang, Yong,Su, He,Dong, Linlin,Xu, Jiang,Chen, Shilin The Korean Society of Ginseng 2020 Journal of Ginseng Research Vol.44 No.6

Background: Panax quinquefolius and Panax notoginseng are widely used and well known for their pharmacological effects. As main pharmacological components, saponins have different distribution patterns in the root tissues of Panax plants. Methods: In this study, the representative ginsenosides were detected and quantified by desorption electrospray ionization mass spectrometry and high-performance liquid chromatography analysis to demonstrate saponin distribution in the root tissues of P. quinquefolius and P. notoginseng, and saponin metabolite profiles were analyzed by metabolomes to obtain the biomarkers of different root tissues. Finally, the transcriptome analysis was performed to demonstrate the molecular mechanisms of saponin distribution by gene profiles. Results: There was saponin distribution in the root tissues differed between P. quinquefolius and P. notoginseng. Eight-eight and 24 potential biomarkers were detected by metabolome analysis, and a total of 340 and 122 transcripts involved in saponin synthesis that were positively correlated with the saponin contents (R > 0.6, P < 0.05) in the root tissues of P. quinquefolius and P. notoginseng, respectively. Among them, GDPS1, CYP51, CYP64, and UGT11 were significantly correlated with the contents of Rg1, Re, Rc, Rb2, and Rd in P. quinquefolius. UGT255 was markedly related to the content of R1; CYP74, CYP89, CYP100, CYP103, CYP109, and UGT190 were markedly correlated with the Rd content in P. notoginseng.

      • Risk Factors of Hepatocellular Carcinoma - Current Status and Perspectives

        Gao, Jing,Xie, Li,Yang, Wan-Shui,Zhang, Wei,Gao, Shan,Wang, Jing,Xiang, Yong-Bing Asian Pacific Journal of Cancer Prevention 2012 Asian Pacific journal of cancer prevention Vol.13 No.3

Hepatocellular carcinoma is a common disorder worldwide which ranks 5th and 7th most common cancer among men and women. In recent years, different incidence trends have been observed in various regions, but the reasons are not completely understood. However, due to the great public efforts in HCC prevention and alternation of lifestyle, the roles of some well documented risk factors played in hepatocarcinogenesis might have changed. This paper summarizes both the environmental and host related risk factors of hepatocellular carcinoma including well established risk factors such as hepatitis virus infection, aflatoxin and alcohol, as well as possible risk factors such as coffee drinking and other dietary agents.

High-throughput data on circular RNA reveal novel insights into chronic glomerulonephritis

        Gao Ya-chen,Jiang Nan-nan,Qin Xiu-juan,Jiang Hui,Wei Liang-bing,Gao Jia-rong 한국유전학회 2023 Genes & Genomics Vol.45 No.4

Background Circular RNAs (circRNAs), a unique novel type of RNA, have been widely reported to be involved in physiologic and pathologic processes in humans. However, the exact molecular pathogenesis of circRNAs in chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN) is far from clear. Objective This paper aims to evaluate the specific expression profile of circRNAs in renal cortex tissues from Adriamycin-induced CGN rats. Methods CircRNAs were screened in renal cortex tissues from 3 CGN rats and 3 control rats by using high-throughput sequencing (HTS). Then, 4 circRNAs were selected randomly for verification by quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR). In addition, the differentially expressed (DE) circRNAs were analyzed by bioinformatics methods. Results In total, 31 significantly DE circRNAs were identified, which revealed their potential roles in CGN; in particular, we found that 4 confirmed altered circRNAs (rno-circ-RNAs 689, 3217, 1327, and 5001) might play important roles in the development of CGN. Conclusion This study reveals a cluster of circRNAs that are DE in Adriamycin-induced CGN rats, which brings us closer to understanding the pathogenic mechanisms and may provide new potential targets for clinical treatment.

Precision Nanometrology and its Applications to Precision Nanosystems

Wei Gao 한국정밀공학회 2005 International Journal of Precision Engineering and Vol.6 No.4

In this paper, a new field of metrology called "precision nanometrology" is presented. The "precision nanometrology" is the result of evolutions of the traditional "precision metrology" and the new "nanometrology". "Precision nanometrology" is defined here as the science of dimensional measurement and motion measurement with 100 ㎚ to 0.1 ㎚ resolution/uncertainty within a range of micrometer to meter. The definition is based on the fact that nanometrology in nanoengineering and the precision industries, such as semiconductor industry, precision machine tool industry, precision instrument industry, is not only concerned with the measurement resolution and/or uncertainty but also the range of measurement. It should also be pointed out that most of the measurement objects in nanoengineering have dimensions larger than I micrometer. After explaining the definition of precision nanometrology, the paper provides several examples showing the critical roles of precision nanometrologv in precision nanosystems, including nanometrology system, nanofabrication system, and nanomechatronics system.

Clinicopathologic and Prognostic Significance of the Zinc Finger of the Cerebellum Family in Invasive Breast Cancer

        Wei Han,Cong Zhang,Xiao-jiao Gao,Hua-bing Wang,Fang Chen,Fang Cao,Yong-wei Hu,Jun Ma,Xing Gu,Hou-zhong Ding 한국유방암학회 2018 Journal of breast cancer Vol.21 No.1

Purpose: Five members of the zinc finger of the cerebellum (ZIC) family—ZIC1, ZIC2, ZIC3, ZIC4, and ZIC5—have been shown to be involved in various carcinomas. Here, we aimed to explore the clinicopathologic and prognostic roles of ZIC family members in invasive breast cancer patients using immunohistochemical analysis, western blotting analysis, and real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR). Methods: A total of 241 female invasive breast cancer patients who underwent radical mastectomy between 2009 and 2011 were enrolled. ZIC proteins in 241 pairs of breast tumors and corresponding normal tissues were investigated using immunohistochemistry and the clinicopathologic roles of proteins were analyzed using Pearson’s chi-square test. Kaplan-Meier curves and Cox regression analysis were also used to analyze the prognostic value of the ZIC proteins. In addition, 12 pairs of fresh-frozen breast tumors and matched normal tissues were used in the western blotting analysis and RT-qPCR. Results: Only ZIC1 expression in normal tissues was obviously higher than that in tumors (p<0.001). On multivariate analysis, ZIC1 expression (in overall survival analysis: hazard ratio [HR], 0.405, 95% confidence interval [CI], 0.233–0.702, p=0.001; in disease-free survival analysis: HR, 0.395, 95% CI, 0.234–0.669, p=0.001) was identified as a prognostic indicator of invasive breast cancer. Conclusion: ZIC1, but not the other proteins, was obviously decreased in breast tumors and associated with clinicopathologic factors. Thus, ZIC1 might be a novel indicator to predict the overall and disease-free survival of invasive breast cancer patients.
