      • 電子顯微鏡에 依한 根端細胞의 微細構造의 比較硏究

        羊齒植物의 개고사리 (Athyrium nipponicum), 裸子植物의 은행나무(Ginkgo biloba), 雙子葉 植物의 봉선화(Impatiens Balsamina), 單子葉植物인 벼(Oryza sativa),의 根端分裂組織細胞의 微細構造를 比較하기 위하여 各 材料의 根端組織部位를 1% Osmium tetroxide로 固定하고 Methacrylate resin에 埋沒하여 100∼200Å로 切斷하여 電子顯微鏡으로 觀察하였든바 mitochondria의 fragmentation의 過程과 cristae의 構造가 明白하고, 原始色素體에는 未發達狀態인 lamellae가 存在하고 있으며 mitochondria와 原始色素體와의 크기가 區別되었다. Golgi體는 봉선화와 벼 以外에는 明白하지 못하고 endoplasmic reticulum은 全面的으로 細胞內에 均等히 分布되어 있으나 核 周圍에 많이 集中되는 傾向이 있었다. Amyloplast는 은행나무와 벼에서만 나타났으며 lipid body는 液胞속에서 形成되는 것을 觀察할 수 있었다. mitochondria, endoplasmic ieticulum, proplastid의 數는 벼, 봉선화, 은행나무, 및 개고사리의 系統的 順序로 나타났음이 特徵的이다. 細胞質에 比한 核의 크기도 벼. 봉선화, 은행나무 및 개고사리의 順序이나 nucleous의 크기는 細胞質比의 反應이었다. 은행나무에 있어서는 nucleous가 nucleoloneme의 構造를 하고있고 2個가 存在하는 것이 特異하였다. As the results of investigation of the fine structures of meristematic cell of the root tips of Athyruim nipponicum in Pteriodophyta, Ginkgo biloba in Gymnospermae, Impatiens Balsamina in Dicotyledone, and Oryza sativa in Monocotyledone, we observed the difference in them. We cut off the meristematic part of their root tips and fixed them with 1% Osmium tetroxide under the room temperature. After embeding them in methacrylate resin, we cut them into the thickness of 100-200 Å with ultramicrotome and them reinforced them with carbon in the vacuum evaporator and observted it with the electron microscope. As the results we obtained the following: 1. It was possible to observe the fragmentation process of the mitochondria and also to distinguish the proplastid from the mitochondria in their sizes. Further it was observed that there existed the constructure of unmatured lamellae in the proplastid while the mitochondria had the figure of cristae. 2. The golgi apparatus had the structure of cisternae, which were able to be seen only in the two plants of the Impatiens Balsamina and Oryza sativa, and were not apparently seen in the others than the above two. 3. The endoplasmic reticulums were distributed uniformly in the cytoplasm, however, tended to concentrate around the nucleus. 4. The formation on the amyloplast, which proved to be in the proportion to the maturity of the proplasted, was able to be seen in the oryza sativa and Ginkgo biloba, but not to be seen in the Impatiens Balsamina and Athyrium nipponicum. 5. The lipid body was found as depositional substances, which can be observed in the vacuole. 6. The cytoplasmic nucleus ratio were also found to follow the systematic order of the Oryza sativa, Impatiens Balsamina, Ginkgo biloba, and Athyrium nipponicum. 7. The numbers of the mitochondria, endoplasmic reticulum, and proplastid which are contained in the cytoplasm were characterized by following the systematic order of the Oryza sativa, Impatiens Balsamina, Ginkgo biloba and Athyrium nipponicum. 8. The order of the sizes of nucleous is just opposite to the cytoplasmic nucleus ratio. 9. The nucleous of Ginkgo biloba had the structure of nucleoloneme, and was characterized by having two nuclei.

        Seismic capacity of brick masonry walls externally bonded GFRP under in-plane loading

        By carrying out the experiment of eight pieces of brick masonry walls with pilaster strengthened by Glass fiber reinforced polymer (GFRP) and one piece of normal masonry wall with pilaster under low reversed cyclic loading, the failure characteristic of every wall is explained; Seismic performances such as hysteresis, stiffness and its degeneration, deformation, energy consumption and influence of some measures including strengthening means, reinforcement area proportion between GFRP and wall surface, "through-wall" anchor on reinforcement effects are studied. The test results showed that strengthening modes have little influence on stiffness, stiffness degeneration and deformation of the wall, but it is another thing for energy consumption of the wall; The ultimate load, deformation and energy consumption of the walls reinforced by glass fiber sheets was increased remarkably, rigidity and its degeneration was slower; Seismic performance of the wall which considers strengthening means, reinforcement area proportion between GFRP and wall surface, "through-wall" anchor at the same time is better than under the other conditions.

        Effect of Cr2O3 on the viscosity and structure of slag (or glass) of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 system

        The glass-ceramics of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-Cr2O3 system was prepared by melting method using blast furnace slag, low-carbon ferrochrome alloy slag and quartz sand as raw materials, and the effect of Cr2O3 on the viscosity and structure of slag (or glass) of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2 (CMAS) system at high temperature was studied. The Urbain viscosity prediction model was established and optimized, and the effect of Cr2O3 on the structure of slag (or glass) was studied by Raman spectroscopy. The results show that when the mass fraction of Cr2O3 is in the range of 0.85–2.05%, the viscosity of slag (or glass) of CMAS system decreases with the increase of Cr2O3 content. The average relative errors between the experimented viscosity value and the calculated viscosity value obtained by using the optimized Urbain model are less than 20%, which is effective and universal for the viscosity prediction of slag (or glass) of CaO-MgO-Al2O3-SiO2-Cr2O3 system. With the increase of Cr2O3 content, the complex silicon oxygen tetrahedrons (Q3) disintegrate into a larger number of simple silicon oxygen tetrahedrons (Q0, Q1, Q2), resulting in the sparse structure of the melt network and a decrease in macroscopic viscosity.

      • A Resonator-Adaptable Oscillator Using Varactor-Loaded Tuned Amplifiers

        <P>This letter presents a new monolithic oscillatory circuit that is applicable to different microelectromechanical systems (MEMS)/crystal resonators. The proposed technique cascades tuned amplifiers (TAs) with varactors in their LC-tanks. By adjusting the bias voltage of the varactors, the center frequencies of the TAs can be controlled to change the loop response of the oscillator. Using this approach, the oscillation conditions can precisely be attained for different resonant frequencies. Tunable negative resistance is realized through biasing the MOS transistors in the TAs, so as to compensate losses from the different resonators. The TAs present bandpass characteristics that superbly suppress the overtones, thus improving the oscillator stability. Fabricated in 0.18-mu m CMOS technology, a prototype oscillator chip is able to suit a variety of resonators, offering 274- to 565-MHz frequency range, 30-dB dynamic loop gain, and -27 dB/octave roll-off to suppress all undesired frequencies. To the best of the authors' knowledge, the proposed monolithic oscillator is the first of its kind to be applicable to various MEMS resonators at above 100 MHz, which is beneficial for MEMS sensor applications, clock generations, etc.</P>

      • A Randomized Controlled Trial Comparing Clinical Outcomes and Toxicity of Lobaplatin- Versus Cisplatin-Based Concurrent Chemotherapy Plus Radiotherapy and High-Dose-Rate Brachytherapy for FIGO Stage II and III Cervical Cancer

        Background: We designed this randomized controlled trial (RCT) to assess whether lobaplatin-based concurrent chemotherapy might be superior to cisplatin-based concurrent chemotherapy for FIGO stage II and III cervical cancer in terms of efficacy and safety. Materials and Methods: This prospective, open-label RCT aims to enroll 180 patients with FIGO stage II and III cervical cancer, randomly allocated to one of the three treatment groups (cisplatin $15mg/m^2$, cisplatin $20mg/m^2$ and lobaplatin $35mg/m^2$), with 60 patients in each group. All patients will receive external beam irradiation (EBRT) and high-dose-rate intracavitary brachytherapy (HDR-ICBT). Patients in cisplatin $15mg/m^2$ and $20mg/m^2$ groups will be administered four cycles of $15mg/m^2$ or $20mg/m^2$ cisplatin intravenously once weekly from the second week to the fifth week during EBRT, while patients inthe lobaplatin $35mg/m^2$ group will be administered two cycles of $35mg/m^2$ lobaplatin intravenously in the second and fifth week respectively during pelvic EBRT. All participants will be followed up for at least 12 months. Complete remission rate and progression-free survival (PFS) will be the primary endpoints. Overall survival (OS), incidence of adverse events (AEs), and quality of life will be the secondary endpoints. Results: Between March 2013 and March 2014, a total of 61 patients with FIGO stage II and III cervical cancer were randomly assigned to cisplatin $15mg/m^2$ group (n=21), cisplatin $20mg/m^2$ group (n=21) and lobaplatin $35mg/m^2$ group (n=19). We conducted a preliminary analysis of the results. Similar rates of complete remission and grades 3-4 gastrointestinal reactions were observed for the three treatment groups (P=0.801 and 0.793, respectively). Grade 3-4 hematologic toxicity was more frequent in the lobaplatin group than the cisplatin group. Conclusions: This proposed study will be the first RCT to evaluate whether lobaplatin-based chemoraiotherapy will have beneficial effects, compared with cisplatin-based chemoradiotherapy, on complete remission rate, PFS, OS, AEs and quality of life for FIGO stage II and III cervical cancer.

        Functional analysis of the HD-Zip I gene ZmHDZ1 in ABA-mediated salt tolerance in rice

        The homeodomain-leucine zipper I (HD-Zip I) transcription factors play crucial roles in the regulation of abiotic stress responses, whereas, up to now, most of them are still functionally unknown. In present study, we identified a maize HD-Zip I gene, designing as ZmHDZ1, and investigated its potential roles in salt stress response. The qRT-PCR results showed that expression of ZmHDZ1 was induced by ABA and salt stress. Transactivation assay and transient expression analyses indicated that ZmHDZ1 protein was located in the nucleus in tobacco leaf cells and had the transactivation activity in yeast. Over-expression of ZmHDZ1 in rice reduced tolerance to salt stress, thus, led to greater accumulation of malondialdehyde (MDA) as well as higher level of relative electrolyte leakage (REL) compared to WT plants. In addition, the transgenic seedlings also increased sensitivity to exogenous ABA. Furthermore, the expression levels of four salt responsive genes were different between transgenic and WT rice under normal or NaCl treatment. These results suggested that ZmHDZ1 function as a negative regulator in response to salt stress through the ABAmediated signal transduction pathways.

        Influence of Initial Textures on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of Commercially Pure TA2 Titanium Sheet Pre-Strained by Cryorolling

        Titanium alloys are one of the most important structural materials for the aerospace applications, which bring active studyon microstructural and mechanical optimization of the alloys. In the present study, commercial TA2 titanium sheets withdifferent initial textures were rolled to a strain of 4% at liquid nitrogen temperature. Microstructures of the rolled sheets werecharacterized using a scanning electron microscope equipped with an EBSD detector and their mechanical properties weretested through quasi-static uniaxial tension tests at room temperature. The influence of the initial texture on the microstructureand mechanical performance of the cryorolled sheet were discussed. Twinning is found to occur in the TA2 sheets after rollingeven at a small strain. Initial texture is an important factor affecting both numbers and types of the twins. {11–22} contractiontwinning is always the dominating type of twins for all three sheets having different initial textures. A lot of {11–22}and {11–24} twins can be found in the sheets with the initial texture of C-axes//ND, while the sheet with an initial texture ofC-axes away from the ND contains few twins, with a high density of dislocations developed instead. Along with contractiontwinning, many {10–12} and {11–21} twins are detected in the sheet with the initial texture of C-axes⊥ND. The cryorolledsheet having the densest twins shows the best mechanical properties, indicating a beneficial effect of a small pre-strain.

This paper introduced the application and benefit of big data in the film industry chain in terms of film making and investing, film publicity and distribution, film broadcasting and film audience, pointed out many challenges that big data encountered in China’s film industry and finally provided useful suggestions for the practitioners in the film industry of all aspects.
