Logistics Management System Design Based on GIS

In order to solve such problems as large workload and poor safe reliability of manual piecework during short-distance logistics transportation, GIS information acquisition technology, wireless communication data transmission technology and two-dimension code technology are adopted to design STM32 based Logistics Management & distribution data teletransmission management system in order to acquire real-time cargo data during the logistics distribution process; meanwhile, these data are transmitted to Logistics Management System through GPRS wireless network, thus to realize the centralized management of real-time cargo transportation information.

Five closely spaced Au or Ag NPs are linearly arranged in analogy with Newton’s cradle, forming various homogeneous and heterogeneous NP chains. Using small NPs, the Au–Ag–Ag–Ag–Au heterochain has the lowest propagation loss (17.6%) at short resonance wavelengths. When the NP diameter is increased to 80 nm, the dominant resonance is shifted to longer wavelengths. As low as 6% of the total energy dissipates in the intermediate NP component, and there seems to be little difference between the Au–Ag–Ag–Ag–Au heterochain and the Ag–Ag–Ag–Ag–Ag homochain. Besides the wavelength-dependent intrinsic loss (i.e., the imaginary part of the permittivity) in metals, the real part of the permittivity also plays a critical role in determining the propagation loss. Considering the high fabrication cost of the heterochain, the homochain composed of moderately large Ag NPs (<100 nm) may be an optimal choice for low-loss subwavelength energy transport in practice.
A Computational Model of Water Migration in a Closed System of Unsaturated Expansive Clay

Expansive clay behaves like mechanical performances of multi-fissures, and deterioration with the changing moisture. To ensure the safe operation of foundation, the effects of intensive water migration on earth constructions founded on semiarid area, have therefore been received much more attention together with the global warming and climate changes. Herein, analytical models considering respectively liquid water and water vapor migration were presented to address changes in moisture content of unsaturated expansive clay under various water content gradients. Moreover, measured data obtained from migration experiments performed under various water content gradients in a closed system, were utilized to check the validity of analytical equations. Results indicate that the migration of both water vapor and mixed water shows nonlinear relationships with time and location. For the expansive clay with low moisture content, major components of migration water was water vapor, which accounted for 83.61 − 88.62%; while for the clay with higher water content, the liquid water was dominant migration of water due to more free water around the soil particles. The proposed model is helpful to investigate moisture migration law in the unsaturated expansive clay.
Hypoxia-induced circRNF13 promotes the progression and glycolysis of pancreatic cancer

Pancreatic cancer (PC) is one of the most malignant tumors. Rapid progression and distant metastasis are the main causes of patient death. Hypoxia is a hallmark of multiple cancers and is involved in tumor biology. However, little is known about the roles of circRNAs in glycolysis and hypoxia-mediated progression of PC. Here, the expression pattern of hypoxia-related circRNAs was analyzed using RNA sequencing. A unique circRNA termed circRNF13 was found to be upregulated in PC tissues and may be a potential prognostic indicator. HIF-1α and EIF4A3 are involved in regulating the biogenesis of circRNF13. Furthermore, circRNF13 was validated to exert a stimulative effect on cell proliferation, angiogenesis, invasion and glycolysis. Importantly, we found that circRNF13 promoted PDK3 levels by acting as a miR-654-3p sponge, thus promoting the PC malignant process. Collectively, our results reveal that hypoxia-induced circRNF13 mediated by HIF-1α and EIF4A3 promotes tumor progression and glycolysis in PC, indicating the potential of circRNF13 as a prognostic biomarker and therapeutic target for PC.

This paper systematically summarizes the inf-sup method for establishing inequalities. With different results and specific techniques, we not only use this method to establish the geometric-arithmetic mean inequality, but also establish the new r-th mean inverses.
DUNKEL TYPE INEQUALITIES INVOLVING HYPERBOLIC FUNCTIONS
