강정類 製造에 관한 實驗調理的 硏究(Ⅲ) : Baking Powder 配合量에 따른 Texture 에 대하여 Textural Chanqe in Gangjung by added Baking Powder 강정類의 史的 考察 Historic Study on Gangjung

Gangjung was prepared according to the standard cooking method except that the various amount of baking powder was added instead of 2 table spoons of Chungju in mixing the ingredients. In the panel test the best was the one prepared with〔l/4tea spoon baking-powder+ 2 tea spoons Chungju〕 (B_3) and the second was the one prepared with 〔1/2 tea spoon baking powder〕 (B_1) In the test with a texturometer, the cohesiveness of the products B_3 and B_2 which were highly acceptable, were 0.26 and 0.21cm^2, respectively, while their brittleness were 1.21 and 1. 26cm. The number of peaks were found to be 3.1 and 5. 2. The results shown above are in the range of the values of good quality Gang-jung reported or the previous papers, and thus Gangjung in this paper is considered as good in quality as the one prepared with Chungju only.

투기종목선수들의 스트레스 영향요인에 관한 비교연구

This study is to provide fundamental data to establish emotional stability, to improve performance by analyzing of stress factor which martial artist can be suffered before and during match . Totally, 611 subjects were participated in this study, Judo players(163), Taekwondo players (213), Boxers(108), Wrestlers (127) who are students at high schools and university in the city of Seoul, Busan, Daegu, Daejeoun, Inchon, Kwangju, and Ulsan. The average age of subjects is 19.7 years, average athletic career is 5.8 years. The method of survey is conducted by the questionnaire of self-administration method, is measured by Likert's 5scale. Using SPSS/PC Win V 10.0, Factor analysis, t-test, and One-Way ANOVA were conducted to treat these data. The following conclusion came out through procedures above mentioned. Firstly, major factors which athletics are suffered are proved as environmental, social, mental, physical, and expectational factors. Secondly, a stress of athletics in university suffered is higher than a stress of athletics in high school suffered in total. Thirdly, the longer career athletics have, the higher stress athletics suffered in the matter of difference of athletic career. The stress athletics in high school have is high in mental factor, and stress athletics in university have is high in expectational factor. Fourth, in the matter of difference of events, wrestlers are under much stress in respects of mental factor and judo players are in respects of expectational factor.

일측 태아사망을 동반한 쌍태임신 1례

The antepartum death of one fetus in twin pregnancy is a rare obstetric complication. One fetal demise of twin pregnancy in the second or third trimester is an unusual and difficult problem in the management of pregnancy. It can be associated with an increased risk for mortality and morbidity in the remaining fetus and with maternal DIC(Disseminated intravascular coagulation). If one fetus in twin pregnancy died in uterus remote from term and another fetus did not, the dead fetus will be compressed between the uterine wall and the membrane of living fetus, becomes a fetus compress or fetus papyraceous. Concern for the surviving fetus after death of its co-twin is balanced between the risk of preterm birth and those involving exposure to events in uterus that may threaten its well-being. Recently we experienced a case of twin pregnancy complicated by the death of one fetus. We represent a case in diamnionic monochorionic twin pregnancy with a brief review of literatures.

This study addresses the relationship among the level of cooperation, dependence, coercive Power, non-coercive power, and conflict in the channel structure. Six hypotheses were generated regarding the relationship among these constructs. A field survey was employed to collect data on the relationship, and the data was carried out using reliability analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results from this study indicate that three hypotheses were rejected.

화학공장의 배출가스 처리를 위한 RTO System 적용에 따른 문제점 연구

Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer(RTO), which was manufactured by America's Co. and built by S Co, was tested to reduce on-site problems and to improve destruction and removal efficiency(DRE) of VOCs(Volatile Organic Compounds) and heat recovery efficiency. The fume gases sucked by induced fans from the chemical processes, emission sources, were introduce to the RTO. A diesel fuel was used as an auxiliary fuel for the RTO. Gas Samples were collected on the Carbo Trap(type B) tube from the downstream of RTO and Stack at the optimal operating condition obtained though trial and error to measure the concentrations of TOC(Total Carbon) and some of major VOCs. TOC was analyzed with a Hydrocarbon Vapor Meter, and VOCs was analyzed with Gas Chromatograph. The main VOCs among the fume gases were Styrene Monomer. and their DREs were obtained upto 90% The heat recovery efficiency was improved from about 90% to 93% by coordinating the conversion cycle of poppet valve from 240 seconds to 150 seconds and changing the operation temperature of the combustor from 927˚C to 820˚C. Furthermore 95% efficiency of heat recovery was obtained by inputting an additional regenerative thermal media(Ceramic saddle) to increase the thermal capacity

우리의 고대 시가 중 ‘구지가’는 여러 면에서 중요한 위치를 차지하고 있으며,이러한 까닭으로 여러 각도에서 연구되어 왔다.‘구지가’와 그 신화에 대한 연구는 제의적 측면,발생학적 측면,무속적 측면 등으로 이루어져 왔으니,이것은 연구자마다 방법론과 시각의 차이에 따라 다른 각도에서 접근하였기 때문이다.본고에서는 ‘가락구기’가 고려 문종조에 지어진 것에 염두를 두고,그에 따른 한문학적 고찰과 아울러 무속적 제의에 중점을 두고 배경설화를 중심으로 분석해보고자 한다.‘구지가’를 자세히 살펴보기 위하여 ‘가락국기’가 지어진 배경과 그 구성원 및 그들의 생활양식을 살펴볼 필요가 있다.

This study aims to investigate actual conditions of the supply of community facilities of cities in Korea and Japan, by surveying the number of facilities per unit population, and to obtain the fundamental data for regional planning in Korea through comparative analyses. Followings are the results of this investigation : 1) High correlations are found between the population and the number of facilities. 2) The original unit of facilities are classified into four types according to the size of the population and the population density. 3) In general the original unit of facilities and the population per unit facilities hold higher level in Japan than in Korea, but some kinds of facilities stand approximately the same level in both countries.

혐기성 소화반응에서 Aeration 유무에 따른 수소가스 발생 변화

This study was proceeded to know affect of the aeration on the anaerobic digest reaction by operating the acid reactor and hydrogen reactor and take the aeration at the feeding period of sludge in hydrogen reactor. All experiments were conducted at 35℃ using mineral salts-gluco-se(20 g/L) medium. In the acid reactor, the methane gas production was lasted during the an-aerobic reaction period. In the hydrogen reactor, the hydrogen gas production was lasted during the 9 days, especially high production of hydrogen occurred in 6∼9 days. The initial production of methane gas in hydrogen reactor was limited by aeration which to deteriorate the activity of methanogen, but production of methane gas was increased after 12 days. At the time to produce the hydrogen gas in the anaerobic digestion, the aeration reduce the activity of metanogen which known as obligate anaerobes, the created hydrogen can't covert to methane gas and keep the high production of hydrogen. And we think that hydrogen reactor have to take the occasional aeration to keep production of hydrogen cause the long SRT induce the activation of metanogen.

교류분석에서 Role Lettering 의 도입기법

교류분석은 정동적, 행동적, 인지적 접근을 통합한 효과적 심리치료이다. 교류분석은 인지와 행동적 접근이 먼저 발달되었으며, 정동적 접근은 계속 발전을 해오고 있다. 그 중에서 1984년 일본의 사회복지학과 春口德雄 교수가 일본교류분석학회에 처음 발표한 것이 Role Lettering(RL, 역할교환편지기법)이다. RL은 Gestalt치료의 빈 의자기법에서 힌트를 얻어 개발한 것으로 왕복 편지를 통하여 자각을 중심으로 한 자기 상담과 대결에 의하여 심리적 통합을 도모하는 기법이다. 현재 일본에서 RL을 정신장애 분야, 교정교육현장과 교육현장에서 적용하고 있으며, 그 효과를 입증하고 있다. 그러나 우리 나라에서는 RL을 본 연구자가 처음 발표한 후 연구가 제대로 되어 있지 않은 실정이다. 그러므로 본 연구를 통해 정신장애의 분야를 포함하여 사회복지의 현장에서 교류분석을 활용함에 있어 클라이언트가 RL을 실천해 나아갈 수 있도록 그 도입의 기법과 적용과정에서 문제의 해결방법을 구체적으로 제공하여 정동적 접근을 보다 효율적으로 해 나가는 데 도움을 주고자 한다. Transactional Analysis(TA) is an effective method of psychotherapy, integrating affective, behavioral and cognitive approaches. The development of cognitive approach and behavioral approach preceded that of affective approach, which is still under development. Role Lettering(RL), first suggested by Haruguchi Tokuo in 1984 is one of the methods in affective approach. The technique, developed from the technique of empty chair, aims at the psychological integration through mutual correspondence, centering self-awareness by way of self-counseling and confrontation. Recently in Japan, the technique has been employed in the field of mental disorders, correctional education or common education by many therapists and teachers. In Korea, however, I haven't seen any conspicuous report for the technique ever since my first report. Therefore, this study will help to enhance the employment of this technique through the detailed and specific explanation of the method in order for the client to practice the RL in the filed of mental disorder as well as in the field of social welfare. We suggested the specific methods and examples of RL such as the analysis of interviews, diaries, compositions, topics of talks, direct responses of letters. We also proposed the ways how to deal with the situations such as when sentences are incomplete, when the client ignores the other's feelings and when the content of RL is superficial.
