The harsh time of COVID-19 created an unstable employment environment in the hotel employment market, which directly affected hotel employees. This study attempted to verify the relationship between employees dual commitment (organizational commitment, career commitment) and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior through high-commitment human resource management to present efficient strategic strategies for human resource management in hotel companies. The survey was conducted by a five-star hotel employee in Seoul, and after the preliminary survey, the Google survey was delivered after a brief explanation of the purpose and procedure of the study through each hotel personnel manager and related acquaintances for about a month from July 25, 2023. The judgment sampling method, which is a non-probability sampling method, was used. After distributing 300 samples, 260 samples were used for the final analysis, excluding repeated or insincere responses. Frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural model analysis were performed on the collected data using SPSS and AMOS statistical programs. Motivation did not significantly affect change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, and H1b was rejected, except for H1a, and H1c. Opportunity and motivation had an effect on the dependent variable, and H2b, and H2c were supported, but ability did not have an effect on organizational commitment, so H2a was rejected. Ability, opportunity, and motivation were all found to have an effect on career commitment, and both H3a, H3b, and H3c were supported. Both organizational commitment and career commitment had an effect on change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, and H4, and H5 were supported. Finally, it was found that organizational commitment and career commitment had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between highly committed human resource management and change-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Through the analysis of this research hypothesis, the five-star hotel employees perceived organizational commitment and career commitment can be accompanied by positive results in change-oriented organizational acitizenship behavior required by hotel companies, and theoretical implications were presented.
친환경 호텔특성과 친환경 정서적 가치, 정서적 웰빙 및 친환경 행동과의 관계에 대한 연구 : 친환경 정서적 가치와 정서적 웰빙의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to figure out the influence of eco-friendly hotel characteristics, eco-friendly perceived value, emotional well-being, and eco-friendly Behavior and verify the mediating effect of eco-friendly perceived value and emotional well-being. Specimen are customer from hotel & resort in Seoul, aged 18 and above 59 and below. Survey was started at Feb. 24, 2021 for 20 days with 320 questionaries, total 288 samples were used for actual analysis. We used Jamovi program on analysis. Hypothesis test result of the study is following. H1: eco-friendly hotel characteristics has significant effect on eco-friendly behaviour. H2: eco-friendly perceived value has significant effect on emotional well-being, H3: the mediation effect of eco-friendly perceived value is partially mediated on the relationship between eco-friendly hotel characteristics and eco-friendly behaviour, H4: the mediation effect of emotional well-being is partially mediated on the relationship between eco-friendly hotel characteristics and eco-friendly behaviour.

The purpose of this study is to figure out the influence of Techno stress, Stress coping, and Commitment to change and verify the mediating effect of Stress coping. Specimen are employees who working in 5-star hotel located in Seoul, aged 18 and above 65 and below. Survey was started at June 01, 2021 for 15 days with 310 questionaries, total 274 samples were used for actual analysis. We used Jamovi program on analysis og this study. Hypothesis test result of the study is following. H1(1-2): Techno stress has significant negative (-) effect on commitment to change. H2(1-2): Techno stress has significant negative (-) effect on stress coping. H3: Stress coping has significant positive effect on commitment to change. H4(1-2): the mediation effect of stress coping is partially mediated on the relationship between techno stress and commitment to change. Based on the hypothesis analysis in this study, this study present the basic evidence to help employees achieve their corporate performance by controling the relationship between techno stress and commitment to change by stress coping.

Bellows is an important part to reduce a vehicle vibration due to exhaust system. The durability performance of bellows is dominated by many factors such as material property, shape of corrugation, total length of bellows, and length and height of pitch. In this paper, it is noted that the durability problem of bellows may be improved not only by the durability performance of itself, but also by considering the dynamic behavior of total exhaust system. The dynamic behavior of bellows due to road excitation is analyzed and a simplified methodology is introduced to improve the durability performance of bellows.
친환경 호텔 기업의 사회적 책임이 고객의 친환경 행동에 미치는 영향 - 확장된 규범활성화모델을 적용하여 -

본 연구는 확장된 규범활성화모델(NAM)을 기반으로 하여 친환경 호텔 기업의 사회적 책임이 고객의 친환경 행동 의도에 미치는 영향을 조사하고자 한다. 연구는 환경적 감정적 애착과 사회적 규범을 포함하여 NAM을 수정하고 확장하였으며, 이는 친환경 호텔을 선택하는 고객의 의사 결정 과정에 중요한 영향을 미친다고 가정한다. 본 연구는 환경적 기업 사회적 책임에 대한 이미지 인식과 고객의 친환경 행동 의도 사이의 관계를 규명하고자 하며, 특히 프리미엄 가격 지불 의사, 친환경 책임호텔 방문 의사, 환경을 위한 희생 의사 등을 포함한다. 온라인 설문을 통해 얻은 433명의 컨벤션 여행객 데이터를 분석한 결과, 제안된 모델은 원래 NAM 및 다른 경쟁 모델보다 더 큰 정확성과 충분성을 보여주었다. 이 연구는 디지털 시대의 호텔 산업에서 사회적 책임이 고객의 친환경 행동에 미치는 영향을 이해하는 데 중요한 시사점을 제공하며, 호텔 기업이 친환경적인 마케팅 전략을 개발하는데 도움을 줄 수 있다. Our research framework is built on the Norm Activation Model (NAM) in order to propose and test a model that predicts environmental behavioral intention. We made a major revisions to improve the NAM. Specifically, we incorporated environmental emotional attachment and social norm as antecedents of intention. And also, this study was to investigate the relationship between Image Perception of Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Behavioral Intention (Willingness to pay premium a price, Willingness to visit an environmental responsible hotel, Willingness to sacrifice for the environment). Results of the structural model with 433 samples of convention travelers obtained from an online survey distribution provided excellent empirical support for the proposed model. Our model included greater sufficiency and accuracy than the original NAM and other competing models. Findings also showed that the interpretation of the NAM as a sequential model was more adequate; the hypothesized relationships among the seven constructs were almost supported; Image Perception of Environmental Corporate Social Responsibility (IP-ECSR), Awareness of Consequences(AC), Ascribed of Responsibility(AR), Personal Norm(PN), Environmental Emotional Attachment(EEA), Social Norm(SN). The implications regarding these findings are discussed.
호텔종사원의 도전적·방해적 스트레스가 이직의도에 미치는 영향: 조직냉소주의와 직무만족의 매개효과를 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to investigate and analyze the impact of job stress in hospitality on turnover intention and the mediating effect of organizational cynicism and job satisfaction. The results from this empirical study with 320 samples of hotel employees in Seoul show that 1)H1 and H2: hindrance stress is adopted but challenge stress is rejected, 2)H3 and H4: hindrance stress negatively affects job satisfaction as adopted, but challenge stress is rejected 3)H5 and H6: both challenge-hindrance stress affects turnover intention as adopted 4)H7: organizational cynicism positively affects turnover intention as adopted 5)H8: job satisfaction positively affects turnover intention as adopted 6)H9: the mediating effect of organizational cynicism has an impact on the relationship between job stress and turnover intention. The meaning of this research and practical implications include the following. First, there should be a chance to have various activities in a hotel such as coaching program. Also, let employees engage in activities as union to actively participate in organizational change and innovation so that they do not have organizational cynicism. The limitations of this study are as follows: 1)studied only in Seoul area naturally left out other local areas 2)comparative studies from different hotel management types 3)there should be more dependent variables such as job involvement or trust by job stress.

Recently customers’ interest for high-efficient and safer vehicle has been increasing. In addition, safety and emission requirements have become more severe than before the last decades in the world. Therefore, the key issues for the automotive companies could be summarized with mass, cost and performance to satisfy the customers’ needs. In this paper, multi-disciplinary optimization is conducted to minimize mass considering Safety crashworthiness, Body stiffness and NVH performance simultaneously with GM proprietary optimizer, ASPEN. And evaluation of the constraints effect for NVH loadcases like as A/T, P/F and IDLE which could not be defined as single number constraint is conducted as well. Totally 162 parts are considered as design variables and 8 Safety, 2 Body CAE and 4 NVH CAE loadcases are included for MDO constraint. Finally, through the 1956 initial runs using ASPEN DOE and 1760 iteration runs derived from RSM, 11.37kg mass reduction was shown with maintaining or enhancing current performance for each loadcases.
