Bisphenol A (BPA), a known endocrine disruptor, is of global concern because it poses serious threats to the ecological environment and human health. In this work, hydrophilic polydopamine-coated Fe3O4/oxide graphene (IPDA@MGO) magnetic imprinted nanocomposites were prepared by the self-polymerization of dopamine on the surface of Fe3O4/GO in Tris-HCl buffer using BPA as a template for selective adsorption of BPA in water. IPDA@MGO showed specific recognition toward BPA with a high imprinting factor of 3.2 compared with nonimprinted polymer. The capacity of IPDA@MGO toward BPA was 41.2mg/g and the adsorption reached equilibrium within 30 min. The adsorption agreed well with the Freundlich and pseudo-second order kinetic models. The good adsorption performance was attributed to the abundant binding sites and good dispersibility of IPDA@MGO nanocomposites derived from its excellent hydrophilicity. The nanocomposites could be removed rapidly by an external magnet and regenerated for repeated adsorption of BPA in water. The proposed method has potential applications for efficient removal of BPA in environmental waters.

본 연구는 치매의 발병과 그 이후의 과정이 어떻게 부부관계 안에서 공동으로 경험되는 지에 대한 것이다. 이는 극단적인 비극의 서사로 수렴되지 않는 일상생활의 복잡다단한 측면을 드러내려는 시도이다. 연구자는 서울시 한 치매지원센터를 이용하는 부부들의 경험에 주목하여 이 질병이 어떻게 한 사람의 정신 안에서만이 아니라 사람과 사람 사이의 영역에서 전개되는지, 이 과정에서 기존의 관계는 어떠한 긴장과 갈등의 국면에 처하는지, 그럼에도 불구하고 어떠한 것들이 여전히 가능하며 또 가능하도록 조정되는지 살펴본다. 본 연구의 사례들은 치매의 진단이 부부 간의 명시적 혹은 암묵적인 협업에 의해 사건화되고, 환자와 돌보는 사람의 관계가 부부관계 안에 포함되는 방식으로 자리 잡으며, 두 사람의 일상적 무대가 폐기되기 보다는 보수되는 방식으로 유지된다는 점을 보여준다. 이러한 논의를 통해 본 연구는 치매라는 질환이 어떻게 부부관계 안에 자리 잡아가는지, 어떻게 이 위기가 부분적이고 불완전하게나마 길들여질 수 있는지 고찰한다. In this paper, I explore how dementia is lived with by elderly couples in conjugal relationships. I shed light on subtle experiences in everyday life, instead of capturing them within a tragic narrative. Based on in-depth interviews with spouses of people with dementia, I discuss the following. First, I examine how the disease unfolds itself not only in private minds but also in the space between persons; second, I describe how the existing relationship encounters the phase of tensions and conflicts; third, I explain how things are made possible despite all the difficulties caused by the disease. The five cases in this paper show that the outbreak of disease becomes an event produced by the collaborative efforts of the couples, that the relationship of patient and caregiver is included within the conjugal relationship, and that the stage of everyday life is continuously repaired instead of being discarded. All of these clarify the ways in which the crisis of dementia, albeit incompletely or reluctantly, is tamed and then permeates itself in the ordinary moments of life.

In Korean, ‘ege’ is a multifunctional grams with various semantic functions indicating ‘recipient’, ‘beneficiary’, ‘human goal’, etc. Semantic map is a useful method for analyzing the pattern of multifunctional grams and the relationship between the semantics. Compared with the comparative analysis method, Semantic maps have many advantages on showing the internal relation and the affinity relationship between each function of the multifunctional grams. This paper is based on the semantic map presented in linguistic typology and based on the conceptual space of typical dative functions which was constructed by Haspelmath in 2003 and cross-domain thematic role which was constructed by Zhang Min in 2013, reanalyzed the semantic functions of ‘ege’. The semantic functions of ‘ege’ include ‘recipient’, ‘beneficiary’, ‘human goal’, ‘human source’, ‘experiencer’, ‘possessor’, ‘causee’, ‘passive agent’. In addition, according to the Semantic Map Connectivity Hypothesis and semantic analysis this paper added functional items to the conceptual space of Zhang Min(2013) and mapped out the semantic map of ‘ege’. These discussions can also be applied to language comparison and second language teaching and acquisition.
Blood amino acids profile responding to heat stress in dairy cows

Objective: The objective of this experiment was to investigate the effects of heat stress on milk protein and blood amino acid profile in dairy cows. Methods: Twelve dairy cows with the similar parity, days in milk and milk yield were randomly divided into two groups with six cows raised in summer and others in autumn, respectively. Constant managerial conditions and diets were maintained during the experiment. Measurements and samples for heat stress and no heat stress were obtained according to the physical alterations of the temperature-humidity index. Results: Results showed that heat stress significantly reduced the milk protein content (p<0.05). Heat stress tended to decrease milk yield (p = 0.09). Furthermore, heat stress decreased dry matter intake, the concentration of blood glucose and insulin, and glutathione peroxidase activity, while increased levels of non-esterified fatty acid and malondialdehyde (p<0.05). Additionally, the concentrations of blood Thr involved in immune response were increased under heat stress (p<0.05). The concentration of blood Ala, Glu, Asp, and Gly, associated with gluconeogenesis, were also increased under heat stress (p<0.05). However, the concentration of blood Lys that promotes milk protein synthesis was decreased under heat stress (p<0.05). Conclusion: In conclusion, this study revealed that more amino acids were required for maintenance but not for milk protein synthesis under heat stress, and the decreased availability of amino acids for milk protein synthesis may be attributed to competition of immune response and gluconeogenesis.
Design of Marine Search and Rescue Route Based on an Ant Colony System Algorithm

With the development of the global marine transportation industry, marine accidents frequently occur due to the complex and changeable climate environment, and maritime search and rescue work has thus received much attention. To improve marine search and rescue operations, an algorithm for environmental modeling and search path optimization based on an ant colony system is proposed. First, MAKLINK is selected to build an ecological model. Secondly, the relevant parameters of the ant colony system algorithm are established, and the search and rescue route is designed. Finally, simulations of the environmental model and route design are constructed in search and rescue waters in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, using MATLAB. Experimental results prove the validity of this algorithm.
