      • Research of Structural Risks of Object-Oriented Software Based on Ripple Degree of Software Network

        Object-oriented software systems emerge from mere keystrokes to form intricate functional networks connecting many collaborating objects. In this paper, building on complex networks, software collaboration networks contained within several open-source software systems have been examined. Because of the association between objects, the ripple effect exists in those software networks. The distributions of forward and reversal ripple degree in software networks are analyzed, and focusing on high ripple degree nodes, a metric formula that evaluates the significance is presented. According to our metric, the fragile nodes, rigid nodes and a “hidden danger” node in software system can be selected, which can be used to provide guidance for design and remodeling of software systems.

        Complete genome sequence of Lactiplantibacillus plantarum ST, a potential probiotic strain with antibacterial properties

        Lactiplantibacillus plantarum (L. plantarum) ST was isolated from De’ang pickled tea in Yunnan Province, China. The genomes of strain ST were fully sequenced and analyzed using the PacBio RS II sequencing system. Our previous study has shown that L. plantarum ST is a potential probiotic strain. It had strong tolerance in the simulated artificial gastrointestinal tract, and in the antagonism tests, this strain showed strong antibacterial activity. Therefore, as a probiotic, it may be used in animal breeding. L. plantarum ST genome was composed of 1 circular chromosome and 7 plasmids. The length of the whole genome was 3320817 bp, and the annular chromosome size was 3058984 bp, guanine + cytosine (G ± C) content (%) was 44.76%, which contained 2945 protein-coding sequences (CDS). This study will contribute to a further comprehensive understanding of L. Plantarum ST at the genomic level and provide a theoretical basis for its future application in animal breeding.

        新历史主义视域下的‘南京大屠杀’叙事 ― 以哈金的《南京安魂曲》为例 ―

        As a historical event during the Second World War, the authenticity of "Nanjing Massacre" is beyond doubt, but the narration of the fact of Nanjing Massacre can be endowed with the narrator's subjective feelings (including values, ideology and interpretation). How to record and express, and how to reproduce such a devastating human disaster, to many novelists, it is difficult to strike a balance between fact and explanation, fact and value. There seems to be a gap between the fictionality of novels and the aim of seeking the truth in history. However, it seems that Ha Jin undertakes the dual responsibility of a historian and a novelist: on one hand, he utilizes the novel as an approach to expose the complexity of the characters' psychology and emotions of daily life; on the other hand, he holds the precise attitude of a "historian", and focuses on a large number of historical materials, retells the history in a "recording" language style. How Ha Jin overlaps history and literature, how to sublimate history into literature, will be the focus of this paper. Based on Hayden White's theory of historical interpretation and analysing author's identity value , the characters in the novel, narrative perspective characteristics, this paper attempts to illustrate the current significance of the historical narrative of Nanjing Requiem.

      • Economic Analysis of the Microgrid with Multi-energy and Electric Vehicles

        Electric vehicles (EVs) may play dual roles when they plug in a microgrid. They appear as loads during charging, meanwhile they may also be used as storage units to supply energy to the rest loads in the microgrid if the batteries have the sufficient spare energy. Considering the characteristic of bidirectional energy flow of EVs in a microgrid, this paper proposes the energy dispatch model and strategies for the microgrid including Wind generators, Photovoltaic systems, Battery storages, EVs and other local loads to analyze the impact of incorporating vehicles within and without microgrid on the economic operation of the microgrid. The simulation results indicate that incorporating EVs within the microgrid can not only minimize the capital cost of storages and reduce operation cost of the microgrid’s operator, but also save the cost of EVs’s owners.

        Experimental and Modelling Study of the Denaturation of Milk Protein by Heat Treatment

        Heat treatment of milk aims to inhibit the growth of microbes, extend the shelf-life of products and improve the quality of the products. Heat treatment also leads to denaturation of whey protein and the formation of whey protein-casein polymer, which has negative effects on milk product. Hence the milk heat treatment conditions should be controlled in milk processing. In this study, the denaturation degree of whey protein and the combination degree of whey protein and casein when undergoing heat treatment were also determined by using the Native-PAGE and SDS-PAGE analysis. The results showed that the denaturation degree of whey protein and the combination degree of whey protein with casein extended with the increase of the heat-treated temperature and time. The effects of the heat-treated temperature and heat-treated time on the denaturation degree of whey protein and on the combination degree of whey protein and casein were well described using the quadratic regression equation. The analysis strategy used in this study reveals an intuitive and effective measure of the denaturation degree of whey protein, and the changes of milk protein under different heat treatment conditions efficiently and accurately in the dairy industry. It can be of great significance for dairy product proteins following processing treatments applied for dairy product manufacturing.

        An Intelligent Fault Diagnosis Method for Imbalanced Nuclear Power Plant Data Based on Generative Adversarial Networks

        In the fault diagnosis problem, where sample data of fault cases are imbalanced, data generation and expansion are performed based on a generative adversarial network to obtain balanced data for training. Combining a gated recurrent neural network and an autoencoder model, the GRU-BEGAN model for generating multiple time series data is proposed for the intelligent fault diagnosis of imbalanced nuclear power plant data. To guarantee the consistency of the probability distribution between the generated data and real data, the K-L losses are included as a part of the loss function of the generator. At the same time, the potential feature vector of the real data obtained by the discriminator encoder is introduced as a hidden variable in the generator, and the similarity between the generated data and the real data is controlled by introducing the hidden variables according to the probability to make the generated data diverse. For the imbalanced fault dataset of the nuclear power plant thermal–hydraulic systems, the proposed GRU-BEGAN model is used to expand the original data to obtain a balanced state. Then, a 1D-CNN fault diagnosis model is established based on a convolutional neural network. The experimental results show that the fault diagnosis accuracy of the total test data is improved by 1.45% after data expansion, and the fault diagnosis accuracy of the minority sample is improved by 6.8% after data expansion.
