This paper is presenting the performance evaluation on the installed concrete panels. As a result of the evaluation, the resistance to track displacement of temporary support structure was improved and it resulted in the improvement of work stability during installation. And, by the application of new technology and the saving of concrete consumption, both workability and cost were improved and, therefore, the shorter project period and cost saving can be expected. Furthermore, as a result of noise & vibration measurement at site, it has shown good effects of anti-noise and anti-vibration. In conclusion, this process was proved as very effective for track improvement.

In this study, an embedded ranging system based on a laser structured light image is developed. The distance measurement by the structured light image processing has efficient computation because the burdensome correspondence problem is avoidable. In order to achieve robustness against environmental illumination noise and real-time laser structured light image processing, a bandpass optical filter is adopted in this study. The proposed ranging system has an embedded image processor performing the whole image processing and distance measurement, and so reduces the computational burden in the main control system. A system calibration algorithm is presented to compensate for the lens distortion.

본 논문에서는 CMS(Contents Management System)를 기반으로 한 교육시스템을 개발하였다. CMS 기반 교육시스템은 모든 작업이 웹 상에서 수행되어 관리자가 적용한 모든 내용은 실시간으로 사이트 이용자에게 적용될 수 있도록 하였으며, 사용자가 웹 사이트를 손쉽게 이용하고 관리할 수 있는 방법을 제공하였다. 또한, 웹 표준에 대한 내용을 부각시키고 이를 시스템에 접목시킴으로써 다양한 사용자층에 대한 배려를 사도하였으며, 이를 통해 더 많은 사용자들이 특정 환경에 구애받지 않고 보편적인 웹 서비스를 받아볼 수 있도록 하였다. 이를 위해 본 시스템은 웹 표준 가이드를 준수하여 W3C 표준을 준수하는 주요 플랫폼의 브라우저에서 호환될 수 있는 시스템을 개발하였다. 본 논문은 기존의 웹 기반 교육시스템이 가지고 있는 시스템 적이고 구조적인 한계를 극복할 수 있는 가능성을 제시할 수 있을 것이라 생각한다. In this paper, we implement the web-based education system on CMS(Contents Management System). The goal of this paper is that Everyone who uses this system will use and maintain the web site easily. All procedures can be performed on the web and all content by the manager can be applied to users. This allows both user and administrator to use the web-based education system in a better environment. This system also will try to cover all user levels by providing web standards. So more user can use the standard web service without worrying about time and space. For this reason, this system will be developed with web standard guide so that all users won’t experience any problems with the browsers of primary platforms complying with W3C. This paper can provide the possibility to overcome the limitations of current web-based education system.
VoD 시스템에서 선반입 기법을 이용한 대화식 동작의 설계

VoD(Video-on-Demand) 시스템에서 다루는 데이터는 대용량이면서 실시간에 처리되어야 하는 연속 매체의 특성을 지니고 있다. 대용량의 데이터가 차지하는 저장 공간과 전송대역폭을 줄이기 위해 사용되는 압축 기법과 데이터의 실시간 처리를 보장하기 위한 자원의 예약 기법은 모두 연속 매체를 처리하는데 있어 필수적이다. VoD 시스템에서는 사용자들에게 영화의 재생뿐만 아니라 고속 전진이나 고속 후진과 같은 대화식 동작도 함께 제공할 수 있어야 하는데 대화식 동작이 야기하는 데이터 요구량의 변화는 디스크 대역폭, 통신망 대역폭, 메모리와 같은 시스템 자원의 관리를 어렵게 한다. VoD 시스템의 경우 기 저장된 비디오 데이터를 처리하기 때문에 데이터 블록에 대한 선반입이 가능하다. 본 논문에서는 가변 비트율의 비디오데이터를 처리하는 VoD 서버에서 서버의 버퍼를 이용하여 데이터 블록들을 선반입함으로써 대화식 동작을 지원할 수 있는 버퍼 관리 기법을 제안한다. 본 논문에서 제안한 버퍼 관리 기법은 모의실험 결과 수용 사용자 수에서 LRU 기법에 비해 약 34%의 성능 향상을 보였다. VoD(Video-on-Demand) servers have to provide timely processing guarantees for continuous media and reduce the storage and bandwidth requirements for continuous media. The compression techniques make the bit rates of compressed video data significantly variable from frame to frame. A VoD system should be able to provide the client with interactive operations such as fast forward and fast rewind in addition to normal playback of movie. However, interactive operations require additional resources such as storage space, disk bandwidth, memory and network bandwidth. In a stored video application such as VoD system, it is possible that a priori disk access patterns can be used to reserve the system resources in advance. In addition, clients of VoD server spend most of their time in playback mode and the period of time spent in interactive mode is relatively small. In this paper, I present the new buffer management scheme that provides efficient support for interactive operations in a VoD server using variable bit rate continuous media. Simulation results show that our strategy achieves 34% increase of the number of accepted clients over the LRU strategy.

The extent of slack is correlative with the wheelbase of vehicle as well as the distance between the inner faces of flanges. Since the movable clearance of wheel flange is getting reduced in curved track, the vehicle is more difficult to negotiate the track. By this reason, a certain extent of slack is normally designed for curved track to allow the movable clearance corresponding to that of straight track. In case of some foreign railways, the fixed extent of slack has been classified by the ranges of curve radius. In case of KNR, the slack is calculated by a formula for each case of curve radius and it therefore seems quite precise method. However, since there is a wide range of slack adjustment(S"=0~15㎜) in calculation formula itself, too excessive or too little slack can be calculated. This study is to approach the technical review on slack calculation and to offer the reasonable slack design through the full-scale experiment at sharp curved track without slack.
FOMs 기반 스마트 제조혁신 추진 방법론 : OKR 기법 기반으로

Changes in manufacturing sites triggered by the fourth Industrial Revolution are inadequate from the perspective of SMEs. The construction of 30,000 smart factories can be achieved quantitatively, but it is necessary to upgrade data-based smart factories. However, SMEs lack manpower and are managed manually by Excel. Therefore, difficulties in systematic goal establishment and manufacturing innovation activities can be solved through smart-factory operation management (FOMs)-based smart manufacturing innovation methodology. Three differences in above technology can be ascribed from the existing innovation methodology. Firstly, there is systematization of goal establishment by objective & key results (OKR). Secondly, change in management of 4M (man, machine, material, method) occurs through a multidimensional analysis by FOMs system. Thirdly, it is improving its level with continuous execution and feedback. The objective is to align with the goals of the manufacturing company to focus on them and quickly track them to challenge them.
