설화를 통해 본 중국조선족 디아스포라

주지하다시피 설화는 구구 전숭되어온 구비문학이다 가장 自自然然한 자연스러운 문학이다 그 속에 해당 민족의 원형-집단무의식이 습배여 있다 칼•융의 신화원형비평은 이를 잘 설명해주고 있다. 이로부터 설화를 통한 해당 민족의 집단무의식을 읽어내기는 문학 내지는 민족학 연구의 하나의 좋은 시각과 방법이 되겠다. 중국조선족은 디아스포라적인 존재 조선족문학은 알게 모르게 조선족의 디아스포라적인 특성을 표현해왔다. 이 가운데 설화가 집단적인 문학으로서 가상 확실하게 그 몫을 해왔음은 더 말할 것도 없다 조선족설화는 한민즉 전래설화와 자생설화로 나누어볼 수 있다. 1) 물론 전래설화를 통해서도 조선족의 디아스포라적인 특색을 알 수 있겠지만 자생설화를 통하여 보다 집중적으로 그 특색을 알수 있다. 조선족설화는 그간 학계에서 "중국조선즉 구비문학연구"(김동훈, 한국문화사 1999), "중국조선족 설화 종합적 연구" 등 저서를 비롯한 연구업적이 제법 이루어 졌음에도 불구하고 최근 문학연구의 주요 포커스의 하나로 되고 있는 디아스포라를 둘러싼 논의는 그리 진행되지 못한 아쉬움을 노정 하고 있다. 본고는 이린 아쉬움을 얼마간 들어보고자 출발한다. As is known to all, tale is a kind of natural literature and folklore which is transmitted through successive generations, and it infiltrates ethnic archetype-Collective Unconscious which is one of Carl Gustav Jung's theories. Therefore, it is a good perspective and method for the studies on literature and even the whole nation by approaching ethnic collective unconscious through tales. China's ethnic Koreans is an existence of diaspora which is naturally shown in the literary works of this ethnic group. It goes without saying that tale shows its value as a kind of collective literature. Tales of China's ethnic Koreans include traditional stories and wild tales. Diaspora can certainly be found in traditional stories, while it sparkles in wild tales. Tales of ethnic Koreans have been studied in literary world for so long, such as "Studies on folklore of China's ethnic Koreans" (Kim Dong-Hoon, Korean literature 1999) "Holistic Approach on Tales of China's ethnic Koreans" (sketch-up made in Information Department of Korean literature 2002), etc. Diaspora is not so much referred to in the previous studies and achievements,. On this basis, this essay is focused on diaspora which is one of the hottest spots in recent literary studies.

Effect of Experiential Value on Customer Satisfaction and e-WOM under O2O Commerce

Purpose - The online-to-offline (O2O) business model has brought considerable changes to the traditional Chinese business model. The main difference between O2O and pure online consumption is that O2O offers a richer experience and word-of-mouth. it is easier to trigger online word-of-mouth. However, few scholars have been concerned about the impact of experiential value on customer satisfaction and online word-of-mouth (e-WOM) in the study of O2O. This study takes the O2O business model in China’s catering industry as its research object and uses structural equation modelling to analyze the impact of online and offline experiential values on customer satisfaction and e-WOM. Research design, data, and methodology - According to previous researches, consumer experiential value is mainly divided into return on investment (economy and efficiency), service excellence, playfulness and aesthetics. According to the characteristics of O2O in China’s catering industry, this study divides the online experience value into efficiency and economy (return on investment). The offline part is divided into return on investment (economy and efficiency), service excellence, playfulness and aesthetics. Using a web-based survey, we collected 303 valid samples. Structural equation modelling was used to create the research model. Results - The results show that efficiency (online) and service excellence (offline) have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Economics (online) and playfulness (offline) have a positive impact on customers’ e-WOM. In addition, the higher the customer satisfaction, the greater the positive impact on the spread by word of mouth. However, aesthetic(offline) and return on investment(offline) have no significant impact to customer satisfaction and e-WOM. Event-triggered Consensus Control of Nonlinear Multi-agent Systems based on First-order Hold

In this paper, consensus problem is studied for the first-order nonlinear multi-agent systems under directed topology, and a novel event-triggered consensus protocol is proposed. Different from the existing results with general zero-order hold, the first-order hold is adopted to construct the event-triggered control signal so as toreduce the triggering rate. By using Lyapunov stability method and matrix theory, a sufficient consensus conditionis derived for the agents to reach the asymptotic consensus, and Zeno-behavior can be avoided. Finally, a numericalexample is presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed protocol.

A Study on On-line P2P Financial Product Purchase Decision of Chinese By Framing Effect

Chinese P2P on-line loan financing product's rapid growth : P2P loan scale of 6 billion yuan (1 trillion 80 billion won) in 2012 has reached 83 billion yuan (14 trillion 940 billion won) until 2014. Thousands of on-line P2P companies have appeared. P2P is the abbreviation of peer to peer, which is a financing service that intermediates investment and loan between individuals. Lending club, listed with market capitalization about 9 trillion won in New York Stock Exchange in the end of last year, is the representative example, which is a field of Fin Tech business which is getting the limelight in the world. P2P loan product investment interest rate is quite higher than bank deposit investment interest, however lots of investment products have high risk. However, there are not sufficient research on this new financing exchange yet. Particularly, there's little research on P2P investment intention decision process in behavioral economics approach.

Analyzing Chinese Online P2P Financial Product Purchase Decisions Utilizing the Framing Effect 7)

Purpose – This study examines Chinese P2P investment decision processes from a behavioral economics approach. Research design, data, and methodology – We analyze the online P2P investment product purchase decisions of 241 respondents in China, March 2015 to May 2015. T-tests were conducted to determine whether the framing effect influenced investor investment preferences. The Association Rule was used to identify the framing effect of respondent demographic characteristics on joint decisions regarding stable or risky investment products. Results – There are significant differences between the two groups (positive framing and negative framing) and their product- choosing behavior. In the positive framing group, female investors, young investors, investors with non-financial occupations and with limited or no experience, preferred stable P2P investment products. In contrast, in the negative framing group, investors with extensive investment experience preferred risky investment products. Conclusions – The framing effect influences investor choices in online P2P investment products. It is necessary to implement comprehensive supervision and full information disclosure regarding P2P investment products. P2P investment websites can also adopt different marketing strategies according to investor gender and age.

Management of Gallstones and Acute Cholecystitis in Patients with Liver Cirrhosis: What Should We Consider When Performing Surgery?

Acute cholecystitis and several gallbladder stone-related conditions, such as impacted common bile duct stones, cholangitis, and biliary pancreatitis, are common medical conditions in daily practice. An early cholecystectomy or drainage procedure with delayed cholecystectomy is the current standard of treatment based on published clinical guidelines. Cirrhosis is not only a condition of chronically impaired hepatic function but also has systemic effects in patients. In cirrhotic individuals, several predisposing factors, including changes in the bile acid composition, increased nucleation of bile, and decreased motility of the gallbladder, contribute to the formation of biliary stones and the possibility of symptomatic cholelithiasis, which is an indication for surgical treatment. In addition to these predisposing factors for cholelithiasis, systemic effects and local anatomic consequences related to cirrhosis lead to anesthesiologic risks and perioperative complications in cirrhotic patients. Therefore, the treatment of the aforementioned biliary conditions in cirrhotic patients has become a challenging issue. In this review, we focus on cholecystectomy for cirrhotic patients and summarize the surgical indications, risk stratification, surgical procedures, and surgical outcomes specific to cirrhotic patients with symptomatic cholelithiasis. 국제물품매매계약에서 본질적 위반에 관한 사례연구: 중국 판결을 중심으로

CISG는 피해 당사자의 권리구제 방식을 다양하게 규정하고 있다. 특히 CISG 제25조에서 명시된 본질적 계약위반은 계약해제의 요건이 되는 등 기타 부수적 계약 위반에 비해 한결 강력한 효과를 가지며, 거래 당사자의 이해관계에서 큰 역할을 하고 있다. 한편 중국 민법은 최근 제정되어 기존의 계약법이 새롭게 재정비되었다. 하지만 본질적 계약위반 개념은 CISG의 그것과는 여전한 차이가 존재하고, 국제물품매매계약에 임하는 거래 당사자는 이를 염두에 둘 필요가 있다. 즉 본 연구에서는 이들 법규의 본질적 계약위반 개념을 살펴보고 중국 판결을 검토해 동향을 파악했다. 이를 통해 거래 당사자에게 실무상 유의점을 제공할 수 있을 것이다. The CISG provides a variety of ways to relieve the rights of the affected party. In particular, the fundamental breach of contract specified in Article 25 of CISG has a stronger effect than other incidental breach of contract, such as the right to avoidance the contract, and plays a major role in the interests of the parties involved in the transaction. Meanwhile, China’s civil law was recently enacted and the existing contract law was newly reorganized, and some of the regulations of CISG were accepted, so there are mutual similarities. However, the concept of an fundamental breach of contract still differs from that of CISG, and the parties involved in the international sale of goods need to bear this in mind. In this study, we examined the fundamental concept of contract violation between CISG and China’s civil law and reviewed the judgment in China to find out the trend. This would allow the parties to provide practical significance. Consequently, the parties to the transaction should judge each individual event by considering the facts.
