There are a lot of traffic jams in the metropolitan area and the commuting time has been longer nowadays. So the urban people has been interested in the GTX(Great Train Express) project in Korea. The GTX is the train which runs at 200km/h speed in underground tunnels. If the train also operates at high speed in tunnel section, the pressure wave will happen and the uplift force of pantograph may vary abruptly. If the rigid trolley bar system is used in tunnel section, it is difficult to improve the commercial speed of train. In order to improve the train speed in tunnel section, this paper presents the new pantograph concepts which can change the suspension stiffness and deals with the dynamic behavior characteristics of pantograph according to the parameter variation.

DC 급전시뮬레이션을 통한 도시철도 회생에너지 활용 분석

This paper deals with regenerative energy in railway system which one of the largest customer in terms of load capability. Unlike the other loads of power system, loads of railway systems change in time and space. It has a characteristic amount of generating regenerative energy by frequent starting and braking in railway system. Therefore, it is expected higher utilization in railway system than the other systems. The purpose of DC power supply simulation is analyzing backed energy, regenerative energy by each railway vehicle and substation. In this paper, regenerative energy utilization are analyzed using DC power supply simulation and it is performed changing major influence on the design such as the number of installing absorber, internal resistance value, no-load voltage value at substation or operating parameters at regenerative energy utilization. After simulating, results are compared and analyzed.

Energy Saving Methods in existing railway vehicle are considered by active approach such as regenerative energy storage and utilization, eco driving, etc. On the other hands, energy saving measures in railway station are operated by passive method such as reduction of operating time in ventilation system, cooing system and power equipment. To reduce energy and for independence in railway system, it requires an active energy saving measures. It needs to its own power source besides the power source of electric supply company such as renewable energy and regenerative energy and take the advantage of power storage system and stored power are used in optimum time. This paper deal with 3-level NPC inverter and T-type NPC inverter that used in various multi-level topology applicable to the railway system.

본 연구의 목적은 2000년대 이후, 사회적 인식의 변화와 함께 급속히 성장하고 있는 한국 소비자협동조합을 이해하고, 한국 소비자협동조합의 과제를 영국 소비자협동조합과의 비교를 통해 진단하고 분석하는 것이다. 이러한 목적을 달성하기 위하여 영국 협동조합 연구자들을 방문면담하고 관련 문헌조사를 통해 연구가 진행되었다. 연구자들은 협동조합의 진화과정을 시기(periods)로 나누어 설명한 Birchall(2011)의 모형을 바탕으로 분석하였다. 이 모형을 기초로 보면 한국 소비자협동조합은 진화과정 중 성장기에 있다. 소비자협동조합의 역사가 긴 영국의 경험을 통해 한국 소비자협동조합이 배울 수 있는 점이 많다. 특히 협동조합의 원칙과 가치에 기반한 경영을 얼마나 잘하는지가 협동조합의 성공에 있어 중요하다. 따라서 한국의 소비협동조합 역시 협동조합의 원칙과 가치를 실제로 얼마나 잘 구현했는가가 미래 성공에 핵심 요인이 될 것이다. 본 연구의 의의는 한국과 영국의 소비자협동조합을 협동조합 진화과정의 시기별 분석이라는 관점에서 바라보고 그 진화과정의 유사성을 전제로 한국 소비자협동조합의 도전과제를 토론한 점과, 연구 결과를 바탕으로 한국 소비자협동조합을 발전시킬 수 있는 방안을 제시한 점이다. This paper aims to compare Korean consumer co-operatives with British consumer co-operatives, and to analyze the main challenges they might face in the future. Based on Birchall’s model(2011) of evolutionary processes in the life of MOB(Member-Owned Businesses), Korean consumer co-operatives which might be in the ‘period of growth,’ are discussed. The authors suggest that Korean consumer co-operatives have to learn from British consumer co-operatives, which are currently in the ‘period of renewal.’ British co-operatives have long been suffered from their steady declination in terms of achieving economic values and their own co-operative values since 1950s. But British consumer co-operatives are recovering and even growing ever since the innovation to revitalize their original values and principles has been initiated by the management in the early 2000s. Thus, Korean consumer co-operatives are worthwhile paying attention to evolutionary processes in the rise and fall of British consumer co-operatives. It is necessary to keep co-operative values for Korean consumer co-operatives in order to grow in the fast and substantial manner.

In Korea, new total energy-saving solution has planned to build test-bed in underground subway station. Breaking energy is one of the most energy saving method in railway, but it has not be fully used up for economical purpose. This paper demonstrates on energy saving technology application including breaking energy and heating energy to underground subway station. It also offer solution of optimization of power energy flow. Moreover, economic feasibility analysis performed for undergound test bed constuction.
