Objective: 본 연구의 목적은 혼재 되어있는 인간공학적 서비스 방법론들을 체계적으로 정리하여 계층 구조를 정립하는 데 있다. Background: 인간공학적 최적 제품 설계의 중요성과 문제 인식이 증가하는 가운데, 제품 개발 실무자가 유/무형의 제품을 기획하고 설계할 때에 사용하는 인간공학적 방법론, 디자인씽킹(Design Thinking) 방법론과 기법들이 계층의 구분 없이 혼재되어 있다 Method: 인간공학적 제품 기획 및 컨설팅을 제공하는 국내/외 기업들이 사용 중인 서비스 방법론을 수집하였다. 각 서비스 방법론들의 정의, 구체적 사례 등을 조사하고 분석하였다. ‘혁신 창의 제품 개발’, ‘인간공학적 최적 제품 설계’, ‘사용성 평가’, ‘UX/UI design’ 이라는 총 4가지 종류의 카테고리로 체계화하였다. 이에 맞는 방법론을 선별한 후 각 단계별로 분류하여 하위 구조를 정립하였다. Results: 인간공학적 방법론의 계층 구조를 제작하였으며, 각 방법론들의 개념, 사례, 활용가치를 정의한 설명 자료를 제안하였다. Conclusion: 방법론들을 구조화함으로써 현 방법론의 동향을 분석할 수 있었다. 정량적이고 공학적인 방법론들이 비교적 부족한 실정이었다. 앞으로 더 많은 방법론들이 체계적으로 확립될 필요성이 있다. Application: 인간공학적 제품 기획 및 개발 시, 체계화된 방법론 계층 구조와 설명을 담은 자료가 각 단계에 적합한 방법론들을 찾을 때 유용하게 활용될 것으로 보인다.

Building on literature in entrepreneurship and organizational theory, This study examines the effect of market problems of incumbents on entrepreneurial firms’ market entry. Through 20 U.S. domestic direct flight routes during 1995 - 2019, this study examines the likelihood of entrepreneurial airlines’ route entry under greater incumbents’ market problems. We find that the likelihood of entrepreneurial firms’ market entry increases when a market has greater incumbents’ problems. Simultaneously, we find that higher market concentration strengthens the relationship between incumbents’ market problems and entrepreneurial firms’ market entry. These findings show that existing market problems could be a catalyst for entrepreneurial firms’ market entry. Additionally, our finding provides a new perspective for resource partitioning theory by suggesting entrepreneurial firms’ market entry to a problematic mainstream market, not the periphery.
Trend Analysis of the Agricultural Industry Based on Text Analytics

This research intends to propose the methodology for analyzing the current trends of agriculture, which directly connects to the survival of the nation, and through this methodology, identify the agricultural trend of Korea. Based on the relationship between three types of data - policy reports, academic articles, and news articles - the research deducts the major issues stored by each data through LDA, the representative topic modeling method. By comparing and analyzing the LDA results deducted from each data source, this study intends to identify the implications regarding the current agricultural trends of Korea. This methodology can be utilized in analyzing industrial trends other than agricultural ones. To go on further, it can also be used as a basic resource for contemplation on potential areas in the future through insight on the current situation. database of the profitability of a total of 180 crop types by analyzing Rural Development Administration's survey of agricultural products income of 115 crop types, small land profitability index survey of 53 crop types, and Statistics Korea's survey of production costs of 12 crop types. Furthermore, this research presents the result and developmental process of a web-based crop introduction decision support system that provides overseas cases of new crop introduction support programs, as well as databases of outstanding business success cases of each crop type researched by agricultural institutions.
공항산업 동향분석을 위한 텍스트 애널리틱스 모델에 관한 연구

Analyzing current trends and identifying future prospects is one of the important tasks to establish a successful strategy for airport development. In this study, we use latent Dirichlet allocation (LDA), a typical topic modeling technique, to supplement the traditional qualitative methodologies and find a major trend of airport industry. Specifically, we deduct major topic from three different data sources related to airport (academic article, policy study report and news article) and compare each topic to find out the differences of each topic. In addition, we investigate the changing trend in each data source through longitudinal analysis. Our results show that three data sources have distinguishing trends which reflect their own characteristics. We find that most of data usually focus on the future situation for sustainable development rather than concentrating on the current issues. This study suggests a methodology using large amounts of text data to explore future promising trend from sperate data sources and provide insights for stakeholders of airport industry. The analyzing methodology we proposed has also significant meaning in that it can be applied comprehensively for trend analysis of other industry including tourism and hospitality as well as airport industry.

The purpose of this study was to examine whether meaning in life moderates the effect of perceived stress on suicidal ideation among Korean Army soldiers. The participants were all 370 male soldiers, and their mean age was about 21 years (SD=1.18). They were asked to complete five related questionnaires, which include Perceived Stress Scale(PSS), Meaning in Life Questionnaire(MLQ), Rosenberg Self-Esteem Scale(RSES), Suicidal Ideation Questionnaire(SIQ), and Social Support Scale. Using SPSS macro Process model 1, we found that meaning in life significantly moderated the effect of perceived stress on suicidal ideation, even after controlling for social support. Specifically, the higher the perceived stress, the greater the increase in suicidal ideation in the low-meaning in life group than the high-meaning in life group. Next, self-esteem positively predicted meaning in life in a hierarchical regression analysis. These results suggest that promoting meaning in life can help alleviate suicidal ideation symptoms. Additionally, the effect of intervention such as growth writing, which can enhance the level of meaning in life and then reduce suicidal ideation, was discussed.
