This study aimed to investigate Korean high school students’ comprehension level and attitudes towards three different English accents: American-accented, Malaysian-accented, and Korean-accented English. The experiment was conducted with 340 female high school students in Gyeongsangnam-do. The data collection in this study consisted of the results of three listening comprehension tests and two survey questionnaires. The results show that speakers’ various English accents affected the participants’ listening comprehension: The participants understood the American-accented and the Korean-accented English better than the Malaysian-accented English. The study also shows that there is no interaction between the English accents and the participants’ L2 listening proficiency levels. In addition, the results indicate that the participants display more positive attitude toward American-accented English, followed by Malaysian-accented English, and finally Korean-accented English. This paper therefore suggests that Korean students need to be exposed to various English accents in order to become familiar with the concept of World Englishes.

본 논문은 기존의 수동적인 네트워크 보안에서 벗어나 보안 위협에 대해서 능동적으로 대처하고 침입자를 말단에서 블록킹하는 능동 보안 관리 기술에서 센서를 관리하는 기술에 대한 것이다. 여기서 이동 에이전트의 특성인 이동성을 지니고 커널 뿐만 아니라 상위 어플리케이션으로 작동하는 센서를 효율적으로 생성, 이동, 위치 관리 및 소멸하는 방식에 대한 요구사항을 제시한다.

백화점에서 윈도는 구매촉진을 위하여 상품의 가치 부각시키는 전시공간으로 백화점 이미지를 표현하는 공간이기도 하다. 특히 구매가 두드러지게 이루어지는 홀리데이 시즌에는 고객의 시선을 주목시키기 위한 윈도 디스플레이가 평상시 보다 차별화와 특성화가 더욱 뚜렷해진다. 본 연구는 홀리데이 시즌 중 크리스마스 시즌에 백화점 디스플레이의 사용색채를 분석하는 연구로 백화점들이 구매촉진을 위하여 어떤 색을 사용하여 시선을 주목시켜 구매로 연결시키려 하는지 분석하는 연구이다. 연구 범위로는 최근 3년인 2011년부터 2013년까지 영국, 미국, 프랑스를 대표하는 백화점으로 범위를 한정지으며 연구 방법으로 디스플레이 이미지를 모자이크 처리 후 사용된 색채를 추출 하고 Munsell기호를 이용하여 사용 색과 톤의 변화를 분석하였다. 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사용 색의 결과로는 버그도프 굿맨은 다양한 색을 주제에 따라 사용하고 있으며 해러즈와 갤러리 라파예트는 R, YR, Y, PB, P 등을 주로 사용하고 있었다. 둘째, 버그도프 굿맨과 해러즈는 주조색과 보조색은 그 해의 주제에 따라 사용하여 윈도를 표현하는 반면 갤러리 라파예트의 경우 누구와 콜라보레이션을 했는가에 따라 주조색이 달라지는 것을 알 수 있었다. 셋째, 사용 톤의 결과로는 버그도프 굿맨은 다양한 톤을 사용한 반면 해러즈는 deep계통의 톤을, 갤러리 라파예트의 경우 밝은 톤과 어두운 톤을 사용하거나 vivid한 톤을 사용하여 뚜렷한 이미지 또는 강한 이미지를 표현하고 있었다. In a department store, window display serves as a space to enhance the value of products for promotion of purchase and represents the image of department store itself. To get attention from the customers, window display becomes more distinctive in differentiation and specialization particularly during the holiday season when the majority of purchases are made than usual. This study is aimed at analyzing the colors used for window display of department stores during the Christmas season of all holidays and examining the colors to get attention and encourage the customers to purchase. This study was conducted with only a limited number of targets, the representative department stores of the United Kingdom, the United States and France in the recent three years from 2011 to 2013, and the method used in the this study was to extract the colors after mosaic processing from display images and analyze the changes in color and tone through the application of Munsell system. The results of this study are as follows. First, the result of the colors used, Bergdorf Goodman used various colors according to the theme while Harrod"s and Galeries Lafayette mainly used R, YR, Y, PB, P and etc. Second, Bergdorf Goodman and Harrod"s used dominant and assort colors in accordance with the theme of the year to express their window displays whereas Galeries Lafayette was found to make a difference in dominant colors depending on the person who collaborate with. Third, for the result of the tone used, Bergdorf Goodman used multiple colors, Harrod"s used deep tone, and Galeries Lafayette used bright, dark or vivid tone to express marked and strong image.

본 연구에서는 상사의 배려행동에 대한 유용성을 검증하기 위하여 부하가 가지는 능력과 도덕성에 따른 상사의 배려행동, 상사의 배려행동에 따른 부하의 성과, 부하의 능력과 도덕성 그리고 부하성과간의 관계에서 상사의 배려행동에 대한 매개효과를 검증하였다. 공무원조직, 교육기관, 사기업에 근무하는 665명의 자료를 분석한 결과 본 연구에서 예측한 바와 같이 부하의 능력과 도덕성은 부하성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 부하의 능력과 도덕성에 따라 상사가 배려행동을 보이는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 상사의 배려행동은 부하의 능력과 부하성과간의 관계를 매개하지 못하는 것으로 나타났지만, 부하의 도덕성과 부하성과간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 상사의 배려행동이 부하에게 항상 유용하게 작용하지 않는다는 것을 의미한다. 즉 능력이 뛰어난 부하에 대해 상사의 배려행동은 유용하지 못한 반면, 도덕성이 뛰어난 부하에게 있어 상사의 배려행동은 매우 유용한 것을 의미한다. 결론부분에서는 본 연구의 결과가 가지는 의미를 이론적인 차원과 실무적인 차원에서 논의가 이루어졌으며, 본 연구가 가지는 한계점과 이를 극복할 수 있는 방안에 대한 논의가 이루어졌다. This study investigated the relationship between subordinate ability and subordinate performance, subordinate morality and subordinate performance, a supervisor’s consideration behavior and subordinate performance, and a moderating effect of a supervisor’s consideration behavior in order to test the usefulness of a supervisor’s consideration behavior. Data from 665 employees in different organizations such as public administration, educational institution, and private firms showed that (1) a subordinate’s ability and morality positively affected subordinate performance, (2) a subordinate’s ability and morality positively affected a supervisor’s consideration behavior. In addition a supervisor’s consideration behavior moderated the relationship between a subordinate’s morality and subordinate performance, whereas a supervisor’s consideration behavior did not moderate the relationship between a subordinate ability and subordinate performance. These results indicate a supervisor’s consideration behavior is not always useful to subordinates: a supervisor’s consideration is useful to subordinates with high morality, whereas a supervisor’s consideration behavior is not useful to subordinates with high ability. In the discussion section, implications of these results are discussed from theoretical and practical perspectives. In addition, limitations of this study and directions of future study are suggested.

이 연구는 동시대의 사회문화적 환경에서 출발한 공연예술이 관객에게 어떠한 문화적 의미를 생성하는지에 대한 탐색이다. 공연 <안산순례길>을 사례로 참여관찰과 심층 면담을 통해 텍스트와 관객의 상호작용 분석을 진행하였다. 공연 <안산순례길>은 세월호 사건을 기존의 연극적 재현이 아닌 탈재현적 형식으로 접근하며, 세월호의 가장 많은 피해자와 유가족이 거주하는 안산이라는 도시에서 5시간 이상 걷는 ‘순례자-되기’를 제시함으로써 수용자의 감각적 체험을 통해 세월호를 각인시키는 장소특정적 공연이다. 이를 통해 정치경제적 현실에서 출발한 공연예술이 텍스트적으로 어떠한 의미를 담지할 수 있으며, 관객의 수용을 통해 기존의 맥락이 어떻게 재구조화되고 있는지 문화정치적 함의를 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 공연 텍스트와 관객이 연대의 정치를 이루고 있음을 발견하였다. 텍스트는 진실이 왜곡된 채 잊혀지고 있는 세월호 사건을 ‘걷기’라는 감각적 체험을 통해 기억할 것을 제시한다. 여기에 관객들은 ‘같이 걷기’의 과정을 통해 성찰적 행위자로 참여하여 텍스트와 행동의 연대를 이루고 있다. 다시 말해 공연을 기획한 창작자가 거시 정치를 미시 정치로 풀어낸 텍스트, 그리고 이를 수용한 관객들 모두가 하나의 연대가 되어 공연의 의미 생성에 참여한 것이다. 중요한 점은 세월호 사건에 대한 은폐와 침묵, 망각과 조작 등에 대한 정치경제적 행위가 예술가들로 하여금 사회적 담론을 텍스트에 반영하는 공연 <안산순례길>이라는 예술적 실험을 강행하게 했다는 점이다. 따라서 공연 <안산순례길>은 동시대의 콘텍스트를 대중에게 탈재현적으로 제안하고, 대중은 새로운 인식을 통해 성찰적인 관점을 가짐으로써 공식 담론과 대치하는 의미 투쟁의 과정이다. 이 연구는 콘텍스트와 텍스트의 상호작용에 관한 연구이면서 동시에 역사적 기억을 문화기억으로 전환하는 장치에 대한 연구로 그 의미를 갖는다. 이러한 연구결과는 동시대의 사회문화적 환경부터 출발한 공연 <안산순례길>이 능동적인 관객의 수용이라는 문화적 행위로 이어져 새로운 담론의 장을 마련하게 되었음을 시사하고 있다. This study presents a cultural meanings of audiences reviews, the performance <Camino de Ansan> comes from the contemporary context, ‘Sewolho’. By the participant observation and in-depth interviewing, it attempts to prove the interactions between performance text and audiences. The site-specific performance suggests alternative ways of memorize by 5 hours walking experience ‘being-pilgrim’ about ‘Seowolho’ in Ansan. Through the research, it was identified that there was a solidarity of political interaction between performance text and the audiences. The text suggested that walking on the street of Ansan reminds the accident as a physical sense of experience. And it is the result that <Camino de Ansan> performs irrepresentational aspect of the comtemporary context ‘Seowolho’, and the audiences took a time for introspection. Since the cultural acts issue the new discourse.
