녹음 구어 제시가 중도정신지체 성인여성의 목욕 능력 개선에 미치는 효과

1. This study aimed to explore the effect of recorded auditory prompts on helping an adult with profound mental retardation to take bath independently. 「A-B-C-A-C」design, a kind of single-subject experiment was adopted. Three phases, baseline phase, intervention phase(B): auditory prompt, and intervention phase(C): recorded auditory prompt were included. A female with profound mental retardation participated in the experiment. It took over seven months to finishing the intervention. The results of the experiment indicated that auditory prompts, whether human auditory prompt or recorded prompt, could help the client to take bath more independently. The families of the client also regarded recorded auditory prompt was a feasible solution. Based on the result, there were some suggestions for the further research. 본 연구의 목적은 녹음 구어 제시를 이용해서 극 중도 지능장애 성인 여성 스스로 목욕 동작을 완성 할 수 있도록 도와주는 효과에 대한 연구입니다. 본 연구에 사용하는 연구법은 ⌜A-B-A-C-A-C⌟역 설계이다. 기선기의(A)개입一(B)인공구어제시 개입二(C)녹음 구어 제시로 나누어졌다. 실험기간은 모두 7개월 반이었다. 연구결과는 피 실험자가 스스로 목욕할 때와 비교했을 때 인공구어 제시와 녹음구어 제시는 모두 피 실험자가 목욕 동작을 완성 하는 데에 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이 외에도 녹음 구어 제시는 피 실험자 가족들도 받아들일 수 있다. 본 연구 결과에 근거해서 연구자들은 미래 응용과 연구에 대한 건의도 제출하였다.

기존의 능동윤곽모델은 스네이크 포인트를 개체 윤곽의 정점에 이동시키는 못하는 제약으로 코너 윤곽을 갖는 개체를 정확하게 추출하기가 어렵다. 그러므로 스네이크 포인트를 윤곽의 정점으로 이동시키기 위해 새로운 외부 에너지 함수를 제안한다. 기존의 방법은 에지의 크기 만을 이용하여 스네이크 포인트를 에지에 이동시킨다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위해 스네이크 포인트를 코너와 같은 에지 방향의 각도 차가 큰 곳에 이동시키는 에지 기울기의 각도 차를 이용한 새로운 개체 윤곽 추출 알고리즘에 제안한다. Most of previous snakes have limitation which snake points cannot successfully be moved forward to the vertex of object contour. The limitation cannot extract boundary of objects with vertex exactly. Therefore, a new external energy function is proposed for snake points to move forward the vertex of object boundary. As edge magnitude of image was used as an external energy in previous methods, snake point was moved to the edge of object. To solve this problem, a new method using degree difference of edge direction is proposed.

To improve the measurement accuracy of a solar-radiation observer instrument, aiming at the problem of multiorder-stray-light interference caused by the diffraction of the flat-field concave grating in the spectroscopic system, straylight suppression methods for different forms of optical traps are studied. According to the grating surface-scattering distribution-function model, the bidirectional scattering distribution function (BSDF) of a dust-polluted surface and the flat-field concave grating’s transition area of the spectroscopic system is calculated, and a Lyot stop with blade baffle is designed to suppress this kind of stray light. For diffraction multiorder stray light, based on the theory of light-energy transmission, a design for precise positioning of the trench optical trap is proposed. The superiority of the method is verified through simulation and actual measurement. The simulation results show that in a spectroscopic system approximately 160 mm × 140 mm × 80 mm in size, the energy of the stray light is reduced by one order of magnitude by means of the trench optical trap and Lyot stop, and the number of beams is reduced from 5664 to 1040. The actual measurements show that the stray-light-suppression efficiency is about 69.4%, which is effective reduction of the amount of stray light.

Tumors have evolved numerous mechanisms by which they can escape from immune surveillance. One of these is to produce immunosuppressive cytokines. Transforming growth factor-${\beta}$(TGF-${\beta}$) is a pleiotropic cytokine with a crucial function in mediating immune suppression, especially in the tumor microenvironment. TGF-${\beta}$ produced by T cells has been demonstrated as an important factor for suppressing antitumor immune responses, but the role of tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ in this process is poorly understood. In this study, we demonstrated that knockdown of tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ using shRNA resulted in dramatically reduced tumor size, slowing tumor formation, prolonging survival rate of tumor-bearing mice and inhibiting metastasis. We revealed possible underlying mechanisms as reducing the number of myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSC) and $CD4^+Foxp3^+$ Treg cells, and consequently enhanced IFN-${\gamma}$ production by CTLs. Knockdown of tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ also significantly reduced the conversion of na$\ddot{i}$ve $CD4^+$ T cells into Treg cells in vitro. Finally, we found that knockdown of TGF-${\beta}$ suppressed cell migration, but did not change the proliferation and apoptosis of tumor cells in vitro. In summary, our study provided evidence that tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ is a critical factor for tumor progression and evasion of immune surveillance, and blocking tumor-derived TGF-${\beta}$ may serve as a potential therapeutic approach for cancer.

In the present study, the effect of graphene coating on boiling heat transfer is being investigated under a pool of saturated R134a. The influence of the coating thickness and the graphene content on the heat transfer was studied. Finally, the boiling performance of a graphene coated surface is compared with that of carbon nanotubes, acid-treated grapheme, diamond, copper coated surface.

냉매의 비등이나 응축같은 열전달 향상을 위하여 금속 표면위에 탄소나노튜브(CNT)를 코팅하는 것을 연구하였다. 다중벽 탄소나노튜브/구리 복합소재는 어트리션 볼밀에 의해서 제작되었으며, 정전 도장 장치로 복합 분말을 구리 기판위에 코팅한 후 전기로에서 소결하였다. 본 논문에서는 CNT/Cu 코팅 표면의 분석 및 소결전후의 탄소나노튜브의 변화를 파악하기 위하여 샘플들을 주사전자현미경, EDAX, 라만분광법에 의해 분석하였다. 아울러 열전달 촉진은 비등열전달로 확인하였다. The coating of metal surface with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has been studied for the heat transfer enhancement of the boiling and condensation of refrigerant. The MWCNT/copper composite powder was made by the attrition ball milling, which has been coated on the copper wafer by electrostatic powder coating and sintered with electric furnace. In this paper, experiments were performed to assess the characterization and comparison of CNT before and after sinterning and the morphology changes of the CNT/Cu-coated surface. The samples were examined by the scanning electron microscope (SEM), energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDAX) and raman spectroscopy. To verify the heat transfer enhancement, boiling heat transfer tests were performed.

In the present study, the effect of CNTs coating on boiling heat transfer is being investigated under a pool of saturated R134a. The coating of metal surface with carbon nanotubes (CNTs) has been studied for the heat transfer enhancement of the boiling and condensation of refrigerant. we make the multiwall carbon nanotube/copper composite powder by th attrition milling, and the multiwall carbon nanotube/copper composite powder, which has been coated on the copper wafer by electrostatic powder coating and sintered with electric furnace. The influence of the temperature of the sintering, the ball milling time for the powder fabrication and the CNTs content on the heat transfer was studied. Finally, the boiling performance of a CNTs coated surface is compared with that of bare surface, pure copper powder coated surface by sintering.

The effects of cooling medium temperatures and plastic/rubber ratios on solidification and crystallization kinetics of dynamically-vulcanized polypropylene/ethylene-propylene-diene rubber (PP/EPDM) blends were investigated with the aid of an in-situ measurement technique. The cooling medium temperature heavily influenced the solidification kinetics primarily due to a combination of latent heat liberated from the molten polymer and the heat transferred away via the metallic wall during the cooling period. Interestingly, the parameter C in three-parameter model was not only affected by the material properties, but also by the cooling condition, different from the previous literature. The crystallization kinetics analysis indicated that the effect of EPDM in the blends consisted of both nucleation-promoting effect (low EPDM loading) and steric effect (higher EPDM loading). The present kinetic analysis may be helpful to further studies on improving the product performances for industrial applications.

While screening for cellulase-producing fungi from insect gut, a fungus with high endoglucanase (carboxymethylcellulase; CMCase) activitywas isolated fromthe larval gut of Bombyx mori. Based onmorphological characteristicsand using an 18S rRNA-based molecular phylogenetic approach, the fungus, strain BMC-2, was identified as aMucor sp. expressing a novel alkalotolerant cellulase. The maximum production of cellulase by the BMC-2 strainwas observed at 55°C and pH8.0. The CMCase activity was inhibited by Cu2+ N Na+ N Zn2+ N Mg2+ N Ba2+, andinduced by Ca2+, Mn2+, Fe2+, and K+.
