      • Adipose-Derived Stem Cells for Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine Applications

        <P>Adipose-derived stem cells (ASCs) are a mesenchymal stem cell source with properties of self-renewal and multipotential differentiation. Compared to bone marrow-derived stem cells (BMSCs), ASCs can be derived from more sources and are harvested more easily. Three-dimensional (3D) tissue engineering scaffolds are better able to mimic the<I> in vivo</I> cellular microenvironment, which benefits the localization, attachment, proliferation, and differentiation of ASCs. Therefore, tissue-engineered ASCs are recognized as an attractive substitute for tissue and organ transplantation. In this paper, we review the characteristics of ASCs, as well as the biomaterials and tissue engineering methods used to proliferate and differentiate ASCs in a 3D environment. Clinical applications of tissue-engineered ASCs are also discussed to reveal the potential and feasibility of using tissue-engineered ASCs in regenerative medicine.</P>

        한자는 "形意"를 특징으로 하는 문자로, 현재의 한자 교육에 있어서 교수와 학습은 가능한 한 빠른 시간 내에 한자 읽기를 실현하는 것을 목표로 활동이지, 단순한 한자 인지의 지식 학습이 아니다. 때문에, 우리는 한자 본연의 "한자교육 과학화"의 길로 나아가야 할 필요성이 있다. 이러한 이유로 우리는 "단계적 학습을 통한 한자 학습의 고효율"의 이념, "읽기를 통한 새로운 읽기"의 방법, "문언을 학습함으로써 백화 사용에 도움이 되게"하는 전략이 필요하다. Chinese characters have specific features in terms of written forms and inherent meanings. Modern teaching of Chinese characters seeks to assist learners to read as early as possible not only by teaching the meaning of individual Chinese words, but also by teaching students systematic character-based approaches to mastering Chinese language. The paper examines a number of pedagogic strategies and the theoretical framework associated with this approach.

        先學“基礎漢字”

        漢字是有序的. 因此, 這里提出的“基礎漢字”的槪念, 對于所有學習和使用漢字的任何國家和地區、无論其母語爲何, 都有借監意義. 漢字在“形·音·義·用”等四個方面呈現了較高層面的、全面序化的成熟文字系統特征. 在這樣的系統中, 漢字彼此之間或有“形聯”、或有“音聯”、或有語義“聯想”性的序化規律性. 深入系統地硏究漢字序化體系的特質、確認學習漢字的順序是漢字硏究與漢字敎育硏究面臨的基礎性建設. 本文부就這一規律性作出初步探討, 提出改進漢字學習的思路和方法--指出學習漢字需要起步于先學“基礎漢字”, 爲此, 明確: 什마是基礎漢字?如何確認基礎漢字?즘樣學習基礎漢字? Chinese characters are in order. Therefore, the concept of "Basic Chinese Characters" mentioned in this paper can be borrowed for reference in any countries and regions wherever people study and use Chinese characters. Chinese characters present a high level and fully ordered mature character system in the four aspects of "shape, pronunciation, meaning and use". It is a fundamental construction for Chinese characters researchers and educators to study the traits of the Chinese character sequence system deeply and systematically, and confirm the order of learning Chinese characters. This paper only makes a preliminary discussion on this regularity and puts forward the ideas and methods on improving the way of learning Chinese characters. It points out that learning Chinese characters need to learn "Basic Chinese Characters" first. On this base, this paper discusses what are the basic Chinese characters, how to define and learn them.

        Effects of moderate pressure on premeability and viability of Saccharomyces cerevisiae cells

        With CO2 and N2 as the pressure media, the effects of the moderate pressure (0.1-1.0MPa) and the holding time on the conductivities of the cell suspension of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CICC1447 and Saccharomyces cerevisiae CICC1339, as well as the absorbances of the supernatant (after centrifuged) at 280 nm (A280) and 260 nm (A260) were determined. The membrane permeability of Saccharomyces cerevisiae CICC1447 increased significantly and the cell leakage was aggravated with the pressure increase. For Saccharomyces cerevisiae CICC1339, the conductivity of the cell suspension, A280 and A260 of the supernatant fluctuated with the pressure increase; as a whole, they increased with pressure. Different from high pressure, a moderate pressure not only remarkably improved the permeability of the yeast cell membrane, but also kept yeast cell viability; moreover, the integrity of the yeast cell membrane could be maintained.

        Effect of Light with Different Wavelengths on Nostoc flagelliforme Cells in Liquid Culture

        The effects of lights with different wavelengths on the growth and the yield of extracellular polysaccharides of Nostoc flagelliforme cells were investigated in a liquid cultivation. N. flagelliforme cells were cultured for 16 days in 500 ml conical flasks containing BG11 culture medium under 27 μmol·m-2·s-1 of light intensity and 25oC on a rotary shaker (140 rpm). The chlorophyll a, phycocyanin, allophycocyanin, and phycoerythrin contents in N. flagelliforme cells under the lights of different wavelengths were also measured. It was found that the cell biomass and the yield of polysaccharide changed with different wavelengths of light. The biomass and the yield of extracellular polysaccharides under the red or violet light were higher than those under other light colors. Chlorophyll a, phycocyanin, and allophycocyanin are the main pigments in N. flagelliforme cells. The results showed that N. flagelliforme, like other cyanobacteria, has the ability of adjusting the contents and relative ratio of its pigments with the light quality. As a conclusion, N. flagelliforme cells favor red and violet lights and perform the complementary chromatic adaptation ability to acclimate to the changes of the light quality in the environment.

        Study on the Purification of Polysaccharides from Noscoc flagelliforme with Radial Flow Chromatography

        The isolation and purification of polysaccharide from Noscoc flagelliforme by radial flow chromatography were studied. The column (7.7 cm of bed length and 229.6 cm³ of bed volume) was packed with DEAE-01 anion ion-exchange resin and gradient eluted with NaCl solutions. The content of the polysaccharide was determined with the phenol-sulfuric acid method. The effects of sampling weight, elution velocity, and elution concentration gradient on the separation efficiency were examined and three isolated peaks were obtained. The optimal separation conditions are 10 mg of the sampling weight (sampling volume is 20 mL), 1.0 mL/min of the elution velocity, and 1.00 mol/L² of NaCl gradient elution. The adjacent peak resolutions among the three main components (1, 2, and 3 according to their elution order) are 0.660 (o12) and 0.786 (o23), respectively.         Alien Chromosome-Specific PCR Markers for Selection of Powdery Mildew Resistance lntrogressed from Haynaldia villosa in Wheat

        In the introgression of the distinguished powdery mildew resistance from Haynaldia villosa to wheat, a focus task is to develop applicable molecular markers for tracing alien genetic substances and breeding selection. In an attempt to breed wheat breeding lines combining powdery mildew resistance of wheat stock 010714 conferred by alien 6V chromosome from H. villosa with thermo- photo-sensitive genic male sterility (TGMS) from wheat line C050S, a molecular marker RM874 was identified in PCR amplification using RAPD primer S2018. Batched sequencing indicated that the band contained large amounts of equal-length homologues amplified from Ty3-gypsy retrotransposon-like repetitive regions. Based on comparative cloning and bioinformatic analysis, it was converted into a more reproducible sequence characterized amplified region (SCAR) marker SM142. In wheat genetic background, the marker is 6V-specific and linked to powdery mildew resistance. The linkage of the marker is further verified in F5 generation. The approach of transforming repetitive regions-derived RAPD band into a specific SCAR marker can be referred for SCAR marker development of other genes. GISH (Genome in situ hybridization) analysis of 010714 and F7 translocation lines indicated that the resistance gene is conferred by the short arm of 6V.

        Chinese patent herbal medicine (Shufeng Jiedu capsule) for acute upper respiratory tract infections: A systematic review and meta-analysis

        Background: Shufeng Jiedu capsule has been widely used in China for acute upper respiratory tract infections (AURTIs). The aim of this study was to evaluate its effectiveness and safety for AURTIs. Methods: Randomized controlled trials comparing SFJD with conventional drug for patients with AURTIs were included. Eight databases were searched from their inceptions to February 2021. Data was synthesized using risk ration (RR) or mean difference (MD) with their 95% confidence interval (CI). The primary outcome was resolution time of typical symptoms. Results: Twenty-five RCTs involving 3410 patients were included. SFJD in combination with conventional drug was associated with; in common cold shortening the duration of fever (MD −1.54 days, 95% CI [−2.15,−0.92], I2 = 80%, n = 385, 3 trials) and cough (MD −1.22 days, 95% CI [−1.52, −0.93]); in herpangina, shortening the duration of fever (MD -0.68 days, 95% CI [−1.15, −0.21], I2 = 68%, n = 140, 2 trials) and blistering (MD −0.99 days, 95% CI [−1.23, −0.76], n = 386, 3 trials); in acute tonsillitis and acute pharyngitis shortening the duration of fever (MD −1.13 days, 95% CI [−1.36, −0.90], I2 = 33%, n = 688, 7 trials) and sore throat (MD −1.13 days, 95% CI [−1.40, −0.86], I2 = 84.1%, n = 1194, 10 trials). SFJD also improving their cure rate with a range (1–5 days). No serious adverse events were reported. Conclusion: Low certainty evidence suggests that SFJD appears to shorten the duration of symptoms in AURTIs, improve cure rate and seems safe for application. However, high quality placebo controlled trials are warranted to confirm its benefit.

        GM (n, h) model is the model of grey system modeling, which uses n-order differential equations of h variables. N and h in different models have different meanings and uses[1].Use of model GM(1,1) and model GM(1,h) to tax revenues of the grey system model is established, and applied to the Harbin local tax revenue and the main tax prediction and verification, which provide intellectual support for the local government decision-making is very important [2].At first, this paper forecast the Harbin local tax amount, then respectively to forecast the main tax and inspection (value added tax, business tax, enterprise income tax, individual income tax),Through to the amount of tax and the main tax predicted results of the inspection, show that the prediction error is not big, in line with the actual.
