This study evaluated hemato-histological changes of black porgy in recirculating aquaculture systems (RAS) with three different ozone doses (no ozone, 20 g, and $40g\;ozone/kg\;feed\;day^{-1}$). During the 44-day study, black porgy did not show significant behavior changes or mortalities in both the ozonated systems displaying average total residual oxidants concentrations of 0.12 and 0.25 mg/L. There were no differences in growth and blood parameters among the systems. However, histological alterations on gills and livers were observed in both the treatment systems. In the higher ozone dose, signs of cellular damage were more apparent. Although the ozone doses did not manifest a serious adverse effect on growth and hematological observations in this short-term study, an ozone dose should not exceed $20g\;ozone/kg\;feed\;day^{-1}$ for black porgy based on the histological result. In order to use ozone in a seawater RAS, further studies will be needed to evaluate long-term effects of total residual oxidants.

조피볼락을 대상으로 사료별 인의 소화 흡수율과 시간 경과에 따른 수중 용출량을 조사하였다. 실험 사료는 연질사료(SDP), 그리고 산업적으로 널리 사용되고 있는 모이스트펠렛(MP)과 상품 사료(CEP)를 사용하였다. 실제 어류가 이용할 수 있는 인의 양을 조사한 결과 SDP, MP 및 CEP의 인 소화·흡수율은 각각 61.9%, 60.9% 및 54.8%로 SDP와 MP에서 우수한 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 실제 이용할 수 있는 인의 함량은 각각 12.5㎎/g, 11.8㎎/g 및 11.0㎎/g으로 SDP가 가용인의 함량이 가장 높은 것으로 나타났다. 인의 확산율은 다른 실험 사료에 비해 MP에서 가장 높게 나타났다. 그리고 모든 실험대상 사료는 수중에 30분간 방치하였을 때 DRP와 TRP는 각각 144∼355㎍/g DM과 173∼397㎍/g DM을 나타내었고 2시간 후에는 각각 342∼646㎍/g DM과 285∼756㎍/g DM 수준으로 나타났다. This study was conducted to measure the phosphorus availability and water stability of the diet for Korean rockfish (Sebastes schlegeli). Three experimental diets were used in this experiment : soft dry pellet (SDP), moist pellet (MP) and commercial extrude pellet (CEP). The availabilities of dietary phosphorus of SDP, MP and CEP by Korean rockfish were 61.9%, 60.9% and 54.8%, respectively. The contents of available phosphorus of three experiment diets were measured 12.5mg/g. 11.8mg/g and 11.0mg/g DM, respectively. These results showed that availability of phosphorus and the actual contents of available phosphorus in SDP were higher than that of others. To test of phosphorus leaching rate in the water, all experimental diets were immersed in the water for 30minute, dissolved reactive phosphorus (DRP) and total reactive phosphorus (TRP) were detected 144∼355㎍/g and 13∼397㎍/g DM, respectively. The DRP and TRP were appeared 342∼646㎍/g and 285∼756㎍/g DM in 2hours after immersion in water, respectively, which was as twice as those in 0.5hour after immersion.
