        Scaeosopha속의 1新種기재 (나비목, 창날개뿔나방과)

        Scaeosopha속의 1종을 신종으로 기재, 발표한다. 이 속은 구북구지역에서 처음으로 기록된다. Scaeothyris Diakonoff은 Scaeosopha Meyrick의 synonym으로 정리한다. A new species, Scaeosopha sinevi sp. nov., is described from Korea. This genus is reported for the first time from the Palaearctic Region. The genus Scaeothyris Diakonoff, 1968 is newly synonymized with Scaeosopha Meyrick, 1914.

        Gelechiidae (Lepidoptera) from Mt. Changbai-Shan in China II.

        As the second contribution for the gelechiid-fauna of the Mt. Changbai-shan, additional 23 species of Gelechiidae are recognized. Of them, 16 species are reported for the first time from China and seven species are newly known from the NE China. For each species, an abbreviated reference to the original description, synonymies, label data, world distribution, and some notes, if it is needed, are provided. Photographs of the male or female genitalia of the 19 species, which have not been known in the Korean peninsula, are also provided.

        한국과 극동러시아의 좀나방科 4新種 기재 및 未記錄種

        곤충계통분류연구센터와 러시아동물토양연구소에 소장된 표본을 중심으로 조사한 결과, 4종의 신종(Morophaga parabucephala sp. nov., Ceratuncus orientanus sp. nov., Gerontha ampliptera sp. nov., and G. namgaensis sp. nov.)을 발견, 기재발표한다. 또한 6종(Montescardia kurenzovi (Zagulajev), Morophagoides ussuriensis (Caradja), Gerontha borea Moriuti, Niditinea baryspilas (Meyrick), Monopis pavlovskii Zagulajev, and M. rusticella Hubner)이 한국 미기록종으로 보고되며, 4종은 극동러시아에서 처음 기록되는 종이다. Based on the material in the Center for Insect Systematics, Chuncheon, Korea and Institute of Biology and Pedology, Vladivostok, Russia, 4 species of tineids are described as new to science: Morophaga parabucepkala sp. nov., Ceratutzcus orientatzus sp. nov., Gerontha ampliptera sp. nov., and G. namhaensis sp. nov.         Total neoadjuvant therapy in rectal cancer: a network meta-analysis of randomized trials

        Purpose: To assess the efficacy of total neoadjuvant therapy (TNT) for rectal carcinoma in comparison with conventional chemoradiotherapy (CRT). Methods: A systematic review was performed according to the PRISMA guidelines. A Bayesian network meta-analysis was done using NetMetaXL and WinBUGS. This study was registered in PROSPERO on March 3, 2022 (No. CRD-42022307867). Results: Outcomes of 2,719 patients from 10 randomized trials between 2010 and 2022 were selected. Of these 1,191 (44%) had conventional long-course CRT (50–54 Gy) and capecitabine, 506 (18%) had induction chemotherapy followed by CRT (50–54 Gy) and capecitabine (iTNT), 230 (9%) had long-course CRT (50–54 Gy) followed by consolidation chemotherapy (cTNT), and 792 (29%) undergone modified short-course radiotherapy (25 Gy) with subsequent chemotherapy (mTNT). Total pathologic complete response (pCR) was 20% in the iTNT group, 21% in the mTNT group, 22% in the cTNT group, and 12% in the CRT group. Statistically significant difference in pCR rates was detected when comparing iTNT with CRT (odds ratio [OR], 1.76; 95% credible interval [CrI], 1.06–2.8), mTNT with CRT (OR, 1.90; 95% CrI, 1.25–2.74), and cTNT with CRT groups (OR, 2.54; 95% CrI, 1.26–5.08). No differences were found in R0 resection rates. No significant difference was found in long-term outcomes. Conclusion: The early administration of systemic chemotherapy in the TNT regimen has improved short-term outcomes, though long-term results are underreported. Randomized trials with survival as the endpoint are necessary to evaluate the possible advantages of TNT modes.

      • Opportunities and prospects for personalizing the user interface of the educational platform in accordance with the personality psychotypes

        The article is devoted to the actual problem of studying the possibilities of implementing personalization of the user interface in accordance with the personality psychotypes. The psychological aspect of user interface design tools is studied and the correspondence of their application to the manifestations of personality psychotypes is established. The results of the distribu-tion of attention of users of these categories on the course page of the educational platform are presented and the distribution of attention in accordance with the focus on educational material is analyzed. Individual features and personal preferences regarding the used design tools are described, namely the use of accent colors in interface design, the application of the prin-ciples of typographic hierarchy, and so on. In accordance with this, the prospects for implementing personalization of the user interface of the educational platform are described. The results of the study allow us to state the relevance of developing and applying personalization of the user interface of an educational platform to improve learning outcomes in accordance with the psychological impact of individual design tools, and taking into account certain features of user categories. The research is devoted to the study of user attention concentration using heatmaps, in particular based on eyetreking technology, we will investigate the distribution of user attention on the course page of an educational platform Ta redistribution of atten-tion in accordance with certain categories of personality psychotypes. The results of the study can be used to rearrange the LMS Moodle interface according to the user's psychotype to achieve the best concentration on the training material. The obtained data are the basis for developing effective user interfaces for personalizing educational platforms to improve the quality of the education.

      • A new genus of Pexicopiini (Lepidoptera: Gelechiidae) for “Gelechia” acanthopis Meyrick, 1932, with review of functional morphology of male genitalia in allied genera

        <P>The systematic status of Gelechia acanthopis Meyrick, 1932 is reviewed. The general and functional morphology of the male genitalia merits a new genus in Pexicopiini, Sitotrogoides gen. nov., for G. acanthopis. The musculoskeletal apparatus of the male genitalia in Sitotrogoides is described for the first time and compared with allied genera. The taxonomic position of the genus Sitotrogoides is determined within the tribe Pexicopiini. The lack of the muscle m3 is suggested as a characteristic associating Sitotrogoides with Sitotroga and differing from all other genera in Pexicopiini. The type species of Sitotrogoides, Gelechia acanthopis Meyrick is redescribed. Our new records of Sitotrogoides acanthopis from Korea suggest its extended distribution out of Japan. </P>

        Schurity and separability of quasiregular coherent configurations

        <P><B>Abstract</B></P> <P>A permutation group is said to be quasiregular if each of its transitive constituents is regular, and a quasiregular coherent configuration can be thought as a combinatorial analog of such a group: the transitive constituents are replaced by the homogeneous components. In this paper, we are interested in the question when the configuration is schurian, i.e., formed by the orbitals of a permutation group, or/and separable, i.e., uniquely determined by the intersection numbers. In these terms, an old result of Hanna Neumann is, in a sense, dual to the statement that the quasiregular coherent configurations with cyclic homogeneous components are schurian. In the present paper, we (a) establish the duality in a precise form and (b) generalize the latter result by proving that a quasiregular coherent configuration is schurian and separable if the groups associated with the homogeneous components have distributive lattices of normal subgroups.</P>

      • Information Technologies as an Incentive to Develop the Creative Potential of the Educational Process

        The new millennium is characterized by an unprecedented breakthrough in knowledge and information and communication technologies, and the challenges of the XXI century require modernized paradigms of interaction in all spheres of life. Education continues to play a key role in national and global growth. The key role of education and its leadership in developing creative potential, as the main paradigm of the countries' stability, have significantly influenced educational centers. The developers of educational programs use information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process. Professional training of the educational candidate is enhanced by the use of information technologies, so the educational applicants should develop technological skills to be productive members of society. Using the latest achievements in the field of information technologies for the organization of the educational process helps to form the operational style of education applicants' thinking, which provides the ability to acquire skills of processing information, that is presented in the text, graphic, tabular form, and increase the level of general and informational culture necessary for better orientation in the modern information space. The purpose of the research is to determine the effectiveness of information technologies as an incentive to develop creative potential of educational process on the basis of the survey, to establish advantages and ability to provide high-quality education in the context of using information technologies. Methods of research: comparative analysis; systematization; generalization, survey. Results. Based on the survey conducted among students and teachers, it has been found out that the teachers use the following information technologies for the development of creative potential of the educational process: to provide video and audio communication process (100%), Moodle (95,6%), Duolingo (89,7%), LinguaLeo (89%), Google Forms (88%) and Adobe Captivate Prime (80,6%). It is determined that modular digital learning environments (97,9%), interactive exercises tools (96,3%), ICT for video and audio communication (96%) and interactive exercises tools (95,1%) are most conducive to the development of creative potential of the educational process. As a result of the research, it was revealed that implementation of information technologies for the development of creative potential of educational process in educational institutions is a complex process due to a large number of variables, which should be taken into account both on the educational course and on the individual level. It has been determined that the using the model of implementation information technologies for the development of creative potential in educational process, which is stimulated due to this model, benefits both students and teachers by establishing a reliable bilateral connection between teacher and education applicant.

        Finding the Suboptimal Call Admission Control Strategy for Multimedia Traffic in Multiple Service Networks

        In this paper an approach to find the suboptimal call admission control (CAC) strategy for multi-media traffic in multiple service networks is proposed. The goal is to maximize the channel utilization. This is reduced to the problem of finding appropriate CAC in multi-rate queue in which calls of different types require random number of channels. For solving the last problem the methods of Markov decision process (MDP) theory are used. Some results of numerical experiments are presented.
