Factors Affecting Employees' Organizational Commitment in Foreign Direct Investment Enterprises
NGUYEN, Thi Viet Nga,DO, Thanh Quang,DINH, Cong Hoang Korea Distribution Science Association 2020 The Journal of Asian Finance, Economics and Busine Vol.7 No.10
This study aims to develop a research framework to investigate the factors affecting organizational commitment among employees who are working in Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) enterprises in Vietnam. The authors designed an online survey distributed to employees in FDI enterprises, collecting the data from 312 employees. All scales in this study are adopted from previous studies; tools employed include Cronbach's Alpha, Exploratory Factor Analysis, and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) to examine the internal consistency, reliability, dimensionality, and validity of each variable. Then, the structural equation modelling (SEM) was utilized in order to estimate path correlations between variables. Results indicate that the leadership style has the strongest effect on organizational commitment, followed by job satisfaction and working performance. Moreover, working performance and job satisfaction are also influenced by leadership style. However, there is no statistical evidence to show that job satisfaction has an impact on working performance. In addition, bootstrapping method is used to show the indirect effect of variables; results reveal that leadership style, though, does not have indirect effect on working performance via job satisfaction, but it indirectly affects organizational commitment throughout working performance. In other words, the study finds that working performance mediates the link between leadership style and organizational commitment.
Potential Development Of Homestay Tourism Types In Highlands - Vietnam
( Nguyen Thi Viet Nga ),( Le Thi Minh Thu ),( Vu Van Nam ) 한국문화관광학회 2016 문화관광연구 Vol.18 No.2
Homestay is a type of tourism that has been grown strongly in the world. This type of tourism brings the sustainable livelihood for social community. When experiencing the type of homestay tourism, visitors will be immersed in many activities of the community life, from that, visitors can discover (know) - understand - love the cultural values of the community more and more. So, to be able to develop successfully the type of homestay tourism, the essential requirement is that community must possess the different, unique cultural values so that they can bring fun, attractiveness for tourists. And the ethnic minorities in the Central Highlands - Vietnam satisfies this necessary condition. In this paper, we will analyze the key issues such as: the developing trend of homestay tourism in the world and in Vietnam; potentiality and actual development of homestay tourism in Highlands area; proposing some solutions to develop this kind of homestay tourism in the Highlands as a plan to contribute to the conservation, promotion and development of traditional cultural values of an regional Highlands ethnic communities in the contemporary society.
Graphitic g-C3N4-WO3 Composite: Synthesis and Photocatalytic Properties
An Tran Doan,Xuan Dieu Nguyen Thi,Phi Hung Nguyen,Viet Nga Nguyen Thi,김성진,Vien Vo 대한화학회 2014 Bulletin of the Korean Chemical Society Vol.35 No.6
Graphitic g-C3N4-WO3 composite was synthesized simply by decomposing melamine in the presence of WO3 at 500 oC. The obtained material was characterized by XRD, SEM, IR and XPS. The results showed that the as-prepared composite exhibits orthorhombic WO3 phase coated by g-C3N4 and the g-C3N4 decomposed completely with N-doped WO3 remaining at elevated calcination temperatures. The photocatalytic activity of the composite was evaluated by the photodegradation of methylene blue under visible light. An enhancement in photocatalytic activity for the graphitic g-C3N4-WO3 composite compared to the conventional nitrogendoped WO3 was observed, which can be attributed to the presence of g-C3N4 in the material.

In recent years, research into medicinal herbs with antioxidative activities has increased. Chrysanthemum morifolium and Chrysanthemum indicum are aromatic herb plants and that have long been used in traditional Vietnamese medicine. This study aims to evaluate the chemical compositions and antioxidative activities of essential oils hydrodistilled from the flower heads of C. morifolium and C. indicum. The chemical compositions of the essential oils were compared using gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (GC/MS) analysis. The antioxidative activity was determined and evaluated spectroscopically by the 2,2-diphenyl- 1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH) radical scavenging, metal chelating activity, reducing power, and total antioxidant capacity assays. According to the GC/MS results, chrysanthenone was predominant in the essential oils of both C. morifolium (64.14%) and C. indicum (32.02%). This is the first report of the identification of chrysanthenone as a major constituent of the essential oil of C. morifolium. Both Chrysanthemum oils were also revealed to possess antioxidant potential, exhibiting high antioxidative activities. In particular, the DPPH radical scavenging activities of the C. morifolium and C. indicum oils at a concentration of 100 mg/mL were 76.9 and 83.2%, respectively. The metal chelating values of C. morifolium and C. indicum were 0.85 and 0.76, whereas the reducing power values of that at 100 mg/mL were 0.76 and 0.71, respectively. This study provides the chemical properties of the essential oils of both C. morifolium and C. indicum grown in Vietnam and their potential antioxidant capacity

잡음 채널 환경에서 강인한 분산형 데이터 추정치 획득 알고리즘
백인혜(In-Hea Baek),김두용(Du Yong Kim),Nga-Viet Nguyen,Vladimir Shin 한국정보기술학회 2010 Proceedings of KIIT Conference Vol.2010 No.-
In distributed estimation fusion, locally obtained estimates are transmitted to the central processor via noisy channels. Traditionally, optimal linear methods are applied to solve the fusion problem under Gaussian noise assumption that can be severely violated in practice when channel noises are heavy-tailed. Hence, those methods should be replaced by robust analogs. M-estimates are well-known robust tools; however, when there is considerable correlation between local estimates, fusion accuracy may decrease. Thus, we propose a robust fusion algorithm based on a procedure for trimming outliers and the subsequent application of an optimal fusion method. Numerical experiments show that the proposed method is more accurate than conventional M-estimates, especially when there is a high degree of correlation involved.
