Jilin highway concrete bridge is located in the center of Jilin City, which is positioned in the middle part in Jilin Province in the east north of China. This bridge crosses the Songhua River and connects the north and the south of Jilin City. The main purpose of damages inspection of the bridge components is to ensure the safety of a bridge and to identify any maintenance, repair, or strengthening which that need to be carried out. The damages that occur in reinforced concrete bridges include different types of cracks, scalling and spalling of concrete, corrosion of steel reinforcement, deformation, excessive deflection, and stain. The main objectives of this study are to inspect the appearance of Jilin highway concrete bridge and describe all the damages in the bridge structural members, and to evaluate the structural performance of the bridge structure under dead and live loads. The tests adopted in this study are: (a) the depth of concrete carbonation test, (b) compressive strength of concrete test, (c) corrosion of steel test, (d) static load test, and (e) dynamic load test. According to the damages inspection of the bridge structure appearance, most components of the bridge are in good conditions with the exception arch waves, spandrel arch, deck pavement of new arch bridge, and corbel of simply supported bridge which suffer from serious damages. Load tests results show that the deflection, strain, and cracks development satisfy the requirements of the standards.
Marginal bone loss around crestal or subcrestal dental implants: prospective clinical study

Objectives: The stability of crestal bone has been reported as a major factor in the success of dental implants. Implants can be placed in an equicrestal (crestal) or subcrestal position. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of implant depth placement on marginal bone loss. Materials and Methods: The study was created in a split-mouth design. Immediately after implant surgery, digital parallel radiographs were prepared and levels of bone were measured where marginal bone loss and bone level changes occurred. These measurements were repeated at 3-month and 6-month follow-up periods. Results: In this interventional study, 49 implants were evaluated in 18 patients. Primary bone height was not significant between the intervention and control groups in both mesial and distal aspects at 3 months and 6 months from the baseline. The mean marginal bone loss on the mesial side was 1.03 mm in the subcrestal group and 0.83 mm in the crestal group. In addition, mean marginal bone loss on the distal side was 0.88 mm and 0.81 mm in the subcrestal and crestal groups, respectively. Marginal bone loss was not significantly different between sexes, the maxilla or mandible, and in the anterior or posterior regions as well as between different lengths and diameters of implants. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, there was no significant difference in terms of marginal bone loss between crestal and subcrestal implants.
Economic and Social Impacts Of Tourism Case Study

Tourism can play an important role in rural areas economical and social development as an efficient vehicle. Nowadays, tourism has been the focus of attention in most of the countries for removing rural areas' economical-social challenges. The aim of the present research is to analyze tourism effects and impacts in rural areas of Noshahr central district in north of Iran The method utilized in this study is descriptive-analytical and the study variables are based related theoretical base and taken from other researchers' findings in other parts of the world andpri-mary field studies performed in area under investigation. The nature of study data are objective and subjective. In this research, 375 household in 26 sample rural areas, has been studied and the findings have been generalized. Parametric and non-parametric statistical tests have been used. The results indicate that tourism bring about positive economical and social effects and impacts including job creation, income increase, knowledge increase, etc. According to these findings, there is a significant correlation between tourism development and above indicators of area under study. Despite positive effects and impacts, mass and spontaneous nature of tourism development in combination with inefficient management, there have also been negative economical, social and environmental effects and impacts. According to spearman correlation test, there is a positive significant correlation between tourism development and negative indicators of economical, social dimensions.
Infected Part Detection based on Affinity Propagation Clustering

Manual identification of defected objects consumes time and effort. These leading researchers try to find out an automatic infected objects detection systems to reduce these denigrate issues, which affects trade business fields, as an example, infected fruits or vegetables in agricultural field. This paper presents an image segmentation method based on affinity propagation (AP) clustering algorithm for detecting infected part in fruits or vegetables. Results show that this methodology is good comparing to K-means algorithm, which gives good results. Nevertheless, AP outperforms that does not need pre-specify cluster number, which is needed in K-means. Some deficiencies occur when using traditional AP, but using sparse version of AP overcomes most of these deficiencies. Extra feature of AP that it works better than K-means as cluster number is increasing or complexity of infected objects is amplifying. AP works better than K-means in widespread and various sized defected regions. Another contribution in this paper, choosing adequate color space provides preferable results. Experimental results clarify that NTSC or YCbCr color space are more stable to act as image color space since they enhance Silhouette values rhythmically. However, methodology presented in this paper needs to collaborate with other image techniques, as indexed color techniques and lossless compression methods, to overcome operation speed problem. In addition, more enhancements are anticipated when using adaptive AP, as it introduces solutions through adaptive damping, adaptive preference scanning and adaptive escaping oscillations.

The chemical compositions of $PM_{2.5}$ and $PM_{10}$ and associated high-molecular-weight polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) were investigated during winter and summer at a roadside and an urban background site in Saitama, Japan. The average concentrations of $PM_{2.5}$ exceeded the United States Environmental Protection Agency standards during both periods. Carbonaceous components were abundant in both the observed and calculated (by means of a mass closure model) chemical composition of $PM_{2.5}$. Traffic-related pollutants (elemental carbon and high-molecular-weight PAHs) were strongly associated with $PM_{2.5}$ rather than with larger particles. The mass concentrations of $PM_{2.5}$, as well as those of EC and PAHs associated with the particles, at the two sites were strongly correlated. Comparison of our data with source profile ratios indicates that diesel-powered vehicles were probably the main source of the measured PAHs. The PAHs concentrations were affected by meteorological conditions during our study. Our results highlight the need for the establishment of standards for $PM_{2.5}$ in Japan.
