Morphologic changes in the brain through aging, as a physiologic process, may involve a wide range of variables including ventricular dilation, and sulcus widening. This study reports normal ranges of these changes as standard criteria. Normal brain computed tomography scans of 400 patients (200 males, 200 females) in every decade of life (20 groups each containing 20 participants) were investigated for subcortical/cortical atrophy (bicaudate width [BCW], third ventricle width [ThVW], maximum length of lateral ventricle at cella media [MLCM], bicaudate index [BCI], third ventricle index [ThVI], and cella media index 3 [CMI3], interhemispheric sulcus width [IHSW], right hemisphere sulci diameter [RHSD], and left hemisphere sulci diameter [LHSD]), ventricular symmetry. Distribution and correlation of all the variables were demonstrated with age and a multiple linear regression model was reported for age prediction. Among the various parameters of subcortical atrophy, BCW, ThVW, MLCM, and the corresponding indices of BCI, ThVI, and CMI3 demonstrated a significant correlation with age (R2≥0.62). All the cortical atrophy parameters including IHSW, RHSD, and LHSD demonstrated a significant correlation with age (R2≥0.63). This study is a thorough investigation of variables in a normal brain which can be affected by aging disclosing normal ranges of variables including major ventricular variables, derived ventricular indices, lateral ventricles asymmetry, cortical atrophy, in every decade of life introducing BW, ThVW, MLCM, BCI, ThVI, CMI3 as most significant ventricular parameters, and IHSW, RHSD, LHSD as significant cortical parameters associated with age.

Multi-walled carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are functionalized with itaconic acid (IA) and its derivative,monomethylitaconate (MMI), to prepare CNT/isotactic polypropylene (PP) composites. To promote dispersion and improved interactions between functionalized CNTs and the PP matrix, PP grafted with IA (PP-g-IA) is employed as a compatibilizer for the preparation of 1% w/w CNT/PP blends by melt compounding. The role of IA as a functionalizing agent for the CNTs and as a compatibilizer for the fabrication of CNT/PP composites is examined. Improved tensile mechanical properties of the composites were obtained when the CNTs were functionalized with IA, although no significant improvement in mechanical properties was observed when PP-g-IA was used as compatibilizer. The use of a compatibilizer, however, retarded the thermal degradation of the composites. Overall, the composites fabricated with IA-functionalized CNTs yielded better mechanical and thermal properties than those composites with CNTs functionalized by MMI, maybe because of the bifunctionalty and higher polarity of IA.

Surface plasmon polariton resonance (SPPR) can be originated from the surface charge oscillation via light localization at the interface of a metal, for example, Au or Ag and a dielectric. Such localization can be implemented to increase the magneto-optical (MO) activity of a magnetic medium while SPPR is fulfilled, which is known as magnetoplasmonics. In this paper, a magnetoplasmonic bilayer of Au/ NiFe (Py) sputter deposited on glass is demonstrated. Large enhancement in MO-Kerr effect (MOKE) response due to SPPR effect is observed at different light incident angles. By measuring and analyzing the MO signals from the sample with different thicknesses of Au and Py layers, the optimal thicknesses’ range is obtained with the largest MOKE. The large MOKE intensity from ultra-soft magnetic Py layer with low coercivity and small saturation field suggests a weak magnetic fieldsensitive MO-based element. Finally, different applications of such structures, for example, weak magnetic field sensors and magnetic multilevel memory elements are demonstrated.

Currently on the market in the country’s capital, cash flow strategy projects in oil, gas and petrochemical industry based on debt and capital instruments carried through. However, the definition instruments such as bonds, securities, leasing, bonds and other securities order in recent years in the capital market to some extent been able to manage the needs of this segment. Supply chain management strategies project actually includes measures that will lead to project supply chain challenges and goals of the project. The opportunity to create a supply chain with the lowest cost and most flexible provides. Given the importance of oil and gas industry as well as the importance of the strategic management of financial flows of the industry projects, in this study to provide financial flow management in supply chain management projects in oil projects in Hormozgan province are discussed. Hence, in the first step, identifying indicators and factors influencing financial flow management and to determine priorities and the effectiveness indices of Fuzzy DEMATEL been done. Then with the help of Fuzzy ANP method is to calculate the index weight.

Given the importance of oil and gas industry as well as the importance of the strategic management of financial flows of projects in this industry, in this study, the strategies for the management of financial flows in the supply chain projects by Fuzzy VIKOR in oil projects in Hormozgan province are discussed. So the first step is to identify and evaluate Indicators and effective factors In financial flow management of projects and the in the next steps by gathering experts by using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory indicators that was confirmed with the help of Fuzzy VIKOR strategies Evaluation, studies are studied as alternatives.
Development of gluten-free flat bread using hydrocolloids: Xanthan and CMC

The effects of xanthan gum (XG) and (carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) (5–20 g kg-1) on the quality parameters of gluten-free flat bread, based on rice flour were investigated. Increase in CMC concentration yielded bigger gas cells, leading to better crumb porosity. Formula 3 (F3), containing 15 g kg-1 XG and formula 10 (F10), containing 10 g kg-1 CMC and 10 g kg-1 XG resulted in the highest dough yield (P < 0.05) and bread yield, respectively, and F10 showed the lowest bread weight loss (P < 0.05). F10, followed by, F3 were the best and most acceptable (P < 0.05) formulae, compared to all the others.

The present research attempts to clarify and extend the conceptualization and measurement of promotional activities in Iran`s football professional league. Based on this, this research was conducted to recognize the promotion activities in Iran`s football League and perform an analysis of the current situation of this league in order to compare it with other Asian Leagues such as Japan and South Korea. The review of the Sport marketing and Sport Promotion literatures and the findings from qualitative and quantitative studies conducted by the authors reveal that, promotional activities in Iran`s football League consisted of 14 factors. The revealed results regarding Iran`s football league position, have shown that Iran`s league compared with Japanese and South Korean leagues was not in a desirable position. We conclude the paper with a summary of the main results of the study and directions for future research.

The brain tumor is the growth of an abnormal mass in the brain which may be malignant or benign. Misdiagnosis of different types of brain tumors reduces the patients' chances of survival. In the last years, efforts have been made to automate the present process for clinical and research reasons. For this purpose, machine learning methods were highly considered for a long time. In this paper, we presented a method for classification of brain tumors from magnetic resonance images using a convolutional neural network and two-level discrete wavelet transform algorithm. The BRATS 2013 dataset contains FLAIR, T1, T1c and T2 images of 20 patients with high-grade glioma, and ten patients with low-grade glioma were used in this investigation. This study aimed to classify the data into two classes of high-grade glioma and low-grade glioma by convolution neural network using a two-level wavelet transform algorithm on images. The Image wavelet coefficients contain more information than the original images, thus increasing the network performance. All the experiments were performed on the main dataset and two synthetic datasets with 60 and 300 data. The highest classification accuracy is obtained for T1 images in all three sets of 30, 60 and 300 data that were 86.25%, 94.58%, and 95.86%, respectively.
