<P>SiC crystal ingots were grown on 6H-SiC dual-seed crystal with different surface properties by a PVT (Physical Vapor Transport) technique. And then SiC crystal wafers sliced from the SiC ingots were systematically investigated in order to find out the dependence of surface properties for seed on the polytype formation. While n-type SiC crystals exhibiting the 4H polytype were grown on seed crystal having high root-mean-square (rms) value, 6H-SiC crystals were grown on seed having lower rms value. However, 6H polytype was maintained on on-axis and off-axis seeds during the entire growth period. The crystal quality of 6H-SiC single crystals grown on on-axis seed were revealed to be slightly better than that of 6H-SiC crystal grown on off-axis seed.</P>
Effect of TaC-Coated Crucible on SiC Single Crystal Growth

<P>The present research was focused to extensively investigate the effect of TaC-coated crucible on the SiC crystal growth and then compare the difference of various properties between SiC crystals grown in conventional graphite crucible and TaC-coated crucible. The bulk growth was conducted around 2200°C of the growth temperature and 40 mbar of an argon atmosphere for the growth pressure. The better crystalline quality was obtained from the crystal grown in TaC-coated crucible. The SiC crystal grown in the TaC-coated crucible exhibited superior characteristics than SiC crystal grown in the conventional crucible in terms of the crystal quality and defect density. Furthermore, nitrogen incorporation in SiC crystal grown in the TaC-coated crucible was definitely decreased.</P>

Whereas previous researches on land policy after unification dealt with principally the problem of land confiscation under the communist reign, this research tried to propose a scheme of long-term land reform which was based on case studies on ex-socialist societies` experiences during their transformation, analysis on North Korea`s institution related to land ownership and use. To reform North Korea`s land ownership and use by the principle of market economy, North Korean should accumulate their commencing asset necessary for private ownership of land and housing. Therefore much focus should be put on the accumulation of the commencing asset at the early state of unification. On the extension of that line, the government of the Unified Korea should try to solve the problem of land confiscation by the communist party and land privatization in the region of North Korea. For the purpose, gradual land reform is more desirable than rapid one according to the case studies on ex-socialist societies. The government should avoid policies that can result in serious fiscal burden. Active participation of local government is highly recommendable in land tax and development. On the direction of land policy, this research proposed a four step long-term scheme of land reformation in North Korea. However, later researches should put more emphasis to the unification of land institution of North and South Korea which this research couldn`t deal with sufficiently.
C57BL/6 마우스 모델에서 NDM 발모제의 모발성장 촉진 효과

NDM hair tonic is composed of several plant extracts which are known to be used in oriental medicine. This study was carried out to investigate effect of NDM hair tonic on hair growth in an alopecia model of C57BL/6 mice. Hair of six-weeks old mice were removed by topical treatment of Neclean<SUP>Ⓡ</SUP>, The next day, animals were randomized and separated in groups of 6 mice. There were four experimental groups including saline (negative control), 50% ethanol (vehicle control), 3% minoxidil (MXD), and NDM tonic. The test compounds were topically treated with 0.15 ㎖ per mouse per day for 2 weeks. The hair regrowth was determined photographically and histologically and the quantity of endocrine factors, IGF-1 and TGF-β, in the skin of mice using PCR was measured. No clinical signs were found in all animals. The topical treatment of NDM tonic or MXD for 2 weeks to dorsal skin accelerated hair regrowth faster than the controls. The NDM tonic or MXD treatment also promoted hair follicle elongation compared to the controls. The NDM tonic or MXD treatment significantly increased the expression of IGF-1 in the skin of C57BL/6 mice compared to the control (p<0.05). These results suggest that NDM-tonic has hair growth promoting activities and it can be useful for treatment for baldness or alopecia.

As the result realized the main component analysis by extracting the 31 basic geomagnetic bodies, which can be divided in forestry zones of basic geometric body of Fukuoka prefecture, it was divided in 7 kinds in forestry space. With the character appeared according to each form, the first factor is eternal pace management type of the 8 basic geomagnetic bodies like Kurogi; the second factor is asset maintenance of the 8 geomagnetic bodies like Nakagawa; the third factor is suburban type of the 5 geomagnetic bodies like Chikusino; the fourth factor is forestry mountain village of the 4 geomagnetic bodies like Hoshino; the fifth factor is material production zone type of the 4 geomagnetic bodies like Amagi; the sixth factor is the interior zone production type like Yabe; and the seventh factor is the own region type like Ooshima. Therefore, in this paper it was desirably decided that forestry advancement was induced from the first and second factor, and the rests are connected among them.
