This study is to analyze the relative importance of the support programs and to provide some useful strategies to activate the Korea National Food Industrial Complex by the Analytic Hierarchy Process an analytical tool. First of all, in order to activate the Korea National Food Industrial Complex, the Korea National Food Industrial Complex should be operated flexibly by understanding the demand of companies related to R&D hardware facilities, commercialization facilities, industry-academic networking program and export. Also, The operation of the Korea National Food Industrial Complex needs to be activated by increasing the utilization of research and development hardware facilities and support programs and increasing the possible participation of food companies and regional clusters which are the primary users of them.

It is necessary to construct the supply system which is stable and quality assured for professional performance of agro-food export. The purpose of this study is to present the basic information about the improvement directions on the Leading Group of Agro-food Export. The result of analysis is presented by the achievement of business objective, farm-organization and large scale-up, marketing achievement, and the fidelity of group operations etc.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the competitiveness of Chinese tangerine for the condition of production, marketing, quality and price. Also, it suggests the countermeasures for farmers who are producing the tangerine in domestic. The sweet taste of Chinese tangerine is higher than the domestic tangerine in general, but the taste of Chinese tangerine is somewhat different from the korea consumer`s taste. The production of the domestic tangerine will have to be changed to system can be coping with the Chinese tangerine for sweet taste, and have to develop to organize and to enlarge of the system of shipment.

The purpose of this study is to draw out strategies for the development of the cooperative pooling system. This work is performed with successful cases. The strategies by development stage include finding of region-specific products, execution of joint settlement of account by the cooperative farming groups and by the cooperative, expansion among inter-cooperatives etc.

The international standardization of Kimchi CODEX is important matter to define the future directions of export policies of Kimchi. The purpose of this study is to specify the effect of international standardization of Kimchi CODEX on the export of Korean Kimchi. We used several time series methods to analyze the effect. First, we performed Quandt-Andrews breakpoint test to verify the existence of structural change within the export amount of Kimchi. Second, we tested the significance of dummy variable which represented the standardization of CODEX. Finally, we used exponential GARCH model to examine the effect of Kimchi CODEX to the variability of Kimchi’s export price. We derived the results that the CODEX increased the export amount of Kimchi and abated the variability of export prices. These can be important reasons for supporting standardization of CODEX in other agrifood items.

The purpose of this study is to suggest the differentiated government policy through the analysis on the attitude of Kimchi``s producers and exporters. In order to achieve this purpose, we surveyed the domestic exporters and the oversea ~mporters. We analyzed the actuaI using status and consciousness of CODEX standards of exporters and importers on Kimchi trade hv non-parametric methods. The level of application and recognition is low, but the exporters and irnporkrs of Kimchi are thinking that the using of CODEX standards should be revitalized. In order to activate CODEX standards, they need to he promoted and interest in international Kimchi trade should be increased among the exporters and importers.
