지반보강용 수용성파우치(PVP)의 활용을 위한 기초적 연구

도시의 노후화에 따른 상하수도관의 파손사례가 점차 증가하면서 지반함몰의 발생도 크게 증가하고 있고 도시과밀화에 따른 건설과 굴착공사들이 빈번해지고 있다. 특히, 도심에서는 lifeline이 지하화 되면서 지중에서 굴착과 되메움에 따라 원지반의 안정상태가 불안정한 상태를 갖게 된다. 이를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 양호한 토사다짐이나 그라우팅에 의한 지반보강법이 적용되고 있지만 지하매설물의 파손에 따른 시기를 예측키 어렵고, 지반내 구조물의 탐사방법도 한계가 있어 지반함몰과 같은 위험요소를 해결하기는 어려움이 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 사전에 위험요소를 제거하기 위한 방법의 일환으로 개발된 빈배합상태의 혼화재를 포함한 수용성폴리머파우치에 대해 지반보강 적용성을 평가하였다. 대기속에 보관가능한 파우치의특성과 지하수위내부에서의 수용성 및 일정시간내 융해됨에 따른 보강강도의 발현을 확인할 수 있었다. 이를 통해 상하수도관 매설시 뒤채움재에 혼합매설하는 경우, 지반내 물의상태에 따라 지반의 연약화를 방지가능할 수 있게 되었다. There have been a number of water and sewer pipe breakdown reports followed by ground subsidence. Also, the excavating works for construction due to overcrowding of city have been common. Particularly, in urban areas ground becomes unstable because of the lowered lifeline sinkage followed excavation and backfilling. In order to solve the problem, some reinforcement works for ground by rod tamping or grouting have been applied. However, it is hard to predict when the buried utilities in underground will be damaged. Also, there is a limit for the underground exploration and investigation methods. Therefore, in this study, the estimated about the water soluble polymer pouch including poor mixed admixture which is designed to eliminate the dangerous factors. The reinforcement strength of this method was confirmed by verifying three points: meltiness in a certain period, water solubility in the ground water level, and characteristics of the pouch, which can be stored in daily conditions. It is also proved that this method allows to keep the ground from getting weakened in the installation of water and sewer pipe along with back filling materials.

<P>We investigated the effects of sauchinone, isolated from the root of <I>Saururus chinensis</I>, on muscle disorders and the underlying mechanism of oxidative stress-induced C<SUB>2</SUB>C<SUB>12</SUB> skeletal muscle myoblast damage. To assess the protective effects of sauchinone on oxidative stress-induced C<SUB>2</SUB>C<SUB>12</SUB> skeletal muscle myoblasts, we measured the viability of the cells, showing that sauchinone pre-treatment significantly reduced the decreased cell viability after H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB> treatment. We also investigated the mechanism of this protective effect of sauchinone. In Western blot analysis, the heat shock protein (HSP)-70 level increased significantly in the sauchinone-pretreated myoblasts. We used high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to examine the level of endogenous ceramide after pre-treatment with sauchinone followed by exposure to H<SUB>2</SUB>O<SUB>2</SUB>. While hydrogen peroxide increased the ceramide content to approximately 166.60±38.93% of the control level, pre-treatment with sauchinone inhibited this increase, maintaining the ceramide content at the control level. We demonstrated that sauchinone regulates intracellular HSP70 expression as well as ceramide levels to protect against oxidative stress-induced C<SUB>2</SUB>C<SUB>12</SUB> muscle myoblast damage. We suggest the potential benefits of herbal medicines in the treatment of oxidative stress-related muscle disorders.</P>

We have investigated the neuroprolective effects of a phenolic-rich fraction (PRF) on the hydrogen peroxide (H_(2)O_(2))-induced apoptosis of cultured SH-SY5Y cells. The PRF was obtained from the 80% ethanol extract of the fruits of Schisandra chinensis by Sepabeads SP-8S0 column chromatography. Cell viability assays revealed that pretreating SH-SY5Y cells with PRF (10-200 μgmL^(-1)) resulted in significant dose-dependent protection against H_(2)O_(2)-induced cell death. The protective effect of PRF against H_(2)O_(2)-induced apoptosis was assessed by flow cytometric analysis of DNA contents using propidium iodide (PI) staining. Pre-incubation of cells with PRF at different concentrations for 24 h partially protected apoptosis by H_(2)O_(2)(150 μM). Moreover, cells treated with PRF reduced H_(2)O_(2)-induced caspase-3 activation and poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase cleavage and exerted an apparent suppressive effect on oxidative stress induced by reactive oxygen species (ROS). We concluded that PRF may be useful in the treatment and prevention of neurodegenerative diseases associated with elevated ROS levels.

The goal of this study was to determine the effects of Rhus vemiciflua stokes (RYS) on the radical scavenging activities and H_(2)O_(2)-induced cytotoxicity in macrophage 264.7 cells. An 80% ethanol extract of RVS was purified by ion exchange chromatography (IEC). Purified RVS extract contained a high amount of phenolics (55.5 g/100 g of extract) and ftavonoids (5.9 g/100 g of extract) and its antioxidant activities, such as DPPH, superoxide anion and hydroxyl radical scavenging activities, was higher than the unpurified RVS extract. Purified RVS extract significantly reduced intracellular ROS formation caused by HH_(2)O_(2). Purified RVS extract also prevented the cell death of macrophage RAW 264.7 cells induced by H_(2)O_(2). Interestingly, co-treated puritied RVS extract effectively reduced thiobarbiluric acid reactive substance (TBARS) formation, and attenuated catalase depletion at concentration of 100 μg/ml (p<O.O5). Study using PDA-HPLC analyses have found that the purified RVS extract contains six major low molecular compounds as p-coumaric acid, fustin, kaempferol-3-O-glucoside, sulfuretin, butein and kaempferol. These results indicate that purified RVS extract, tested in this study, could contribute to the antioxidant activities and inhibition of intracellular ROS level.

본 논문은 순환적으로 정의된 순환 속성 문법(Circular Attribute Grammars)을 효율적으로 평가하기 위한 점진 평가 기법을 제시한다. 기존의 방법에서는 종속 그래프를 구성하고 변경된 속성의 변화를 파급시키는 과정이 복잡하게 수행된다. 이러한 변화 추적 과정을 간단히 하기 위해 기존의 방법에서 사용하지 않은 새로운 종속 테이블을 구성하여 평가하는 기법을 제시한다. 이 종속 테이블을 참조하면 값이 변경된 속성(attribute)의 변화를 파급시키는 과정이 생략될 수 있어 효율적으로 수행된다. 기존의 방법에서는 값이 변경된 속성에 영향받는 모든 속성을 평가하지만 종속 테이블을 사용하면 조건 속성의 값에 따라 평가 여부를 결정하여 프로그램 수행 상 필요한 속성만을 평가하는 최적의 평가를 수행할 수 있다. 본 논문에서는 순환 속성 문법을 평가할 때 발생되는 문제점과 그 해결책을 제시한다. 예 명령문에 대해 종속 테이블과 종속 그래프를 구성하여 그 효율성을 비교하고 기존의 방법처럼 영향받는 모든 속성을 평가하는 것과 종속 테이블을 사용하여 조건 속성에 따라 필요한 속성만을 평가하는 방법을 모의 실험을 통해 효율성을 비교 분석한다. This paper presents the incremental evaluation method of circular attribute grammars. In traditional, the dependency graph is constructed and the progress of change propagation for changed attributes is complexity executed. To simplify this progress, our method evaluates attributes by construction of new dependency table that have not used in existing methods. We implement an efficient evaluation for reference the dependency table because of omitting the progress that propagate the change of changed variables. All attributes affected by the changed attributes are evaluated in existing method. On the other hand, if the dependency table is used, only attributes needed to execute the program are evaluated because the value of conditional attribute determines whether or not to evaluate an attribute, and optimal evaluation is performed. This paper presents issues which occur in the evaluation of circular attribute grammars and their solutions. Through execution of example program we construct the dependency table and dependency graph, and compare the first to the second in view of efficiency. Also, we compare the evaluation of all affected attributes as existing method to this presenting evaluation through simulation and analyze the efficiency.
