본 연구에서는 객체지향 개발환경에서 클래스의 작성과 확장시에 필요한 클래스에 대한 분석과 이해를 지원하기 위해 시각적 인터페이스를 다이어그램을 통해 제공한다. 또한 정보은익과 캡슐화의 극대화를 위해 클래스간의 관계 정립시 단계별로 인터페이스를 제공하는 엑세스 제어 방법을 적용하여 인터페이스 추상화기를 구현하였다. 본 연구는 중앙대학교 소프트웨어 공학연구실에서 개발한 재이용 시스템인 CARS(Computer Added Reuse System)에서 클래스의 검색과 이해의 환경을 지원한다.

The thermosyphon has been used as a heat transmission device in the heat recovery of low level energy and cooling for heat generating equipments. Many studies on the working fluids and wicks have been reported to improve the heat transfer efficiency of the thermosyphon. A low temperature heat pipe with acetone is chosen in the present study to compare the heat transfer characteristics due to pouring amount of working fluid, magnitude of power supplied and tilt angles. The thennosyphon made ??15.88×0.8t×600㎜ of copper, evaporation section 200㎜, insulation section 25㎜, condensation 375㎜. Heat transfer rate of the thermosyphon increase as magnitude of power supplied increase and observe dry out phenomenon at 5~10% of pouring amount of working fluid. So thermosyphon at the 150kJ/s judged to need 12% or more. Heat transfer rate of the thermosyphon have nothing to do with tilt angles. Dry out phenomenon of the thermo syphon makes it possible that a low temperature thermosyphon may be used to control temperature and heat transfer of a system when the critical quantity of a working fluid is supplied in the thermosyphon.<br/>

보통교부세 보정계수의 정책기능 회복을 위한 대안 모형에 관한 연구

This study presents new methods to enforce the impact of modification coefficient of the Local Shared Tax allocation method to Korean local government. Because the Local Shared Tax allocation to local government is defined to enforce fiscal balance among local governments regards to reducing the cost of the public administration of each government. However, in fact, there has been a question on the significance of those which the coefficients multiplied to the standard administration demand. In this study, I analyze the modification coefficient of the grant allocation process and present two different alternative methods to enforce the function of the coefficient. Additionally, it provides the empirical evidence of the alternatives to improve the positive impact to the fiscal balance of each local government.
객체지향 파라다임에 의한 재이용 라이브러리의 설계 및 구현

본 연구에서는 재사용 효과를 증진시키기 위한 방법으로, 재사용 라이브러리의 이용이 증대함에 따라서, 객체지향특성을 만족하는 언어인 C++환경을 기반으로 라이브러리 개발자와 사용자를 효과적으로 지원할 수 있는 라이브러리 구조를 제안한다. 또한, 재사용의 기본 단위인 클래스들간의 관련도를 표현하기 위하여 클래스의 성질을 만족하는 속성들을 정의하였고, 이에 기초한 콜론(Colon) 분류방법을 제안하였다. 본 연구는 중앙대학교 소프트웨어 공학 연구실에서 개발한 재이용 시스템인 CARS(Computer Aided Reuse System)1 0에서 컴포넌트 관리 서브시스템을 보완 하였다.
