The authors evaluated the results of various operative methods for the treatment of axillary osmidrosis in 256 axillae of 132 patients. The methods studied herein are elliptical excision with(without Z-plasty, excision by modified W-plasty, undercutting of apocrine glands with preserving deep dermal vascular plexus (DDP) designed by the authors, undercutting of apocrine glands with ignoring deep dermal vascular plexus. With the undercutting methods, the skin incision was made by three different ways ', single vertical line, double vertical lines or single horizontal line in respect to the long axis of axillary vault. The results were as follows: 1. In the undercutting methods the stitch removals were done earlier than those of the excision methods by 3 to 8 days. The earliest stitch removal was in the undercutting methods with preservation of DDP done by single vertical incision (UPS). 2. Operative complications (wound disruption, flap necrosis or hematoma) occured in 12.9%. The wound disruption was main complication in the excision methods, the hematoma and flap necrosis in the undercutting methods. In the undercutting methods flap necrosis was seen only when DDP was ignored. 3. 123 axillae were followed up for more than 6 months after the operations. Among these the widely extended scars were seen in 94% of simple elliptical excisions(31 cases) and in 100% of excision with Z-plasty(16 cases) or modified W-plasty(3 cases). In the undercutting methods the scars were linear or invisible and best in UPS. 4. Success rate for the eradication of the malodor showed somewhat better results with undercutting methods compared with excisionmethods, but there was no statistical differences between the different groups. 5. In 6 axillae with the undercutting methods, histological examinations were done after more than three months. Apocrine glands were not seen in all the specimens. Squamous cell carcinoma developed from the lesion of acne conglobata is very rare and none of the cases reported hitherto showed metastasis. A 42 year-old male with widespread lesions of acne conglobata complicated by giant ulcerative. squamous cell carcinoma on the sacral area is reported. It metastasized to both inguinal lymph nodes. Radiation therapy was tried but the patient died 3.5 years after the development of the carcinoma. (Kor J Oermatol 28(5): 646 650, 1990)

호텔 레스토랑의 리노베이션(renovation)에 따른 경영효율성 제고에 관한 연구

The purpose of this theory is to compare and analyse before and after of renovation of L hotel M restaurant which executed a renovation from May 20th to September 30th, 2007 for strengthening its competitiveness, and provide suggestions.<BR> Secondly, for article and price management, after the renovation, it has been targeting limited customers only, so it would result decrease in customers. Therefore, it is suggested to develop and run the Chef Brand system, which provides higher satisfaction with higher price using the foreign Chef. So it should develop new and unique menus that make the restaurant different from other ones.<BR> Thirdly, after the renovation, the sales have increased more than before the renovation. Also it is suggested to alter the policy of sales not to waste time of employees and to run with the least number of employees, because it has well-trained employees and chefs.<BR> Once a renovation finished, it is difficult to change the location, size and interior designs for several years. And customers" demands keep changing all the time. The entrepreneur need to put efforts to read the changing trends of customers consistently, and to provide services complies to customers" trends by looking for changeable physical evidence and changing it.

소아암 환아를 위한 실존적 및 신앙적 관점의 미술치료 사례연구

본 연구는 소아암 아동을 대상으로 서울에 소재하고 있는 00대학병원을 중심으로 수행된 실존적 및 신앙적 관점의 미술치료 사례연구이다. 본 연구의 내용분석 방법에는 질적 연구 방법이 사용되었고, 2018년 10월부터 2019년 5월까지 총 17회의 연구가 시행되었으며, 각 회기의 미술치료 프로그램은 주 1회 당 60분씩 A환아의 침상에서 진행되었다. 소아암 환아를 대상으로 한 실존적 관점의 미술치료 사례연구의 시행결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, A환아는 초기의 미술치료 과정에서 작품을 통해 죽음에 직면한 자신의 ‘실존 위협’에 대하여 ‘두려움’과 ‘안전’을 호소하는 표현을 하고 있었다. 둘째, 미술치료 중기에 A환아는 그동안 소극적으로 대응했던 실존 위협에 대해 ‘싸움’이나 ‘대치’ 구도를 통해 보다 적극적으로 대응하면서, 이전보다 더 능동적인 수용 자세를 취하는 자신의 실존을 나타내기 시작하였다. 셋째, 미술치료 후기에 이르러 A환아는 자신을 신의 위치에 격상시키고 ‘통치’라는 형식을 통해 자신의 세계를 구축하였다. 이와 같은 반응은 ‘실존 포용’을 통한 새로운 가능성으로서 세계를 창조하려는 A환아의 긍정적 심리상태가 표현된 것이며, 실존적 및 신앙적 관점의 미술치료 연구에 대한 긍정적인 가능성을 설명해 주는 중요한 결과로 분석된다. 또한, 이와 같은 결과는 기독교대한성결교회의 신앙적 표제인 사중복음의 ‘신유’와 관련하여, 인간의 실존인 ‘유한함’을 직시하고, 하나님 앞에 신유라는 은총을 입는 개인의 상황과 연관된다고 볼 수 있으며, 본 연구 대상자인 A환아가 보여주는 새로운 세계에 대한 희망은 기독교 신앙을 가진 상담자에 의해 이끌어진 신유의 실제로서 해석될 수 있다. 이에, 앞으로 다양한 목회현장에서 실존적 및 신앙적 관점을 통한 미술치료 연구가 더 많이 수행됨으로써 사중복음의 신유의 지평이 더욱 확대되길 희망한다. This study is a case study of art therapy through the existential & religious perspective centered on the 00university hospital located in Seoul by selecting children with childhood cancer. A qualitative research method was used for the content analysis of this study. A total of 17 studies were conducted from October 2018 to May 2019, and art treatment programs for each session were conducted at the bedside of the patient 60 minutes a week. The following are the results of A case study on the existential & religious perspective of art therapy for children with childhood cancer. First, child A was expressing “fear” and “safety” about her ‘existential threat’ that faced death through his works during the early stage of art therapy. Second, during the middle stage of art therapy, child A began to express his existence to take more active acceptance posture than previous because he actively responded through fighting or substitution composition to the existential threat which she had been passive. Third, in the latter half of art therapy, child A built up his own world through the form of ‘government’ by upgrading himself to the position of God. This reaction is expressed as a new possibility through ‘existence embrace’, which expresses the positive psychological state of child A who wants to create the world, and it is analyzed as an important result explaining the positive possibility of the art therapy research focusing on the existential & religious perspective. Also, concerning the divine healing of the fourfold gospel, which is the religious title of Korea Evangelical Holiness Church(KEHC), the result is such that, facing the finitude of man, the existence of man, divine healing before God. It can be seen that it is related to the situation of an individual receiving the grace of divine healing before God, and the hope for a new world shown by patient A. the subject of this study is the message of divine healing of fourfold gospel, led by a counselor with Christian faith, which can be interpreted in practice. Therefore, it is hoped that more research on art therapy through existential & religious perspectives will be conducted in various pastoral fields in the future so that the horizon of divine healing of the fourfold gospel will be further expanded.
