본 논문에서는 동적 추천 기능이 있는 자바 기반 음악 추천 서버를 소개한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 추천 서버는 각 음악 사이의 유사도를 그래프로 저장하는 그래프 기반 협동적 여과 방식을 사용하며, 독립된 서버로 구성되어 클라이언트와 정해진 프로토콜에 따라 통신하도록 구현되었다. 또한 이 추천 서버는 특정 사용자나 특정 음악의 정적인(static) 성향뿐 아니라 시간에 따라 달라지는 동적인(dynamic) 성향에 맞는 추천도 가능하도록 설계되었다. 정적 성향이란 어떤 사용자가 가지고 있는 음악에 대한 기본적인 취향을 나타내고, 동적 성향이란 특정한 상황이나 분위기에 따라 유동적으로 변하는 성향을 의미한다. 본 논문에서 소개하는 추천 서버는 정적 성향과 동적 성향에 대하여 각각 추천할 수 있는 기능을 가지고 있으며, 이러한 기능을 바탕으로 실제 사용자들의 음악 다운로드 데이터를 이용하여 추천 데모 사이트를 구축하였다.
Fabrication and characterization of p-n heterojunction with CoOx/IGZO oxide semiconductors

Most of oxide semiconductors show n-type conduction, but there are some p-type materials such as copper oxide and cobalt oxide.[1,2] We fabricated oxide semiconductor based p-n heterojunction with p-CoOx and n-IGZO. The CoOx films were deposited by high vacuum RF sputtering system. IGZO films were sputtered. For Ohmic contacts, Au/Ti with thickness of 50 nm/3 nm and Al of 50 nm thickness were deposited on CoOx and IGZO layers, respectively, by a thermal evaporator. Thin film transistors and p-n heterojunctions of p-CoOx and m-IGZO films were fabricated and characterized.

<P>Proposed decomposition is validated by reproducing the PBTS time-evolution of I-V characteristics through the technology computer-aided design simulation into which the extracted DOS and charge trapping are incorporated. It is also found that the quantitative decomposition of PBTS-induce Delta V-T accompanied with the multiple stretched-exponential models enables an effective assessment of the complex degradation nature of multiple PBTS physical processes occurring simultaneously. Our results can be easily applied universally to any device with any stress conditions, along with guidelines for process optimization efforts toward ultimate PBTS stability.</P>
Speech Enhancement Using a Two-Stage Network for an Efficient Boosting Strategy

<P>A novel neural network architecture, called two-stage network (TSN), with a multi-objective learning (MOL) method for an efficient boosting strategy (BS) is proposed for speech enhancement. BS is an ensemble method using multiple base predictions (MBPs) for better final prediction. Because of the necessity for MBPs, the computational cost and model size of BS-based methods are greater than those of a single model. In overcoming this, TSN first obtains MBPs from a single deep neural network. Then, to obtain better final prediction, the convolution layers of TSN aggregate not only MBPs but also some auxiliary information such as contextual information, while adaptively filtering out some unnecessary information, e.g., poor base predictions. At the training phase, the MOL enables all stages of TSN to learn jointly, whereas allowing the TSN framework to embed a BS. Our experimental results confirm that the embedded BS leads TSN to outperform other baseline methods with a reasonably low computational cost and model size.</P>
AI-guided Story Generation Framework with Automatic Storyline Generator

A story generation task is to develop a system that can continuously generate natural, consistent, and coherent stories for consecutive scenes. Recently transformer-based language models have shown considerable results at the sentence-level generation for learning human-writing ability. However, it is very crucial to understand the way of developing the story using a combination of various contents. Recent works have mainly focused on human-guided AI story generation methods in which humans as guidance determine the next storyline, and the system creates a story that reflects the storyline well. This study focuses on the way of replacing the human role with the AI-based model. Based on this, this study deals with the methodology for creating a long story spanning multiple scenes rather than creating a story at the level of one scene. In this regard, we propose a novel AI-guided story generation framework with automatic storyline generator. It is a pipeline structure consisting of two modules such as a storyline generator and a story generator, which enables the continuous creation of coherent stories. Particularly, we transform the storyline generation problem into a multiple-choice QA problem to predict the next storyline. This study shows the possibility of generating continuous stories for multiple scenes without any human intervention.
정부지원이 산업기술인력 양성에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 일학습병행을 중심으로

Investment in education and training develops the skills and capabilities of workers held by companies, ultimately leading to the improvement of corporate productivity, and the high level of human capital accumulated by companies through investments in education and training has a positive effect on performance improvement. The Korean government is supporting a ‘Work-Learning Dual System’ designed to meet Korean realities in order to enhance the fieldability of vocational education training, eliminate job mismatch and revitalize youth employment worldwide. This study would analyze the effects of government support by using the survey data of companies participating in the Work-Learning Dual System, a government support system for the development of skilled engineers. As a result of the analysis, it was confirmed that the Government's sufficient financial support contributed to the performance of the learning workers and the development of the education and training systems, which were linked to the improvement of business performance and employment performance. Of these, the direct impact of government support on employment performance was found to be some negative, but relatively large indirect effects were observed and consequently the total effect had a positive effect. The results show that the support effect of supporting corporate-led industrial human resource development is achieving a certain purpose. Theoretically considering that positive and negative arguments have been going on for a long time with the effect of government support, the estimation results of this study suggest that the government should seek development measures, including redesign of support through a more in-depth analysis of each type of support.
