Structural shift of methanogen communities of a full-scale biogas reactor was examined using 454 pyrosequencing of 16S rRNA gene sequences. Samples were quarterly collected for two years from a continuously-stirred tank digester (CT, location: Gwangju) treating food waste-recycling wastewater operated at thermophilic conditions. The pyrosequencing generated 8 251 sequences representing 2 phyla, 4 classes, 6 orders, 6 families, 10 genera, and 35 species of잸rchaea. The most abundant sequences at the species level originated from Methanothermobacter wolfeii (CT1,CT7 and CT8) and Methanoculleus thermophiles (CT2 to CT6) in the reactor. These highly versatile species represent organotrophs, including mainly hydrogenotrophic methanogens capable of converting hydrogen and carbon dioxide into methane. In this regard, the methane production of this reactor follow the hydrogenotrophic methanogenesis pathway utilizing hydrogen and carbon dioxide as a carbon source. This result might be supplied as a selective reference of relevant works to start-up fullscale digesters (inoculum reference) and enhance process efficiency (optimization).
Green Manufacturing Systems : Integrated Product Design Development

The terminology such as ecology, environmental problems, ecosystems, ecofactory, and others related to environmental problems have been recently used in manufacturing systems, since the modern industries have to consider a global ecological crisis. The indifference of recent environmental problems which may be faced now has been paid attention to all engineering areas. In this paper, manufacturing functional requirements such as disassembly, disposal, or recycling are considered in the integrated product design development, which gave not been considered well in the preliminary design stage. Those functions will contribute to reduce the waste and to long the product life cycle, which also satisfies the business benefits and customer requirements. The concurrent design concepts should be applied to integrate all possible factors. Therefore, few practical concurrent engineering tools are presented in here. The objective of this paper is to develop a called green manufacturing systems for integrated product design development by concurrent design concept which can give the desirable result in product design.

심음을 듣고 심잡음의 특징을 판단하는 청진은 심장질환을 진단하는 가장 간단한 방법이다. 청진은 별도의 복잡한 검사 장치를 사용하지 않고도 심잡음을 청음하여 심장병의 존재를 추정해볼 수 있는 장점이 있다. 그러나 청진은 개인의 청각을 사용하여 심잡음을 판단하기 때문에, 전문가만이 청진을 통해 진단을 할 수 있으며, 동일한 심음에 대하여 전문가마다 진단의 편차가 발생하는 문제가 있다. 본 연구에서는 1 차원 잔차신경망을 활용하여 심음 소리의 입력을 통해 심잡음의 유무를 탐지하는 심층학습 모델을 학습하였다. 이 방법은 복잡한 신호처리 방법을 사용하지 않고도 심음에서 심잡음의 여부를 높은 정확도로 진단하는 것을 가능하게 한다. 학습된 심층학습 모델은 The CirCor DigiScope Phonocardiogram 데이터셋에 대한 교차검증에서 심잡음을 검출하는 과정에서 weighted F1-score 0.85 를 기록하였다. 이는 본 모델이 효과적으로 심잡음을 검출해내고 있으며, 심장병을 진단하기 위한 스크리닝 방법으로서의 활용 가능성을 보여준다.
