Highly-stable molybdenum/aluminum (Mo/Al) bilayered electrodes have been demonstrated as promising candidates for use in stretchable electronics. The serpentine-shaped Mo/Al bilayer electrode is shown to be operable with up to 220% elongation and no significant change in resistance. In Al-only electrodes, Al penetrates into the polyimide (PI) because of its high chemical reactivity with PI. This issue can be overcome by inserting Mo underneath the Al layer, blocking the reaction between Al and PI and enabling the formation of robust and highly conductive stretchable electrodes. With the proposed bilayer electrodes, stretchable thin-film transistor arrays that can be operated even when elongated up to 220% are realized. The fabricated devices exhibit very stable device performance under highly stretched conditions.

<P>The scan driver composed of oxide thin-film transistors (TFTs) tends to exhibit anomalously high power consumption because the oxide TFT often has negative threshold voltage. In order to resolve this problem, we have invented a new scan driver circuit in which most TFTs are turned off with negative V<SUB>GS</SUB> and no TFT with zero V<SUB>GS</SUB> is located between the high and low supply voltages. As a result, we could maintain the power consumption within six times of the normal value in spite of the negative threshold voltage of the oxide TFT.</P>

Objective : The purpose of this study is to report about a mid-40’s female patient with Prurigo Nodularis, whose symptoms were relieved after Korean medicine treatment alone with Whidam’s Su-Gi Therapy. Methods : the patient in this study received only Korean medicine treatment such as herbal medication, acupuncture treatment, cupping therapy and specially Whidam's Su-Gi therapy. Results : After the treatment, the symptoms of Prurigo Nodularis were relieved. Contact Itching Index fell from 10 to 5, and Non-Contact Itching Index fell from 10 to 4. On the whole the Body Heat has risen and skin condition has improved visually. The significance of Meridian Function Check(based on HRV) and skin syndrome is remarkable., Conclusions : This study showed that Whidam’s Su-Gi therapy added with Korean Medicine treatment can be an effective choice for Prurigo Nodularis. So, wasting disease, especially immune-reduced syndrome such as Prurigo Nodularis, may also be treated with Korean Medicine alone without side effects.

Objectives : The purpose of this study is to report the case with pneumocranium in a traffic accident patient by korean medicine. Methods : The subject is a patient with pneumocranium in a traffic accident. This patient was treated with korean medical treatments. Results : After the treatment, pneumocranium in right cerebral convexities in brain CT is removed. The symptoms is improved significantly Conclusions : This study shows that a patient with pneumocranium was diagnosed with stroke and cured without a recurrence through holistic treatment of Korean medicine.

Objectives : This paper is to report a natural pregnancy of Whidam’s Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment on a infertile patient who had a missed abortion and was repeatedly failed in IVF-ET. Methods : A patient who had infertility problem had a missed abortion, endometrial curettage and IVF-ET several times. In this study, the patient steadily took a Whidam’s Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment such as herbal medication, acupuncture, and cupping therapy, and so forth. Results : Through taking Whidam’s Su-Gi therapy without assisted reproduction techniques, the patient got pregnant naturally. Conclusions : This case suggest that Whidam’s Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment is effective in treating infertile female after missed abortion and failure in IVF-ET and inducing natural pregnancy. Therefore, there needs to be more trial on infertile patients treated with Su-Gi therapy with korean medical treatment.

<P>ZnO-SnO2 nanocomposite thin films were produced using pulsed laser ablation of pie-shaped ZnO-SnO2 oxides target, and their field effect electronic transport properties investigated as a function of annealing temperature. The films have a nanocomposite structure consisting of ZnO and SnO2 nanoparticles. The amorphous ZnO-SnO2 nanocomposite thin films, as oxide semiconductors, exhibited excellent electronic transport properties with saturation mobility of around 16.9 cm(2)/V s, turn-on voltage of 1 V, subthreshold swing of 0.22 V/decade, and high drain current on-to-off ratio of over 101, enough to operate for next-generation microelectronic devices. These results are presumed due to the unique electronic structure of amorphous nanocomposite coupled with two heavy-metal Zn and Sn cations having spherically symmetric s-orbitals.
