        가상현실(VR)을 활용한 참여형 공간설계방법론

        본 연구는 공간설계의 전반적인 참여를 위해서 가상현실을 적용시키는 방법론에 대한 논문이다. 현재의 공간설계의 참여는 일방적 정보전달의 과정, 정보이해의 어려움, 공간설계 단계의 제한적 참여라는 문제를 가지고 있다. 이런 문제점 해결을 위해 참여사다리의 마지막 단계로 제시되었던 PPGIS와 Geodesign의 비전인 가상현실은 참여의 수단으로 주목 받고 있다. 본 논문은 이러한 가상현실을 설계과정에 활용시키는 참여형 설계방법론을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위해 본 논문은 참여와 가상현실에 대한이론 고찰을 통해 가상현실이 참여를 지원 할 수 있음을 확인하였고, 설계과정에서 가상현실이 수행해야 할 역할의 도출을 위해 설계과정과 참여과정을 비교하였다. 이 과정의 결과를 통해 가상현실을 활용한 참여형 공간설계 방법론을 제시한다. 또한, 방법론의 증명을 위해 설계과정에 적용하여 각 단계별 가상현실을 구현하고, 각 단계별 역할의 수행여부를 확인하여 방법론을 증명하였다. 증명의 결과로, 가상현실 체험을 통한 경험이 설계안을 효과적으로 이해시킬 수 있고 또한 가상현실을 통한 상호작용이 가능함을 증명하였고 이는 설계과정에서의 전반적인 참여가 가능하다는 것을 확인 하였다. This paper is on a participatory spatial design methodology using Virtual Reality, which can be applied to the overall spatial design process. Participation in the current spatial design has several limitations: one-sided communication process, difficulty of understanding the given information and partial participation in the design process. Virtual Reality can be an ideal visualization tool for Geodesign and PPGIS(Public Participation GIS), which is presented as a highest step at the participation ladder. A participatory methodology is proposed to take advantage of Virtual Reality. In order to support participation through Virtual Reality in spatial design process, theories about the participation are compared to derive the new roles of Virtual Reality and the roles are formulated in the participatory spatial design methodology. By applying the methodology to the design process and implementing each stage through Virtual Reality, the design performance of each step can be verified in the methodology. As a result, design ideas can be effectively understood through Virtual Reality experiences. It is also confirmed that the interactions in Virtual Reality and participation are possible in the entire design process.

        자동차 바퀴에 의한 소아 아래다리의 압궤 손상

        Purpose: Crushing injuries by car tires result from a combination of friction, shearing, and compression forces and the severity of injury is influenced by the acceleration. Because car-tire injuries of the lower leg in children are common these days but they have received little attention; thus, our purpose was to look closely into this problem. Methods: A retrospective analysis was conducted of data from children under 15 years old age who visited an emergency department because of a car-tire-related crushing injury to the lower leg in pedestrian traffic accident from January 2008 to September 2012. The patient`s age, sex, site of injury, degree of injury, associated injuries, type of surgery, and complications were reviewed. Results: There were 39 children, the mean age was 8.0 years, and 71.8% were boys. The dorsal part of the leg was involved most frequently. According to the severity classification, 15 children were grade I, 6 were grade II, and 18 were grade III. Among 24 patients, 13 were treated with skin graft and 3 were treated using a sural flap. Twelve patients developed complications, such as hypertrophic scarring, contractures, and deformities with significant bone loss. Conclusion: Various degrees of skin or soft tissue defects were caused in children by car tires. In this study, patients were often also had tendon or bone damage. Proper and timely initial treatments are needed to reduce the incidence of infection, the number of operative procedures, and the hospital stay.

        도시효과를 고려한 일 최저기온의 월별 평년값 분포 추정

        This study was conducted to remove the urban heat island effects embedded in the interpolated surfaces of daily minimum temperature in the Korean Peninsula. Fifty six standard weather stations are usually used to generate the gridded temperature surface in South Korea. Since most of the weather stations are located in heavily populated and urbanized areas, the observed minimum temperature data are contaminated with the so-called urban heat island effect. Without an appropriate correction, temperature estimates over rural area or forests might deviate significantly from the actual values. We simulated the spatial pattern of population distribution within any single population reporting district (city or county) by allocating the reported population to the urban pixels of a land cover map with a 30 by 30 m spacing. By using this digital population model (DPM), we can simulate the horizontal diffusion of urban effect, which is not possible with the spatially discontinuous nature of the population statistics for each city or county. The temperature estimation error from the existing interpolation scheme, which considers both the distance and the altitude effects, was regressed to the DPMs smoothed at 5 different scales, i.e., the radial extent of 0.5, 1.5, 2.5, 3.5 and 5.0 km. Optimum regression models were used in conjunction with the distance-altitude interpolation to predict monthly normals of daily minimum temperature in South Korea for 1971-2000 period. Cross validation showed around 50% reduction in terms of RMSE and MAE over all months compared with those by the conventional method.

        외국인 밀집지역에 대한 장소이미지 및 만족도의 내ㆍ외국인간 차이관한 연구

        This study evaluated (1) the relationship between place image and satisfaction of Itaewon; and (2) the difference between pertinent groups. Five target groups - which consist of Korean and foreign visitors, residences and merchants - were surveyed at Itaewon, one of renowned ethic places in Korea. Firstly, each factor was categorized by conducting factor analysis. Cognitive images included cultural events (facilities, performances and events), exotic commercial facilities, concentration of ethnic population, and adult entertainment and deviatory factors. On the other hand, affective image consisted of negative, exclusive and favourable image. Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) was then carried out on the basis of factor analysis result, and t-test was also performed to compare the different perception and image of locals and foreigners. Lastly, the difference between groups was verified by analysis of variance (ANOVA). The analysis result indicated that each group perceived Itaewon differently, and the place image and satisfaction varied accordingly.

        AI·무인체계의 효과적 전력운영을 위한 무기체계 전력화 개선방향

        This paper proposes directions for improving the operational effectiveness of AI and unmanned systems in future battlefields, where the necessity, utility, and importance of AI and weapon systems are increasing. To achieve this, the paper suggests the development of user-friendly UI for weapon system development strategies, software performance improvement measures, exploration of additional operational capabilities through the purchase of additional features after initial operationalization, and utilization of common platforms. In terms of personnel management and logistical support, the paper suggests the cultivation of military experts and the utilization of private specialized companies, the establishment of integrated central control centers for defense companies, and the enhancement of durability. It is anticipated that these proposals will contribute to the efficient operation of AI and unmanned systems in the military.

        기술·산업과 전자제품 만들기 단원의 워크북 개발

        The purpose of this study is to develop and present a Work Book about making of electronic products unit as learning aid with the students as the central figure, overcomed the poor educational situation such as reduced the number of class in Technology · Industrial Subject, a single textbook at reduced contents and many student class. To achieve the goal of this study, gradual research courses like 「literatures research」 , 「text and data analysis」 , and 「development of a Work Book」 were performed and the system study and the illustative data of a Work Book was made. While superviser, expert and technical teachers examine and alter it, to find the sudden problems and students` responses in school the question research is enforced and the result of research is reflected and revised. As to the estimated result of illustrative data for Work Book made by this study, 80.95 percent of technical teachers judge that the contents and system of Work Book will be effective for learning Technology· Industrial (M=4.048) and also 85.72 percent teachers think it effective for improving the learning ability of learners (M=4.048). So it is indicated that the proportion of the students to study for using this Work Book is 79.07 percent of male (M=4.116) and 69.77 percent of female (M=3.837). Besides, the teachers` general valuation of illustrative data for Work Book was relatively high. The total of an average was 59.59 marks (M=3.724) out of 80 for valuation and a percentage is 74.49, in the application and valuation for the scene of education with students the total of an average was 44.02 marks (M=3.668) out of 60 and a percentage is 73.32. So generally the validity of it was judged high and the item of low validity and having different opinions was revised.
